Best facility in the area by a good margin - staff and facility.

Moved her to Grand Living at Tamaya in March, 100% better experience there, nothing bad to say about them, 10 out of 10! We loved the community, my mother passed away a few months ago but truly loved the facility. They were wonderful.

The transition process was eased by grand living’s clear expectations and helpful resource recommendations for moving from my parents house into the facility. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Facilities is beautiful and well-maintained and the meals are spectacular. Fitness director is fantastic. Residents are very friendly and enjoyable. My parents are both very pleased with their new home at GL.

The friendliness of the entire staff is second to none. The amount of activities they have are incredible. My mom goes different places several times a week and she loves it. We would absolutely recommend Grand Living to other families based on the experience we have had so far

5 on all. They are absolutely wonderful there. Very clean, staff very friendly and always willing to have a conversation about anything. Very sweet to all residents. Mom has studio, but plenty big for her and big bathroom as well. Highly recommend to anyone.

Mom enjoys most of the meals and her apartment is spacious and pretty new. It’s in a convenient location close to Publix and Sprouts. Building did well during the last two hurricanes and no water or wind damage. Plenty of activities and the facility it well maintained.

Our mother moved into The Watermark when she relocated to the area to be closer to her family and she is very happy she did. The facility and living environment is very nice, but it is the wonderful and attentive staff who make it special. There are many activities for her to engage in and opportunities to make new friends. And the Watermark team does a wonderful job of helping her which helps us to rest easy that she is safe and well cared for. Thank you Watermark

The staff are super friendly and kind.

My mother’s husband has Alzheimer’s, but was still at home. The stress of being a full time caregiver was really taking a toll on my mom, and she ended up in the hospital herself. I contacted A Place for Mom, and they set up a tour for us. Once we got to Grand Living, we knew we didn’t have to look any further. All of the staff are just wonderful, they helped us through every step of this process and are so kind and caring. My stepfather in is memory care and he is treated like family; and the peace of mind we have now, knowing that he is safe, is such a relief and a blessing!

I am currently a resident at The Watermark at Coral Gables and everything about my experience at this facility has been great. I love it here! I would recommend The Watermark at Coral Gables to others.

We chose Grand Living at Indian Creek for our loved one because of the value for the money as well as how nice the facility was. The staff and residents have all bee very nice. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

When my father was hospitalized someone sat with my mother overnight. There is 24 hour nursing care and they change the menu every 3 months. The Watermark is by far superior to[community name removed], and [fee removed] less a month. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families

We took a tour of Grand Living at Georgetown during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. Our tour was very nice. This facility was great! The cleanliness and friendliness were great.

The care team has been amazing by constantly providing activities and enrichment for the residents. They cater to each persons needs and go above and beyond to make them feel special.

This is a more upscale and more independent living. The meals were lovely and the residents looked like they need a little bit of assistance. The price was very good for my parents.

GL has gone thru some leadership & staffing changes. New Exec Director. New Director of Nursing. Both in February. Nursing Director just hired an assistant who I met in late March. Therapy team has one out on maternity leave & new speech therapist just hired. One of the Maintenance men past away about 3 wks ago. Mom moved at end of February. Our sales gal was amazing. Continues to be even tho no significant contact like initially but always willing to help or get an answer or offer an introduction. Lady who we toured with before committing to GL was terrific. Executive Director seems lovely. Limited interaction - only on move-in day. New Nursing Dir is good too. Think she's stretch but thin at the moment - training & learning the process there. She'll get back to me w answers but usually takes a day or two. Imagine new assistant will help once everyone settles into their roles. Therapy team - Director lovely. Very responsive. Whether that's needing to cancel or resched or talk about/adjust mom's PT program. Floor staff - care team med techs & housekeeping... •there's a nurse station on each floor - which i think is helpful to residents & family. One central spot to find care team & med techs. May not always be someone present but typically there in 5min or less someone comes. •care team - I've had limited interaction w & they tell me mom typically refuses much of their help or offerings ie help w bathing •housecleaning - mom doesn't always use them wkly but there's been a few times that there was a bit more mess (sick) to clean than typical & lady has been nice & understanding •med techs - my interaction w them has been limited but positive. Mom thinks it's taken too long for them to bring a pain med. One time it did take 2 hours for mom to rec a pain med - that is a long time. I'll add too that for the most part they seem somewhat patient w mom. She's not easy when it comes to her meds - often she asks them to come back... multiple times. Our first few wks there it took a bit to get some meds straight. Nothing detrimental. But it n hindsight knowing new Nursing Director & mom was new (& set in her ways & not wanting to be at GL anyway) made for a few bumps. Have found GL team responsive overall & most are kind & friendly. All the residents we've met are very nice. Welcome committee is nice touch. Ladies super friendly. They love living there. Some have asked mom to join them or their table at dinner. GL happy hours are very well attended ??

She's doing well it was quite an adjustment for her. But she seems to be enjoying things there she's a little bored she would like a little bit more variety and more activities that stimulate her intellectually. She also has some food allergies that are being addressed but she said that the food is been very inconsistent. That said her overall experience has been excellent and she thinks that the staff is just wonderful
