I moved to the country club about a month ago and I would best compare it to a cruise ship without the water- and I've been on a lot! The stress of daily duties and owning a home is no more! What I enjoy most is that everyone is so friendly. It's easy to make friend and meet new people. The personnel is so accommodating, you could ask for anything better. The amenities included make life so much easier. Food is cooked for me, there's tons of activities to choose from and the weekly housekeeping is big plus. I love being able to go shopping when I need to, and they even picked up and dropped off perceptions for me. My apartment is open and airy with a full kitchen and large Arizona room. When I first visited CCLC I knew this was it! I just had family over for a lovely meal in the private dinning room, staffed with our very own server, and they said they can't wait to move in one day! The only thing I wish I did differently, is that I had made the move sooner.

2nd choice only because of my budget. May have to tweak the numbers a bit. Lovely, they've thought of everything.

It was such a hard decision for us to make as a family 6 months ago. A few visits and a lot of questions later my parents and my siblings couldn't be happier. We all rest better knowing they have the amazing care of the Sheridan.

Celebration Village was beautiful and truly a nice place to visit. It is pricier than we are looking for but if you can afford it, it is definitely worth every penny.

I really like that they specialize in dementia/Alz. They truly understand how to talk & interact with the residents. Fantastic gps technology to track everyone & acts as a key to open only that persons room.Bedrooms are dorm size tiny, supposedly so that you don't stay in your bedroom all day. I am concerned with the limited nursing license & the fact that there is no RN on staff.

I loved this place, very upscale but the cost was competitive. Tami was pretty and gracious and very knowledgeable as her own mom lives there. I loved the room designs and the units felt new inside. The interior was new and sumptuous. There was an art room with oil painting lessons, a library with ladies playing bridge, and a beautiful dining room with folks visiting long after their meal. They are adding a grab and go cafe near the lobby for snacks and quick meals. Convenient for the active residents taking transportation there, arriving back or gathering to watch sports on several big screens there. Quick service at the conscierge desk, friendly staff!

We visited all the premier communities in Memphis. Town Village Audubon Park stood out due to the family feeling you get from the residents and staff. The staff is super responsive and accommodating! The residents are simply happy and friendly! Mom and dad love it here!

Marketing Director [Removed] showed me all residential options at the community. She answered all my questions. I was impressed by the staff, the public areas, the grounds (even though snow-covered, the gardens are beautiful), the flexible dining options, and the array of activities that residents can access.

Brookdale has been great so far. They are totally resident oriented here. They never tell me no, and they really do try to work with me and my needs. The food is wonderful, and they do a good job accommodating my diet. They have lots of activities here as well, like morning exercises, discussion of current events, and live entertainment. The place is absolutely spotless, and I really that it is a one story building.

I have nothing but good things to say about Acacia Springs -- my parents are very happy there, getting good food, wonderful physical therapy, and great socialization. The cleanliness is excellent. They provide activities every day -- bingo, movies, all sorts of small group activities (crafting, knitting, bridge, etc). They also regularly bring in entertainment for the residents. Every Friday night they have Happy Hour with music and dancing. They offer transportation to various stores, banks, doctors, casinos (this is Las Vegas after all) and also have trips to places like the Smith Center for performances (touring Broadway productions, singers, stuff like that). The only thing I know they charge extra for is something like that where you have to buy tickets. I've been impressed with the food choices when I've eaten with my parents. I wholeheartedly recommend Acacia Springs.

After touring several places in East Memphis, we were very happy to find Town Village. For our family, the location is an amazing plus. The facility is beautiful and has a very happy vibe. The residents all seemed to be enjoying themselves, while we visited. The prices are very competitive, and the units are nicely updated. The staff all seem very friendly and helpful. They offer all sorts of activities, including outdoor raised garden beds that the residents can maintain themselves- a very sweet touch. They have a little salon and convenience store on site. As well as rehab facilities that are charged through Medicare. We are very excited to make the move to Town Village with our loved one.

We are so impressed with this community and the people who work here. The staff is so caring and supportive. We live close so it's very convenient. She is a fall risk so we have someone with her now 24 hours a day. She enjoys the daily activities like bingo, movie nights. She is making friends also. The food is good and she has her breakfast in her room, then lunch and diner in the dining area. It is so clean in there and very beautiful I am amazed every time I walk in ther. I would recommend them.

Beautiful facility. Many amenities. However, we prefer a location closer to current neighborhood. Friendly staff...

Atria Collier Park has been a great experience so far. The staff is very friendly, and they seem to be very accommodating. They want everybody to be happy. They have a wide range of activities, and the building and grounds are clean and well kept. The food leaves a little to be desired, but they do offer a wide variety of options. This facility is the nearest to us, and as soon as we toured, we really liked it. We've continued to be happy with them, and we would recommend them to others.

I have two concrete examples of the incredible service I’ve received at CCLC. I’ll share one – my 93-year-old dad had changed his mind about moving out of his big house multiple times. He finally agreed, movers scheduled, boxes ready, lease signed and deposit made – then changed his mind 24hrs before move in! Per contract, he knew he was forfeiting all monies paid but the Executive Director on a Saturday afternoon, told us he’d hold the apartment until end of Monday and if dad still didn’t move in, he’d tear up the lease and return all his money. Incredible! Dad moved in and all is well.

I am so thankful that A Place for Mom referred us to this facility. My Grandmother really loves it here and she is doing very well. All of the staff members are super friendly and nice. I can’t get over how helpful everyone is here. She loves the food and the dining experience is amazing. They serve two meals a day. The community also has housekeeping that comes in weekly and they change the bed linens as well. They have a lot of activities and my Grandma likes playing bingo and cards. It really has been a great move for her. I would highly recommend this facility.

My aunt has been staying at Heritage Oaks, and it has been a great experience so far. The place is brand new, and it is spotless and clean. The staff is very friendly and caring, and overall, I think it’s just a healthy environment for my aunt. She loves the food there, and she is really enjoying the exercise program they have in the mornings. I’d certainly recommend this community to others.

My 84 year old father spent the last two months of his life at Prestige in Green Valley. The staff was universally wonderful. Kind, attentive, caring... all one could ever ask for and more. If this were a ten point rating system, I'd give them an eleven. Thank you all, and especially you, [Removed]!

A little pricy for our budget but very nice. We are considering this place.
