We did quite a bit of research before making this life decision and I am glad we did. My husband and I feel like we are on a permeant vacation. We love our apartment. The community itself is wonderful the staff and residents are friendly and nice. It's such a happy place lots to do no pressure to join anything if you don't want. We feel that we are eating better than we ever have before the food is great. The reason we chose this community was location and price they were both a perfect fit. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Elmcroft of Tempe really deserves a 5 star rating. From the front desk to each and every staff member I met and talked with, my experience was pleasant and very informative. The rooms, activities, and all amenities were explained in detail. I definitely consider Elmcroft to be a great fit for anyone needing to to make a choice on placing a family member into a living place that's helpful, safe and enjoyable.

We toured this community and we felt like it would be a great community. The staff was wonderful. The community was clean and beautiful. They have an outstanding list of activities. This would have been a great place for her, but they did not have the assistance that we needed at night. Families would be happy with the care of this community.

I went on the tour on Saturday and was quite interested in what they had to offer. I took my daughter/son-in-law back on Sunday and they were impressed with this community. I spoke with [Removed] and will return in a day or two to sign a contract and begin the moving process. I think this community will meet my needs very well. Thank you for the referral.

Enjoyable living is what senior living is at The Country Club of La Cholla. A great staff, friendly residents, beautiful grounds, fun activities and good food. I am very happy here!

They were a nice community but we did not get a connecting feeling when visiting. They were professional and gave us more than enough information to make the right choice. They did great.

The staff at this community have bent over backwards to help mom adjust to living at this community. The food is really good and the community is very nice. They work with us if we have any concerns. They offer a lot of activities and mom likes the music entertainment. We really liked that this community has a pool for the residents and their families to enjoy.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. The staff was nice and able to see a lot of the community. We did like that idea of them having a swimming pool indoors. The community was clean and seemed to have a nice environment. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one. for the care and value.

I could not have asked for a better community for my mother. She is doing very well, and I'am satisfied with her move to this facility. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a very good staff in this community. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They provide good meals, and have plenty activities available for the residents. I would recommend this community, it is working out well my family.

I am happy living at this community. The staff is caring and I like that they keep the community clean. They offer a nice menu and activities for others to participate. I would recommend families to tour this community for the care and value that is offered.

This is where we have decided to place my father. The facility had everything we (and he) wanted. We felt is was the best value for the condition of the room and its size (one bedroom) and the fact that if he transitioned from independent living to assisted living, he didn't have to move from one unit to another.

My Mother was in another facility and I became very unhappy. They were over medicating her with out telling me. Twin Rivers was our first choice however it was not possible, they had not opened at the time we had to place my mother. We chose a different home that was very nice in appearance. Mom was there for about 2 months and I started to notice a rapid decline in her appearance and personality. To my surprise when I received the medicine bill I found that she was being over medicated. I spoke to the staff and doctor with no resolution and we immediately moved my Mom to Twin Rivers. Twin Rivers is unbelievable!!!! The Director [Removed] and the Memory Care supervisor [Removed], well to be honest ALL the employees are just so wonderful. My mom has done a total turn around, she is laughing, looks 100% better and this is only after one week. I have never met such caring people. This is the way that your loved one needs to be treated. I have never gone through this and you depend on the staff for assistance in all area's. If you are having issues with you home or looking for a home. Please do yourself a favor and go to Twin Rivers Richardson. This disease is bad enough without worrying about how you loved one is being treated.

We like the care at this community. The staff is nice and friendly. The community is beautiful and maintained. I am glad that she is in a nice community that has a good environment that she does enjoy.She is happy with being able to cook her own meals. the offer her activities to enjoy with the other residents. We would highly recommend this community to other families for a good value for a loved one

I moved into the country club about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. I love the size of my apartment and the food is very good. The staff really makes all the difference. Everyone is so helpful! The wide range of activities makes it easy to stay busy, but I'm never forced to do anything. I'm able to stay at home and only take part in the things I want. Very happy I moved.

This is a nice community with great care. The staff are outstanding and always keeping me informed on her progress or set backs. The community is clean and maintained. We would like to see them have less fried foods.The community has a lot of activities that hopefully she will participate in with the other residents.We would gladly recommend this community for the care and value to other families.

I am very impressed with this facility! I hurt my back within the first few days of arriving at the facility, and I was very impressed by the doctor that came and helped me. I am extremely happy with the staff and the cleanliness of the facility as well. The day meals are quite good, but I am not too fond of the dinners in particular because they put a little too much sauce on the food, but the vegetables are delicious. Overall, I am pleased with my stay!

The community is a great fit for my dad. They were a great recommendation. He likes the meals and has a few options to choose daily. His apartment has a fridge and a microwave. They have games a couple days of the week. He plays domino, gone to a few celebrations, and has joined Wii bowling. Outings are planned but he has not yet went with them. We have had a great experience and they are easy to work with. The facility is nice and clean.

My dad does not like the meals so he makes his own meals. They have the resident sit with other people but he does not like that experience. He likes the apartment and the kitchen so he can make what he wants. He likes going on the bus,to get air, it takes him to places. Overall he likes the community and I would recommend them to my own family. They have physical therapy onsite. He really needs it and has improved a lot with their help. It has helped his health and mental well being.

I like this community I call home. The like the staff who are very nice and caring to my needs. The community is clean and I like the environment. The menu is appealing. This community offers a lot of nice activities for me to participate with the other residents. I would recommend other to this community for a nice place to live.

My mother is doing very well in this community. It took her a while to adjust, but she is now comfortable. I'am satisfied with everything they have done for us. The staff is great. They are very helpful, and patient. They help make the transition process a little smoother. Everyone is very kind to my family, and I. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.
