The food is good The administration is very nice and helpful The building is architecturally nice My room is very functional Lastly, it's a lot cheaper than my old place

One brother moved in 4 weeks ago and another brother just moved in with him, on a two bedroom. All of us are very happy with the entire situation and everyone there are nice and friendly. Yes, we would recommend the community to others.

I think it's a wonderful option for seniors that need some assistance but not requiring assisted living. the residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish I had moved my mom there sooner.

Enjoyed my tour. Facility was clean, well kept and the Staff was friendly. Overall great experience and would definitely feel good about having my Mom be a part of this community. Even the Bus was spotless!!

They were very easy to work with in person and over the phone. Very good at meeting your needs and concerns.

I would give them 5 stars across the board. Unfortunately, we couldn’t keep him there because he needed more care than they were able to provide. He suffered a fall in the bathroom, hit his head, and has been on a breathing tube ever since. That said, it’s a wonderful and very affordable place for someone who is able to care for themselves. [name removed] , who helps with the rental process, was incredibly kind and empathetic—truly a pleasure to work with. The food is great, and they even have a piano, which adds such a nice touch to the atmosphere.

For 1 - 5 above I would rate all of these a 5. Our experience has been amazing so far. Since I am not eating the food or taking part in the activities it is hard to comment on. My mother-in-law is living there. I have heard mixed reviews. Some things enjoyed and others just ok. That seems normal since everyone has different likes and dislikes. I will say the value for the money is a 5 as well. We are very impressed and happy with our choice of Fleming. We visited other places and this one hits so many positive points. Thank you.

Social aspect so important. My Mom doesn't sit alone in an apartment anymore. She goes to " work" everyday helping other resident's. She is happy again. Staff are very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Fleming point for independent living! Puts family members at ease knowing they are safe and enjoying life, making new friends! My Mom went to Bingo and won the jackpot twice! My Mom is never in her room!! Makes me so happy! She never left her apartment and was going stir crazy

I was very pleased with my tour. They showed me everything and I loved everything I saw. I would definitely encourage everyone to take a tour and end up living here.

As soon as we walked in the door with my baby nephew people were smiling and waving. Warm reception. The manager showed us a couple of places and explained alot of things to us. I wish you had a pool but understand about the liability. The menu looks good.

[name removed] and [name removed] were very friendly and informative. They answered all of our questions and then some! The facility is beautiful and we were treated to a delicious lunch. Very impressed with the apartment sizes.

Residents are happy, having a wonderful time! The transition could have been a lot more difficult but they appear to be a family at Alexis Gardens and treat everyone else who visits or lived there as family as well. 5 STARS!!!!!

I love Edgewood Downs. I wasn't sure if I could adjust to a studio, but it feels very spacious. Everyone here is very helpful and extremely welcoming. The food also is delicious.

They have good friendly staff, good food, it's clean and affordable.

The staff is great. Very friendly. I haven't had food as it is my stepfather who is living there. From what I have seen it's a good experience. The cleanliness is great. The room size is a little small for the price but it works. I'm not sure if my stepfather participates in the activities, but I think the activities provided are good. Overall I would recommend Holiday Bridge Park to anyone looking for a friendly, caring, senior living location. The area is beautiful and peaceful.

Very nice staff. They helped my father-in-law and made him feel at home quickly. It's a pretty homey place and it's clean. We highly recommend this apartment complex for any seniors looking for a forever, quiet, enjoyable home.

Everyone was welcoming, the facility is clean and very convinience with amenities and all inclusive, pricing is very reasonable. What we like the most is how staff knows all residents by names and their interaction. Very impress honestly our 3r tour not thr newest building but for sure the gem that we were looking for.

5 for all categories. We like the friendliness of the community and we would recommend Holiday Sky PEaks to other families.

My husband loves it there...the food is amazing and comes out hot with a variety of choices on the menu. Most importantly he is thriving.
