I had a problem with this place when I toured it. When I was looking at the apartments, I noticed that the showers did not have the shower hose. When I asked, the lady just replied to me that if I bought one they would install it. Later on, I asked about crime and she told me that when they rob the place next door, they usually go to this complex to hide. It did not make me feel safe t all.

I scored them a 3/5 only because my mother has not lived there very long. The community is very clean and the staff is friendly. They offer a calendar for activities and keep us informed of what is going on. I have personally tried the food and it is very good.

Horrible new management. The past few months have been awful for the people living there. It’s really gone down hill. Terrible food, rude front office. The receptionist is nice, but the office person is rude. Especially when her boss isn’t there. A lot of people are moving out because of the changes since the new corporate woman took over. At the tenant meeting, she raised her voice and tried to intimidate the elderly people when they asked about changes she is making. She has ruined Windsor Square.

What this community could work to improve on is to do what they say they will do and actually offer the things they say they will offer. They could also have more staff and better food to serve.

i HAD CONVINCED MY MOM TO SELL HER HOME, AND PURSUE A LIVING SITUATION THAT WOULD ENABLE HER TO ENJOY RETIREMENT!.. IF I COULD TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME, I'D OF NOT MOVED HER TO WINDSOR!! HER LIFETIME COLLECTION OF JEWELRY WENT MISSING FROM HER APT WHILE SHE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. IVE REACHED OUT, SINCE DAY ONE , IN HOPES STAFF WOULD HELP ME LOCATE HER PRECIOUS ITEMS, SHE HAS SINCE PASSED AWAY, AND IT STRIKES AT THE HEART KNOWING MOM SUFFERED THIS ABUSE AT THE HANDS OF THOSE WHO WERE SUPPOSE TO CARE. INITIALLY STAFF ACTED LIKE THEY WERE TAKING IT SERIOUSLY, TRIED TO CLAIM FAMILY MEMBERS HAD ACCESS, NONE DID! SINCE INITIAL CONTACT, THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS!
