Azura Memory Care in Stoughton WI is exceptional. Director [name removed], RN [name removed] each and every staff members provide excellent care to my mom. It is such a comfort to know that my mom is taken such good care of. As a registered nurse of 33 years myself, I am so happy and blessed to be apart of the Azura Memory Care organization. Only one word describes Azura - exceptional!

I love this place. My husband is a resident and he couldn't be in a better care anywhere. He is safe and considers Azura to be his "home." [name removed] and her staff provide excellent care and are able to meet all of [name removed]'s needs in a loving and careful way. I myself like working with staff. They treat me with the utmost respect and are fantastic in keeping me involved in [name removed]'s care. I am glad we have such an excellent facility in our community.

The staff is extremely attentive and caring. It has been a very positive experience for my wife and our family. The room sizes and the layout of the community are good. It has two identical wings. We have been very satisfied and I would highly recommend it.

I believe that they gave excellent attention to my sister. They were caring and attentive. They were also caring for us as a family, which I thought was special. The communication between the director and the family was very good.

The people at Azura have taken excellent care of my mother. They stay in close communication with the family and are always cheerful. Mom loves talking and being around people and the staff has time to listen, and even bake her favorite cake!

We spent a lot of time finding a homey yet efficient and caring facility for my mother. We found it in Azura Memory Care of Stoughton. My mother can be a handful and the staff deals with her beautifully. She's loved for herself and they glide thru the memory and stubborn issues with skill. Thank you Azura!

During this time I have been completely satisfied and comfortable having [name removed] at Azura and knowing he has good care. Every time I call everyone is always pleasant. I know [name removed] likes all the staff and he says the food is good. Before the virus when I visited I saw how caring the staff is to the other residents. I could feel how much they cared about them. I'm very thankful [name removed] is being well cared for.

I feel like my mother is being taken care of. I did not feel like this was the case at her last place. It gives me a break from the worries of the past. Tough times now but I've been kept informed and let know when my mom needed things. Thank you!

I have been very happy with my mom's care here at Azura. The staff is friendly and very nice to my mom and the others. She seems to be happy there as do the others. She likes the food there. I also like that when I visit she is always clean. I really appreciate that I don't have to worry about here care and well being.

After 5.5 years of poor care in a different facility, I found Azura for my sister-in-law. It is night and day difference between the 2 facilities. Azura is a little piece of heaven for people with dementia. The staff from the executive director to maintenance have taken the time to get to know her as a person. The whole staff is trained in dementia care. They give her endless tender loving care.

We are very happy to say our experience with [name removed] living at Azura has been very positive. The staff appears to be very caring and attentive. Phone calls during this difficult time has been helpful. We feel satisfied having [name removed] at Azura, also it's the best place for him at this time.

The work staff is of a special kind. They truly care for the people under their care. They also run the cleanest and best workers that I have ever been presented with. Their work is all work but love fun the people have within this community.

Edencrest at Green Meadows is a very nice, very clean place. The staff knows the residents on a first-name basis. The food is good when it is served in the dining room. The room sizes are good. They have some outdoor space for the residents to use.

The location is good. Edencrest has a good reputation. My husband was there for respite care. He liked the food. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Edencrest to friends and family.

The team at Azura Clinton cared for my mom as if she was there own. She was happy, well-fed, and loved by the whole staff. I am so thankful we found this facility to take of my mom.

The facility is small so there is very personal care. What I like is that everybody knows everybody, staff and residents included. The building is fairly new , so it is updated and the lay out is nice. The building is one floor with the lobby in the center, so, there is no way to get lost. Also, it has excellent security. During the COVID-19, I have been getting weekly phone calls by the nurse with updates , which is very nice. We visited many facilities, but this one just stood out to us because is was so nice.

I spoke to A Place for Mom and within 24 hours they had tours set up and one was Azura. At Azura they go above and beyond everyday to help my dad and they contact my Mom everyday to let her know how he is doing. My dad is not doing well and they made arrangements for my mom and I to visit with him in his room even during the lock down for the virus. I am amazed at their care, it is so very wonderful for my family. The caregivers treat him like their family. They treat our whole family like family, I can’t say enough good things about this community.

At first, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and willing to work with us. But after that, I felt that in memory care, she should have gotten more attention than was provided. We have an urgency in placement, and we chose that community because they had availability and the option to transfer to our first choice sister community that was full at the time. But after two weeks, we had to move my mom to inpatient hospice. I really felt that the staff had the attitude that my mom wasn't important anymore because she was leaving.

They do a very good job at Azura. The staff is friendly. They serve home cooked meals. They don’t leave any patients in their rooms, they are out in the common areas with care givers during the day. They have two wings with common areas in the middle so it is very easy to get around in a wheelchair. We looked at 5 places, it is expensive but worth the price. We knew other people that had loved ones here and had heard good things.
