My mother moved into Prestige at Mira Loma/Memory Care a little after a month ago. From the time she moved in & throughout this last month, all staff have always been welcoming, kind, understanding & nurturing toward both the resident and their family members. The program director, is pleasant to work with, warm, friendly & very knowledgeable when it comes to the needs of the residents. You can contact the staff members any time, day/night. They are always easy to reach & beyond helpful when you or your family member has a need or question. Beyond all of this, the Memory Care area is very secure and all staff follow specific procedures for letting family members (and residents when going out with family) in/out of the facility to ensure the safety of all residents. I think the biggest plus at Prestige at Mira Loma Memory Care is that the residents are encouraged to express themselves & they are each made to feel valued & respected during a very vulnerable time of their lives.

So far I just like the Collier Park community it has been a nice experience and based on the experience so far I would recommend this community to other families.

My mother is currently a resident at Town Village Sterling Heights and The Gem Memory Care and her experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness is great. The facility has a very nice center and accommodations. The food is restaurant quality. They have a variety of activities to suit all tastes. I would recommend Town Village Sterling Heights and The Gem Memory Care to friends and family.

- 5+ because of the staff - 5 My mother in law says it is clean - 5 staff is amazing. Very nice and supportive - 5 my mother in law is happy - 4 meals are good and she is well fed - 4 I don't think she has done much except a few happy hours - 5 we feel that she is safe there and well taken care of.

My friend is a vegetarian and they promised to accommodate that but once he moved in grilled cheese was his go to option. After complaining he finally (3 weeks into his stay) met with Asst. Chef and since more options were provided. It was clear they did not have anything in place for this but finally came through. Otherwise my friend likes it there. It is a lifestyle change and there are growing pains.

My mom is currently a resident at The Shores at Clearlake. I did an extensive search to find the best place for my mom and I truly did find it in The Shores at Clearlake. The facility is currently in between chefs and the food is not good at the moment. Hopefully it will improve. I would definitely recommend The Shores at Clearlake to family and friends.

I am currently a resident at Camellia at Deerwood and I can honestly say that my rating for everything is a five. Everything has been going very well. My only problem has been coordinating my doctor visits and getting my prescriptions delivered. I think that will get worked out. Otherwise, my experience has been great. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and activities are great, also. I would recommend this facility to others.

Every employee we ever interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Place did not reek of urine, unlike others we have seen.[name removed] goes above and beyond, every single day! She is amazing- with her knowledge, ability, friendliness, understanding and dedication to all the residents and their families!!!

Five on everything but the food. The food I would rate a three. The staff is wonderful. They are very attentive to the people that live there. They could improve on the food by providing better quality meat. They could also offer a better variety of veggies, not always the same veggies. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Peoria. They are a great bunch of people there.

I feel like I am living on a CruiseShip on land! I am entertained from 9am to 7pm. I do not have to cook or clean anymore and I have made many friends! The staff is wonderful too and I view them as family!

As soon as I walked into this community, I felt an overwhelming feeling of warmth. The energy was great. The staff is very responsive, attentive and pleasant. There are a lot of interactive activities to choose from. The food is high quality and there are many choices to pick from. I feel safe living here!

I am very happy living at Brookdale Northbrook. I have a beautiful spacious apartment and I have made many friendships. The staff is helpful and compassionate. I wish I had moved in sooner! Please consider Brookdale Northbrook!

I have lived here for almost 7 years. I moved here from Massachusetts, not knowing anyone that lived here. Since I have moved in, I have made so many genuine friendships. I also don't have to worry about cooking or cleaning anymore! The staff is fantastic!

I love living here. The staff is outstanding and considerate of our needs always. I have made many friends and I always have something to do. I never feel lonely since my husband passed away. Brookdale Northbrook is a very kind environment!

Brookdale Northbrook has proven to be the place for me. I am busy here and keep active. There are no shortages of activities to choose from. The staff is amazing and work really well as a team. I also enjoy being one of our resident ambassadors who help welcome new residents to Brookdale. i am proud to be part of this wonderful community!

My mother is currently a resident at Shorehaven. The staff at this facility is the best. Very caring. They are involved and care about the needs of the residents. They communicate well with the families. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends. In fact, I just recommended it to a friend today!

Very nice Memory Care and Assistant Living in Nassau Bay. Our mom moved there from another facility in League City and loves it. They treat her like family and we get regular updates from the Director about activities and services. They have a family Luau coming up and we can’t wait!

We toured several places for our Dad and this one stood out from the warm welcome, to the smiling residents, to the beautiful furnishings. They did not rush us and we did not feel pressured. Everyone we met was friendly, including the residents. The Memory Care is beautiful and we liked that they have their own activities person. Highly recommend this facility

This is a very secure place with caring staff and a wonderful atmosphere. I feel like a am part of a community, not just a resident. The staff feels like family. iIam lucky to call Brookdale Northbrook my home.

Brookdale Northbrook is a great place to live. I have lived here for 6 years. the staff is super and always helpful! if you need help, it is always available to you! The wait staff is excellent, and the food is top notch. I am thankful for living here.
