My sister has lived at Azura for almost a year. She is getting great care. Everyone there - staff is very helpful and caring. I know my sister is in the best possible facility.

From the first visit with a welcoming assurance and understanding the difficulty for both of us to make this decision to the tears and comforting support with his passing, I found the staff of Azura from the top management to the caregivers and assisting staff to show both [name removed] and I their smiles and presence. I would and do recommend them to all I encounter needing this help. I am indebted to them all.

I very caring place that had always treated my Mom with dignity and respect. She thought of the caregivers and staff like they were her family.

I had power of attorney for a lady's health. I was at Azura many times during her stay there and would (and have) recommend Azura highly.

The staff here is wonderful. My wife has been a resident for over one year. I visit her almost every day and I have never heard one staff member loose their temper. They are great. The only shortcoming is that once Dad a while back they didn't finish making [name removed]'s bed. (Very ready and is already flipped promptly).

When we moved Mom to WI from AZ and chose Azura, we were entirely uncertain about her cognitive state. We didn't know how much independence she wanted or how much assistance she would need. Azura provided the exact blend! Mom loved being there - said "I don't ever want to move again." Fortunately she never had to. We love Azura!

Other than continued staffing shortages and turnover, I find that the remaining staff does an excellent job in meeting the needs of my wife and other residents. I have and continue to recommend Azura Oconomowoc to my friends even though I live on the property of another "memory unit."

It is a delight to work in this facility. Staff is friendly, space is clean, well decorated, safe and warm for residents and families.

Staff always willing to help. Residents are first priority at Azura M.C. space is clean, safe. Great communication.

I walked in cold and was met by [name removed], she stopped and gave me a guided tour for well over an hour. I moved my mother from another memory care within the week. She and her staff ([names removed]) made me feel so welcome and so at peace that my Mom was in the right place.

My mother was a resident at Autumn Leaves GURNEE from April 2019 until her death in June. Her Alzheimer’s had advanced to the point where I could no longer care for her in my home since I was also caring for both my disabled husband and son. I can’t say enough good things about the staff of Autumn Leaves. They understood my circumstances and gave my mother wonderful care while also giving me support. They allowed me to be just my mother’s daughter again which was the greatest gift! I wouldn’t think twice about placing another family member there if the need arose and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs care for a loved one suffering from dementia!

I were so blessed to have Azura Memory Care of Wausau be there for my husband. I don’t know what I would have done without the TLC they gave him in his time of need. The staff still looks out for me. I am truly great-full.

Words cannot express how great the Azura Community and it's staff are. They are totally awesome. They care for our mother like she is family. They keep us posted on how she is doing. We always feel welcome. This is a very difficult time for our family and having mom at Azura Memory Care of Wausau has helped us deal with all the changes going on. We feel confident that she is well taken care of.

The journey of caregiving for my Aunt started over 4 years ago. It has been a very long difficult journey. It is hard to watch and frustrating to watch a loved one decline, as well as for them to live the decline. My Aunt found her final peace at Azura Memory Care in Sheboygan. It was not only her peace but mine as well. I no longer had to worry about her care as I could see that she was loved by her Azura family. She passed away on [date removed] and they knew how important that it was for me to be there, but I also found peace that if I was not there, she was with family that loved her. No words can express the appreciation for the care, compassion and love that they have for all their residents. God has opened many doors through my journey and the doors at Azura were truly a gift from God. This family made a difference in a long journey. I will always have them in my thoughts and prayers. They are where and doing what they are meant to do!

This community was home for my mother for almost 3 years. She had many friends here, residents and caregivers. Mom is gone now, and I feel a connection with Azura of Oconomowoc. I have made friendships and life long ties with the family of caregivers. This is home. A lovely home for your loved ones.

Every single member of this organization was very kind and helpful to my mother. I never had a worry about her care. When I visit I was always treated with the utmost courtesy.

When we were searching for a residential care facility for my father, our hope was that we could find a place where the team would care for him as if he were a family member. We weren't sure that was actually possible, but thankfully it's a reality at Azura Sheboygan. The team at Azura treats Dad with genuine care, respect, and kindness. They have taken the time to get to know him as a person, and they have also taken the time to learn the nuances of his situation so that he can have the care that is best for him. As a family member, it makes it much easier for me to rest comfortably, because I know that they are making sure that Dad gets what he needs, and that they will continue to do so even as his situation changes. They also maintain an excellent relationship with his medical team. Other facilities may have larger rooms, or higher ceilings, or larger video screens. Azura's facilities are clean and safe but more modestly appointed. They put the money and the effort into caring for the patients. From our perspective, that's a much better investment.

From the first day I walked into Manitowoc Azura Care it felt like a home and family and not an institution. That was two years ago and nothing has changed since, actually it more like home and the family feeling has increased. I love the small close knit community who cares for each other and staff that interacts all day long with residents not just caring, but sharing life, meals, snacks, conversation and fun. I have such peace of mind when I am not able to be with my loved one daily to know they are in a place that ministers to them body, soul and spirit. While there I continually see the interaction and true service given and received by smiles on faces that light up when the activity director comes in the door for some extra fun! Azura Memory Care of Manitowoc was recommended to me when the time came to find a new home after ninety plus years of living at home, and I'm glad I choose this place!
