The people at Azura have taken excellent care of my mother. They stay in close communication with the family and are always cheerful. Mom loves talking and being around people and the staff has time to listen, and even bake her favorite cake!

I was so impressed with Morning Star Village. My mom was there for 10 months. She had a wonderful experience. They are a very caring staff. Morning Star is locally owned. It was very neat and clean. They find out about each resident's personality and they place them with others that have similar interests. My mom was very happy there.

We spent a lot of time finding a homey yet efficient and caring facility for my mother. We found it in Azura Memory Care of Stoughton. My mother can be a handful and the staff deals with her beautifully. She's loved for herself and they glide thru the memory and stubborn issues with skill. Thank you Azura!

During this time I have been completely satisfied and comfortable having [name removed] at Azura and knowing he has good care. Every time I call everyone is always pleasant. I know [name removed] likes all the staff and he says the food is good. Before the virus when I visited I saw how caring the staff is to the other residents. I could feel how much they cared about them. I'm very thankful [name removed] is being well cared for.

I feel like my mother is being taken care of. I did not feel like this was the case at her last place. It gives me a break from the worries of the past. Tough times now but I've been kept informed and let know when my mom needed things. Thank you!

I have been very happy with my mom's care here at Azura. The staff is friendly and very nice to my mom and the others. She seems to be happy there as do the others. She likes the food there. I also like that when I visit she is always clean. I really appreciate that I don't have to worry about here care and well being.

After 5.5 years of poor care in a different facility, I found Azura for my sister-in-law. It is night and day difference between the 2 facilities. Azura is a little piece of heaven for people with dementia. The staff from the executive director to maintenance have taken the time to get to know her as a person. The whole staff is trained in dementia care. They give her endless tender loving care.

We are very happy to say our experience with [name removed] living at Azura has been very positive. The staff appears to be very caring and attentive. Phone calls during this difficult time has been helpful. We feel satisfied having [name removed] at Azura, also it's the best place for him at this time.

The work staff is of a special kind. They truly care for the people under their care. They also run the cleanest and best workers that I have ever been presented with. Their work is all work but love fun the people have within this community.

The team at Azura Clinton cared for my mom as if she was there own. She was happy, well-fed, and loved by the whole staff. I am so thankful we found this facility to take of my mom.

The facility is small so there is very personal care. What I like is that everybody knows everybody, staff and residents included. The building is fairly new , so it is updated and the lay out is nice. The building is one floor with the lobby in the center, so, there is no way to get lost. Also, it has excellent security. During the COVID-19, I have been getting weekly phone calls by the nurse with updates , which is very nice. We visited many facilities, but this one just stood out to us because is was so nice.

I spoke to A Place for Mom and within 24 hours they had tours set up and one was Azura. At Azura they go above and beyond everyday to help my dad and they contact my Mom everyday to let her know how he is doing. My dad is not doing well and they made arrangements for my mom and I to visit with him in his room even during the lock down for the virus. I am amazed at their care, it is so very wonderful for my family. The caregivers treat him like their family. They treat our whole family like family, I can’t say enough good things about this community.

They do a very good job at Azura. The staff is friendly. They serve home cooked meals. They don’t leave any patients in their rooms, they are out in the common areas with care givers during the day. They have two wings with common areas in the middle so it is very easy to get around in a wheelchair. We looked at 5 places, it is expensive but worth the price. We knew other people that had loved ones here and had heard good things.

Our family all were so impressed with Azura and the care our father received. He lived there 17 moths and they treated him with kindness and respect through every stage of his Alzehimers. Our mother now is in assisted living in Oconomowoc but her needs are not to the level Azura provides otherwise she would be living there. We loved that place for Dad.

Warm and welcoming upon my mom's arrival. Staff were patient and caring. Executive Director, at the time, [name removed] was attentive and involved. Lots of activites for family to be involved in. Family made welcome whenever visiting.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Azura Memory Care of Sheboygan and their loving staff who cared for my father. Any family who is dealing with a loved one suffering with dementia knows how difficult it is, and the worries that go along with it. Thanks to Azura, many of those worries were put to rest. The genuine love, care, and compassion, they gave to my father was truly heartwarming. The peace of mind I felt knowing my father was being taken care of, and loved, as if he was their own father was invaluable. My father had been in 2 facilities prior, with additional moves within one facility, no facility even came close to the warmth, love, and compassion that he/we felt at Azura. Even though my father was mostly non-verbal his happiness and love for the care givers was evident! When he saw them he would have the biggest smile on his face and give them the biggest hugs. I can honestly say there is no other place I would have wanted my dad to spend the last year of his life, I only wish we would have learned of Azura Memory Care earlier. [Name removed] was treated like a loving father by all of the staff. It warmed our hearts to know that he was taken care of in such a loving way. It made it so much easier for the family leaving after a visit ??. The staff always was touching him engaging him and making him smile. He loved all of his ladies. He smiled with his beautiful blue eyes and all of his ladies made those baby blues smile. I highly recommend this facility to any person whom wants their loved one taken care of with dignity and lots of love. God bless each and every one . He was always neat and clean some thing that was very important to us azura staff thank you so much for that. Thank each and every one of toms ladies for a spectacular job.

They say "the third time is the charm" & that truly was the case for my father when I made the decision to move him to Azura Memory Care of Sheboygan. There was seriously no comparison between the other two "facilities" where Dad had previously "resided" & the Azura HOME. My expectations were extremely high; - he deserved the best & I was no longer willing to accept anything but. At Azura he was not just cared for but he was LOVED. The entire team, led by Executive Director [name removed] genuinely cared about & KNEW my dad. He was treated with love, compassion, dignity & respect. His days were filled with smiles, laughter, compliments, hugs & pure JOY. The caregivers were selfless in their efforts to ensure that he knew that this was HIS home & that it was their honor to serve him. Understanding, comforting & caring for those with Dementia is not their job, - it is their PASSION. I encourage everyone to come visit, listen & observe this Team in action. You'll be grateful that you did!

My cousin has been at Stoney River since September and has had a wonderful experience. They have provided individual programing for her special needs, and treat her with dignity and respect. They are very good at communicating with me and the staff is very friendly and competent. There is always something fun going on at Stoney River that my cousin has to look forward to, and it did not take her long at all to adjust to her new community. I stop by frequently (unannounced) and things are always clean and orderly. I would highly recommend Stoney River to anyone who needs to place a loved one.

I can't Thank You enough for giving my daughter the opportunity to live at Azura Memory Care of Wausau. She is very happy in her home there. She has been there almost 4 months now and couldn't be happier. The entire staff (AKA Angels) are some of the best people I have ever met. They treat my daughter with respect, dignity, & loving care. Because of this Exceptional care she is thriving mentally & improving physically. This is the happiest I have seen my daughter in years. As her Mother I can't tell you enough how grateful my Heart & Soul feel for the directors & all staff. I feel this facility & staff are the answer to my prayers. May God Bless you all.
