I love living here. I feel very at home. If I ever had to leave for some reason, I'd want to come back to live here. I have great rapport with the staff and other residents. Also, the food is good and they offer plenty of choices. The food is not repetitious. The staff works hard.

Everyone is so friendly that I feel right at home when I first moved in. They offer a nice variety of food for meals. They also provide bus service for doctor appointments and shopping and other errands.

I would certainly recommend this community to others. However, because each person's needs are unique, I encourage prospective residents and families to carefully research and ask thoughtful questions to ensure it is the right fit for their situation. The environment is excellent for seniors, supported by a dedicated and professional staff.

I think the staff is great. In the housekeeper, but cleans my room. I think is outstanding. She completes her task well communicates splendidly. And It's a very nice personal overall. I think all the help is very nice And helps as much as they can.

If you are looking for a retirement home it’s one of the best places to go as far as I’m concerned. It’s got lots of activities and I like the dining room set up. It is not assigned seating. I enjoy it here, there is always someone to talk to.

I have been here for three years and I have loved it ever since I have come. I don’t have complaints worth bother bringing up. I enjoy the activities if I can get down to them. I love my suite and the staff is great.

I think everything is working out well. I came to live here because I fell and had no relatives to go to for help. I called A Place For Mom. They referred me to Essex House. I am content and feel at home. The price is affordable and I have made many friends. They clean extra if I ask and I am well-pleased. Also, I don't have to cook! Activities are fantastic!

It is Great place to live. The staff is great. Wonderful people, everyone is friendly. The food is good. There is lots of things to do if you want to do them. I love it here. It is exactly what I needed.

I moved here because I was lonely and began to have a difficult time keeping up my house and yard after my husband passed. It's been nice reconnecting with a couple of old friends and having plenty of other new friends.

Apartments are roomy and have storage and closets. Meals are plentiful and delicious. Activities at plentiful and Activities director asks for input all the time. Only issue so far is weekly housekeeping is not always available. We have been here two months and only had housekeeping 2 times. It is included in our rent price.

I was somewhere else, and had to leave because they kicked me out because I was more independent, I was upset about leaving because I had been at this place for 2 years. I moved in to Uffelman, I have my own apartment and I love the place and the staff is friendly. My room is nice and I don’t have to share it.

I do like the relax area by foundation in the center. Yes, I would recommend Holiday The Springs to other families based on the experience so far.

Beautiful building, looks updated. The staff were really impressive working in the dining room during lunch. Food was great! Residents that we met were very friendly and had only nice things to say about Alexis Gardens and the staff. Moving in in a few weeks

My grandmother and my uncle have lived at Palmer Hills Retirement Community. The staff and community are very friendly and welcoming! The facility is so clean and has been recently updated. Definitely worth it to take a tour!

What a great place Palmer is!! From the residents to the employees. Everyone is so nice!! The food is great and you always have so many options!!! [name removed] is always so helpful, he is such a great leader.

I love the food and the staff I feel at home there is always something to do. Our rooms are just the right size the bus driver always takes us were we need to go . There is always church on Sunday and they have a special event once a month that is always fun

Activity director is very welcoming and outgoing. Making an effort to involve my mom in the community. House keeping manager is amazing. Personal interactions and very friendly. Financially and moving logistics questions answered promptly. Staff always available. Friendly. Approachable.

This was a home that I felt comfortable trusting to leave my Aunt from the very first visit. I love this place and the staff is awesome!
