The stand out to me is the staff. They are very friendly and attentive to the resident and families.

Our Aunt has been a resident at Mountain View Assisted Living and the care she has received has been outstanding. She has been a resident for three years. The staff is always courteous and professional. We highly recommend Mountain View Assisted Living. The food is excellent. The facility is clean. Her room is maintained and always clean. The care for her has been very professional, caring and always with empathy. The activities have been a great asset and always includes her family. No doubt this is a five star facility. The new Director Susan has made some great changes and repairs are always done. Thank you to all the staff.

Mountain View Assisted Living and Memory Care in Ukiah is well run. They care about their residents. It is a calm and loving environment. The environment is kept clean. They offer many choices of things to do, games, puzzles, exercise classes, bible study, outings, grocery trips, and the mobile library comes biweekly. Plus many fun events. They offer hair and nail care. Nursing care is 24 hours. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided.

My dad lived at The Landings for a couple of years after some bad experiences with at home 24 hour sitters for several years. The Landings caretakers and staff were always there to help with any of his needs. After family members visiting the new facility in town, we decided to move his there. That lasted less than a month...as the old saying goes...You don't know what you got till you don't have it!!! Well that was the case and we moved my dad back into the same room at The Landings. This story has a Happy Ending... Everyone, including him are sooo much happier.

Our mother's six month stay at the Garnet in Casa Grande was amazing. The apartment she was/is in is always clean, the laundry services are prompt and the quiet in the neighborhood is pleasant. From the food to the many activities, she stayed busy and was very comfortable. The staff, including [Name removed] and [Name removed], as well as [Name removed], were accommodating and generous with their time. While Mom is happy about her move to California to be with family, she wanted everyone to know she has certainly enjoyed her short stay at the Garnet. She especially enjoyed the field trips and availability of the bus for errands. Also the reception staff were most helpful when we had to call and ask them to go to Mom's room because her cell phone wasn't charged up. No one on your staff every complained about helping. And that also gave us comfort. [Name removed]in maintenance was more than accommodating and quick to help out. Also years ago our grandmother, [Name removed] was here in the Assisted Living segment and we were very pleased with her care and attention. I think she contributed to some of those puzzles on the wall.

Our mother started in Northglenn Heights' Assisted Living and has since moved to their Memory Care facility. All along the staff has been so friendly and caring. There are the typical issues of the facility being understaffed at times, trouble updating all shifts/caregivers with changing needs, and laundry or housekeeping being late or missed in a given week, but the level of genuine care they provide makes that easy to forgive. Since moving to Memory Care, we have been blown away by the attentiveness, love and support the Memory Care Director, [name removed], and his staff have shown our mother. She required extra assistance during her transition to Memory Care and [name removed]has really been there for her, and for us. All the support she has received has allowed her to settle in comfortably. We can rest easy knowing she has these wonderful, loving people caring for her. We all highly recommend Northglenn Heights and cannot say enough good things about [name removed]! We're extremely grateful!

I am so happy that we found Greenfield Senior Living of Spotsylvania! My grandmother now gets to call this wonderful place "home", and our family can now relax knowing that she is being so wonderfully cared for! For the first time in years - she is excited to do things, and be around friends. The staff here is so knowledgeable, and caring! It is a great, comfortable environment and we have never seen Grams happier!

The staff and care my love one receives here really outweighs some of the bells and whistles that some other places have. Although the community is small and does not have activity rooms etc. They stay very busy and very much entertained. Most of the staff know me by name and my moms likes and dislikes. It has truly become her home away from home.

Management and caregivers are great! The community is very clean and the residents are very nice. Food is great and they have gone out of their way to make my mom's transition very smooth. Congrats to the whole staff from [Removed] the Director on down.

The Garnet of Casa Grande is a beautiful community on the outside and inside as well. We couldn't be happier with the place we chose for my mother-in-law. They are so friendly and welcoming and she is doing so much better here with the care she has been receiving. We have dined there with her and the food is very good. They offer a lot of activities and what I really love is that they really go out of their way to encourage the residents to participate. They knock on their doors to invite them and let them know they will be back tomorrow if they didn't want to participate today. The location was perfect for us and the price was right. We would definitely recommend The Garnet to others.

