This community was just too far from where we live. I loved the community, it was fantastic and clean and the value was great it was just too far away.

[name removed] provided us with a great tour! She answered all questions in a very straight forward and effective manner. McKendree Village seems to be the best option for us.

It's a fine place and they lots of activities and I like living there. I would definitely recommend this community to others

I have just read some of these reviews and they appear to have been written by people who toured the facility but do not live here. I have lived in one of the cottages for just over two years. The cottages are updated before people move in. The apartments over in the towers are not small. They vary in size. A lot of services are offered here and this is about the only facility around with an indoor swimming pool. The residents here are happy and the staff is great. It is difficult for me to speak to cost, since these facilities are all so secretive about what they charge. However, the costs listed here look higher for the most part than what they actually are. I can only address the independent living, as that is where I am.

excellent facility! clean and well kept, food looks great, staff very caring and friendly. I like the continuum of care on campus, and the all-inclusive monthly rate.

This visit was much better than the first tour we took 3 months ago. Our tour guide, [Removed], was much better than the first tour guide. It is an impressive facility with all of the amenities that one could desire. The only question we have is affordability.

I did see one of the apartments. I was impressed with it. I didn't do a complete tour.

This place has been wonderful! The staff is very easy to talk with. Right from move-in, I feel comfortable saying they have gone above and beyond for my loved one. We chose this community because it really seemed to have the best bang for the buck and oh boy were we right! My loved one really enjoys the community and all the activities from minor league baseball outings to a variety of themed events with wonderful music nights!

We toured this community for care for my mom. The staff were nice. We did like the activities that were offered. They take the residents are able to leave the commnity for small trip. They had a good menu and a long time period for eating. I would highly recommend this community for the great value and the care that is offered for other families.

Parkside is quite nice. The rehab facility is a plus. The rooms are fresh and clean. I put a deposit down so I think it would be a good fit. It is a bigger community.

This community is very nice and the staff is wonderful in everyway. I was happy with the community being clean and taken care of. My father is happy with the food that is provided. They off him alot of activities. I do recommend this community for other families.

From day one, when in search for a place for Mom, the staff at Landmark has been extremely supportive. This was a devastating time for my sister and I; admitting that we could no longer make Mom happy. Now that Mom is adjusting to her new living arrangements, the staff has been very supportive of Mom. Dementia presents no rhyme or reason and it must be very confusing for those suffering this disease. They have good days and bad nights, and vice versa. The staff is so patient and kind in caring for Mom, as we all try to bring her comfort at this stage of her life. Having Mom close to my husband and I was very important. We wanted to be able to be there when needed and planning activities with her. Grandchildren and great grandchildren were just here for a visit and were extremely pleased with Landmark! That means a lot, as the Grandson, being a paramedic/fire Captain, he frequently inspects facilities in central Florida, and had reservations. He could not have been more pleased with Landmark; the cleanliness, activities available, staff, etc. The nursing home stigma was the most difficult to shed when telling family and friends of this move. Thank you Landmark!

Beautiful property, updated and fresh. Residents appeared happy and healthy. Great visit and tour with Cindy.

My grandmother was only going to use this community for a respite stay, but my father and I have seen her improve so much she will now be moving in permanently. She is doing very well here. The community is always very clean and well maintained. The staff is great, they are caring for her very well. They are very attentive and accommodating. She is slowing participating in activities in her own way. The food seems to be pretty good. We are happy knowing she is improving and she is being cared for very well.

McKendree Village is excellent! They took real good care of my sister-in-law while she was there. We would definitely go there in the future if needed again. It's so clean, there's no foul odors. It's a very caring place, they really care for the residents. The food was delicious, she ate really good there. She loved the music activities! She loves being around people and made friends while there.

They really just have very helpful and very friendly staff members working there at the Saratoga Grove and they have always answered any and all of the questions that I have had. It is a top-rated facility.

The staff has bent over backwards to help my mother get integrated into her new living arrangements. So many things to do to keep her active.

We've had a great experience overall with McKendree Village! From the shopping process, to the move-in, and every day since, they have been nothing but the best! Cathy, the woman we worked with when we were touring, was very help and answered every question we had. She was so gracious to my mother, and really made it all about her and what she needed to be happy here. The move-in experience has been exceptional. They really put a lot of effort into helping her get acclimated to her new home. They introduced her to neighbors with similar interests, and made sure she knew about all of the different activities and events. She has settled in so well that they actually asked her to be one of the residents to show new people around, and she absolutely loves that job!

McKendree Village is a awesome place to live and a great place to work.With Independent Living Cottage homes and apartments, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehabilitation adn Health Care Center - all levels of care are available. There are move than 25 employees that have worked on campus for over 20 years. That says a lot about how the company treats their staff which translates to the staff caring about the residents. The residents are friendly and the staff knowledgeable and kind.

I toured this facility and found a warm welcome and active environment. The apartments were lovely and bigger than I expected. More than one resident spoke to me and said they love living at McKendree. I was pleasantly surprised at all they have to offer in both services and activity. They have a pharmacy, a big beauty salon, puzzle room, art studio, sewing room, game room, chapel, swimming pool and coffee shop. I really like what I saw.
