I love how big the community is. I love the staff, all of the residents are so friendly. We have been here 7 years and plan to be here for many more! All of the amenities like activities and transportation is so nice to have. if you link Bingo, this is the place for you!

My father has been here as a resident nearly 3 years now. The staff is friendly and very caring and the facility is clean and beautiful. My father especially loves walking around the lake several times a day and chatting with the friends he’s made. You can’t even see the lake from the street because it’s situated behind the main building but it’s a picturesque setting. I gave them four stars on activities but that’s not their fault, that’s the fault of the pandemic… Just saying. Aside from that, my father seems happy here and I am grateful for that.

The entire staff seems to really love the community of residents! They go our of their way to be helpful, supportive, and keeping them safe.

Thank you for hanging in all of these difficult days. I appreciate that you can show up every day to help us--and I realize that you have fears and responsibilities away from hear. Many days it feels like there's not end to this--but there will be. Keep smiling--it helps brighten my day!!

I've been around here for a long time, and I have to say this by far the hardest working staff I've ever seen! You're not perfect, but who cares...thanks to your caring and dedication, we will get through this together. Thank you for all you do for us and I look forward to hopefully getting back to normal! Kudos to the entire staff! Their smiley faces (I know thy are smiling behind their masks!) and their pleasant manners. We are all feeling the crunch and change in rules. Again thank you for everything.

It's a comfortable place to live. But the most important part is that the staff is always cheerful and greets me when I pass. I enjoy participating in the many activities.

We looked at many different places for my father before settling on Village Gate. The reason for our choice was the passion and friendliness of the staff. This is a group of people who truly believe in what they do. I highly recommend this facility for a loved one.

Staff is excellent. They are pleasant, helpful, and know your name. You feel like you are number one. Services cover the waterfront: barbershop, library, mailroom, transpotation to stores and doctors, all kinds of games, exercise classes, it goes on and on.

We are all healthy here! That is because we have been cared for so well during this difficult time. I appreciate the effort made by our kitchen staff who prepare our meals and the servers who bring our meals to us and those who clean our apts. The managers have made the right decisions for our daily lives to protect us from this terrible virus. Thank you!

"Heroes work here" Apply to all the staff at Village Gate! Hurricanes, snowstorms, a pandemic, sunny days. The priority is to provide a safe environment, complete with all the necessities to ensure the residents they have chosen a caring place to call home!

I've been searching for an assisted living facility for about 2 years and I'm so happy I chose Village Gate. The people who work here are just wonderful. The food is great and the facility is nice and clean. There is no doubt in my mind that I made the right choice.

This friendly staff and management make this an enjoyable place! 5 years. Our chef and culinary team continue to delight us with flavor and flair. In our honest opinion, the chef deserves 5 stars. And the Covid 19 service, sanitation is aggressively thorough!

We love Rock Creek! The staff is so caring and helpful.

From our understanding this community is pretty clean, and from what we have seen the care services are also good. The layout is pretty nice, as well as the apartments they have. It is a pretty good setup for our in laws. the food varies from time to time. They have several different chefs so it just depends on who is cooking that day.

Nice place. Run well. Employees really seem to care. My dad really enjoyed his time at Golden Oaks. He always said he wished he had made the move sooner.

I found this place on google and immediately emailed them. [name removed] has been fantastic helping me with my aunt and getting her moved in. My aunt is really excited about her move to this location! Everyone is extremely helpful and caring!

I have loved having my mother live near me. She enjoys living here and feels she is lucky to be here. We have both been pleased and as long as she is happy, I'm happy. The employees are very friendly.
