Our family moved our parent into the facility in late 2024. We needed a solution that was convenient to our home, but would provide dining options and social interactions for our elderly parent. As soon as they moved in, the staff went silent and none of the services promised were fufilled. The dining room service is terrible - to the point of being a danger to residents on limited diets; one of the restaurants is always closed without notice due to "staffing issues." The cleaning staff never shows up when they say they will. The Executive Director was fired and the replacement sent from Corporate is now raising rent almost 10%, while not providing the services at an acceptable level. Talk to residents before moving in here or relocating a loved one - they will tell you the truth!

barely one year old with new management in September, firing of onsite admi last Friday The right hand does not want to know what the left hand is doing bullying by administrative staff, Inept administration Overworked aids = much staff illness Serious language barrier Design of ALF unit not helpful for disabled with Walker --overhead cabinets, uneven floors, left-hand refrigerator in the corner 20 minutes housekeeping once a week industrial laundry ruins my clothes I could really go on about SERVICES being antagonistic to the kindest one could ask for But I don't call for help in the daytime if I can help myself at all I've been asked to lie in my urine until the aids come back from break no one comes for two hours when I call finally I say no do not do that they say yes yes and it's done a great inconvenience to myself

While the facility is beautiful and amenities plentiful, the care promised in Assisted Living is not what’s been received. Grand Living doesn’t live up to its name. Communication also lacking. Still no answers why meds were overlooked. We are experiencing a “bait & switch”. We do not recommend Grand Living. We were fooled by the “grand”.

Corporate will demolish this organization. Their insistence on managing free standing communitie while sitting at a desk, out of state miles away. HR overrules the needs of the residents and no one blinks. However they ignore the voices of those that actually know & care for the people that call Grand Living home.
