They are a very welcoming and friendly community. The community cares about the residents. The communication has been good. Edencrest was good at keeping us updated with COVID. The food was amazingly good, wide selections, and good quality. Prior to COVID I was able to eat a few meals with my loved one.

My mother has been here for over 2 years. She's happy and comfortable here. i can tell she feels secure because her anxiety level has remained low since being a resident. All staff has been polite and helpful with any issues or questions I've had. The staff has also been good about communicating with me regularly since the covid-19 quarantine.

Overall, happy with the care given my mother. Staff is caring and patient. Questions are answered promptly. Facility seems orderly and clean.

Edencrest community felt more like a resort appearance, it did not have that industrial hospital feel to it. They have a nice assortment of rooms to choose from. Our loved one had a kitchen area, a living room area, and a bedroom. They have tried to keep some activities going during this time, they are really trying their best to keep the residents active and engaged. Over the summer they did an inside little state fair with small contests. They also brought in musicians to play outside so the residents could open up their windows and listen to them play.

The staff was very helpful with our move. I had to move mom and dad due to mom's dementia decline. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job assisting. Took a bit longer than expected to get the rooms dressed with photos and boxes unpacked...but I do understand the staff has other responsibilities.

So far, so good, my mother seems happy and well-cared for. I miss seeing her face to face and spending time with her.

I feel that her care is beyond adequate. I am concerned about this employee turnover rate.

The director [name removed] is excellent and her staff is wonderful. They have a very loving philosophy. My dad and I toured several facilities around the area and none compared to Azura.

So happy my mom is in a smaller group at Azura - Wausau. During these COVID challenges to keep everyone safe has been working and appreciated!

Residents receive excellent care. At first, they had trouble keeping good help but I think that is not the case now. It's hard to rate the facility now due to visitation restrictions due to COVID.

I'm very upset that the overall care for my mom and others is greatly diminished directly due to terminating [name removed]. She did so much more to help care for and love the residents than you could imagine.

Azura is clean and staff are fantastic with the clients there. Have good training of dementia and help to educate the staff. They try to have a variety of activities to please most people. Con: Staff have to take care of clients and do all the cooking/dishes/cleaning. Think it's too much - they should have their own cook. Need to spend more time with clients without worrying about prepping meals.

My mom moved in during the outbreak. Was not able to see inside facility, but put all my faith into the director and community relations staff. Was able to do window visits over the phone. I would like bi-weekly updates. I have to call and check-in to make sure all is well. Hard to review when I haven't been able to go inside and interact with staff.

Nice place. The staff are friendly. Just wish we could meet face to face socially distant on patio or something instead of window visits.

I am a bit concerned with the flip/flop of the director/manager at this site. Consistency in leadership allows for the residents and staff to feel secure and comfortable. The staff is wonderful!!

I would appreciate updates as I heard through my brother that there was a positive COVID test at this location. There are 4 children and I got the email.

My mother seems happy at Azura. My brother and I had to place her there suddenly in March 2020 and we have not been allowed in yet. This makes it hard for me to accurately respond.

Have not seen my loved one since the middle of March, except for pictures. Meals not always hot. Short on help.