I am happy that my mom is getting great care from the staff who are always caring and attentive to her needs. The community is clean with a good environment. The activities are excellent. We like the menu and the nice variety. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

We visited residential facilities, we visited facilities that had all levels of care, and we found that we felt at home at Reflections of Strasburg. The Executive Director, was so warm and welcoming. Her staff is very caring and compassionate. The biggest bonus for us was allowing my father to enter the facility with his beloved dog. My father’s aid, loves the dog and will bring him treats and gives him a bath when my father has his bath. Everyone at Reflections of Strasburg love dad and his dog and go out of their way to express this. The activities are engaging and the Activities Director, makes sure to invite dad to go on the bus rides and participate in the daily activities. Dad truly seems content and at home here. The staff is so warm and loving and they truly seem to love the residents. I’ve seen staff there on weekends bringing their children in to visit the residents. This warms my heart.

Great, responsive staff to care for my dear friend who needed respit care after a stroke. Meals are not geared to diabetics, so that is a problem for those who need to limit sugar and salt. Medication provision is great, and staff is agreeable to training family to help the client when they move on. Facility is small enough to be able to render individualized care and attention.

At Senior Solutions of Social Circle my parents are dissatisfied with the food. It isn't cooked very well. Also when they need help it takes a while for staff to get there. But they are working on it. They are under new management now and are hiring and firing some people. They will get it worked out.

My mother has been in the Greenfield Senior Living of Spotsylvania, Va. since August 2014. The facility is clean and cheerful. All the staff bends over backwards to accommodate the residents and their families. The Director of Nurses, nurses and certified nursing aides are great and take so much interest to ensure that each resident is well cared for. The administrative, activity, maintenance and food staff are so welcoming and will help in any way they can. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenfield for your loved one/s.

The Greenfield Senior Living facility is a beautiful, spotlessly clean and fresh smelling, home-like environment. I know that my Mom's last two months of life were enriched by being at Greenfield. I never worried one minute about my Mom being cared for. I had peace of mind which is priceless. The genuine respect for human life, caring, love and attention only got better as Mom's health declined. I cannot say enough good things about each and every employee. I made the decision to move Mom to Greenfield when she needed to leave her home. A decision I have never regretted. My Mom's last two months of life were enriched by being at Greenfield. The jewels in the crown called "Greenfield" are the wonderful people who work there.

Our mother has been a resident of Oxton Place (formerly Summer's Landing) for over a year. In that time, we have been more than pleased with the attitude of the staff and with the care they have provided. The facility is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The residence was purchased by new owners earlier this year, and they have been in the process of upgrading the services and the facility. The residents are encouraged to participate in activities designed for stimulation and fun. Although there have been several personnel changes in the past few months, the level of care has remained high, with the staff being constantly alert and aware of changes in our mother's health.

Things are going very well with Northglenn Heights, I have heard nothing but good things from my loved ones! The staff is very friendly, and the nurses in particular have been very sweet to my loved one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they seem to take great care of the people who live here!

My Mother has lived at The Garnet for over 5 years now, thru 3 Directors, frequently changing staff and policy changes which have increased her monthly costs. Tammy, the current Directory, has been there through all these changes, advancing from Business Mgr., to her current position---she has always been friendly, approachable, open minded and loyal to the policies and procedures she is responsible for enforcing, yet, she does her very best to keep her 'residents' safe, happy and their 'homes' affordable. She is a remarkable asset to The Garnet and I believe the 'Garnet' Family is fortunate to have her. My Mother is happy and feels safe there...I think some of the costs are too high, but, bottom line....in my mothers words, "if you can't live at home, this is the next best place to be."

I can't say enough on how great I think the Garnet of Casa Grande is. The care given is excellent. The family atmosphere is one of the things that make the Garnet a good choice for us. Another big asset in my opinion are the Care Givers, they are nurturing, caring and loving.
