My first impression about this place was warm and welcoming. The ambiance of the place was incredible with unique decors, with the respected patients portraits. I love it. All staff was incredible, always hands on, handling residents demand, I'd noticed every visit, I always experienced, with warm welcome and beautiful smile they are always polite and friendly.

Great place to live, especially with the lake to enjoy and walk around. Room was very comfortable and good floor plan. Front desk [names removed] were super nice. And best of all, [name removed] (sales) helped us from the very beginning to the very end. She always had mom in view to make sure everything was right for her. They are all very great. The staff at The Manor At Woodside is very courteous and responsive. They were offering activities previous to the Covid-19 pandemic, however during the community lock down, the residents have been limited to their rooms.
