We chose Langdon Place of Dover because of the onsite medical care and the location was good for family. It is an older facility but they have updated some of the areas though. I do think it is overall a good place with a good value for the money. They could improve on communication with the visiting medical and on site medical with the families. I would recommend to others looking as long as it it fits your loved ones needs.

From my family member's perspective, some of the nursing staff are not as friendly, and it's hard to get any answers from anybody. But I know there are many factors going into that - things like staff shortages and Covid going on.

I have been at Lehigh commons for several months now and very pleased so far. Everyone is very friendly!

I am very comfortable here and the staff are very good. They have activities like bingo and outside activities for the residents to participate in. They have a patio, they have cards and movies also for the residents to participate in also.

They do have a lot of activities for the residents to do here. This was a good place for my loved one. There are plenty opportunities for here to do something here. I tell people all the time that this is a nice place and that I would recommend this community.

I would recommend if your loved one needed memory care. They seem to be a little understaffed at the moment. It would be nice to have all memory care residents to have more one on one care.

The staff @ Berkshire Commons so their best here. I think they have plenty of activities and I love Boce Ball games. I appreciate the VA help

The staff that take care of us are just great. The food is fair, I feel the combinations need work, it is always clean and nice. I feel the caregivers work very hard. I don't think there is another place we could be that we would get this great care!

We have been here for over a year and realize what a good choice we have made being here. We are very independent in our large apartment and are fully able to care for our selves but nursing staff is based within feet of our apartment if we need them. We have made many compatible and kind friends. Staff is efficient and willing to listen! It has been more than just a good experience and we are grateful! [Name removed] and [name removed]

Sounding in once again. My mom passed October coming on two years. We had no choice but to get her everyday nursing care. We visited or took her out almost every day for three years. I wanted no regrets. Staff was mostly stellar. They have a lot on their plates. Maybe family should want to supplement their loved ones care. Same staff the entire three years. That is amazing and says a lot about the facility. I feel she was truly blessed as were we!

I toured Langdon Place of Nashua, and thought it was a beautiful, newer community. The staff was very nice when we visited, and it seemed like a very independent and active community. I was struck by how packed the parking lot was with residents' cars.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mom. When I first walked in, I noticed that it was bright and cheery. It wasn’t elegant, in terms of furniture, but it was adequate. It was definitely our second choice, the only problem being that the location was farther away than we would’ve liked. The room was also a little bit smaller than another facility I had taken a look at. However, I was given a lovely tour from the director, [Removed]. She introduced me to a number of the other staff throughout the tour and told me about how they take pride in having relatively low turnover. I found out that even the housekeeper has been there for 15 years. It was a nice facility, but unfortunately didn’t fit our needs.

We are happy with the care from this community. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The menu is good and she seems to like the variety. They do have a lot of activities for participants to keep active. We like the environment and the care and value. We have recommended this community for the care of a loved one.

When I first walked into Langdon Place it was like walking into a really nice apartment complex. A beautiful, clean and well-kept community. Everything is going really well for our loved one at the Langdon Place of Nashua. They are taking good care of him and are very responsive to his care needs. We can easily communicate with the staff any questions or concerns regarding his care and how he is doing. The staff is very welcoming whenever we come to visit. It is a nice, clean, homey environment. He says the food is very good. They have a lot of activities that they post each month with the daily activities. The staff members encourage the residents to participate but they don't push them. There are several courtyards for them to get out and enjoy the fresh air. They provide transportation for outside excursions. I would recommend this community to others.

My mother is doing well with her move into this community. Everything is working out well, and I'am satisfied with her move to this community. She is safe, and in good hands. This is a nice facility overall.

Staff were friendly. Major drawback for us was the highrise. Mom does not like elevators.
