I was visiting a friend at Alexis Gardens. She just moved in a few weeks ago and she is very happy with everything and everybody that she has had interactions with. I was not thinking about senior living for myself but after my visit it seems like it would be a great place to live for me.

I could not have asked for better!!! Especially [name removed]!! They were all fantastic!!! [name removed] went above and beyond... they all did!!!!

My mom has been there for a year now. Very welcoming to newcomers. They go above and beyond and assign you to a local community member to introduce you to people and make you feel included.

I feel my loved one’s safety is most important. Palmer Hills provides that including a way for residents to get help quickly if they wear the device. When the refrigerator was too low and hard for him to get things in and out, they brought in a box to make it safer for him. Love the different levels of ceiling in his studio apt. He has not taken the van/bus yet but it’s nice to know he has the option.

My brother is the one staying at Aspen... He does like it there very much. He's enjoying the food, really likes his apartment especially the balcony. Also better TV.

I realized a few months ago that it was time to consider looking into independent living facilities and so I contacted a place called Mom —an excellent service. They put me in touch with Vista de la Montana in Surprise, Arizona. [name removed] was my main contact person and she did an excellent job of communicating with me on a consistent basis as to what was available and the pricing other questions that I had she found answers for. She also did a couple of video tours with me. It has just been a wonderful experience working with the staff at Vista de la Montana as I work toward making it my home.

Super responsive and helpful. Of course, we would recommend Holiday Genesee Gardens to other families based on the experience so far.

I am so glad to have found this home. The apartment is great and just what I wanted. Everything is included including toilet paper! The residents are welcoming. The staff are great. Laundry facilities are available to all. I love my new home. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Oh wow to all of the above. Loving it here. The staff, cleanliness, the people and the amenities, the calendar of events will keep you as busy as you like to be. at Pinegate Holiday. l highly recommend Pinegate Holiday, friendly staff, cleanliness, great food and activities, they bring a couple of entertainers usually twice a month for our enjoyment, they also have dances. They have a chapel for Sunday worship if you wish to attend. I am so grateful I made the decision to come here

The staff is super friendly! Great chefs and food choices. Activities are diverse and plentiful. Everyone there is very welcoming. My mom loves it!

Blue Water Lodge is amazing. They helped our family make a difficult decision when we were looking for mom. They were friendly, honest, and very accommodating. Mom was nervous and worried about moving but the staff made her feel welcomed. She is happier then she has been in months. We are all glad she made the move and we are thankful to the staff and residents.

I don't know that much about the facility there was always people calling and wanting to help me, that was great, each time I told them to talk to the family. From the experience I had from people wanting to help yes I would recommend this facility

Durham Regent is good place. It is not one of the $[removed]k/ month super fancy places. The residents here are normal folks. New management came in [date removed] that completely changed and improved the facility and all the resident experiences. Durham Regent meets my budget for my mother. The new management & support staff is wonderful. The new Activities Director at Durham Regent is great. For the first time since my mother has been there, there are off-site activities and bus trips. The management is approachable and welcoming. I am happy to have my mother there.

What stood out the most is the Great management; friendly staff; clean and well-maintained community; they are very accommodating!

Loving it here. Great staff, good vanities of activities and food is pretty good. They have a nursing vendor on site and we so needed that for my wife's incontinence. Of the 12 places I checked out this was the only one with that 24/7 service

People are friendly Staff is great. Food is good. I toured many facilities and I think this was the best choice for me. Rooms are clean with the housekeeping staff making Less work for me. Meals are served to you with each meal.

I found out about Edgewood Downs from the "A Place for Mom" service in June. I am in Texas, but was looking for places in Portland, OR. [name removed] from Edgewood was the very first place to get back to me and talk to me about my dad's needs. I told her about what I was looking for, including my dad's budget, timeline, and concerns I had with his potential placement. [name removed] coordinated with me to get my dad there for a lunch and tour. It was an easy choice! It has been over a month since my dad has been at Edgewood Downs. He has already gone on a field trip (and bragged a lot to me about how he's super young and the only one who walked on the beach), participated in fitness classes, talks to people at meals, and watches games/tv with other residents on occasion. He takes walks around the building, telling me it is exactly 1/4 of a mile around so he can pace himself, and talks about the dogs other residents have.

Unfortunately my father has passed away but they even made our experience very pleasant. They are a wonderful place for elders with a bit of life still in them. Its a place for the elder to enjoy life with other their age.

I love my residents and help them when needed. I TAKE them to tours.. I love [name removed] I love visiting with residents at lunch and making new friends. I love the Self care class with [name removed. I love my peace time to do my quilting and reading .I love the landscape.
