This facility is more up to date and senior friendly than others around. With a kind care staff and passionate team of Directors it's no wonder the residents here are comfortable and happy! What a great activity schedule they offer along with a fitness director to keep your loved one active and strong.

Wyncote Place treated my father with the utmost respect and care. The whole staff treated him like he was family. They keep my family informed of any issues as they occurred. It was a very hard decision to place my Dad in a Memory Care facility however I believe it was the best decision I made. My Dad has recently pasted but I know he received the best care available, provided by the best staff available. Thanks Wyncote Place!

The care at this community. The staff is always caring and friendly. The menu is good with a very nice variety for her to choose from. She likes being involved with the outdoors and plants. We do like the environment and she seems to be very happy and content with the other residents. We would recommend the care at this community for other families

They do have a lot of nice activities for him to participate with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the value, cleanliness, and care for other families.

Madrona Park is great! The staff is very friendly, the space is clean, and there are plenty of activities for my father to participate in. Overall great experience!

Everything is going fine at Ballard. So far, we do not have any problems with the staff. They seem to be doing a good job and everything is great. Overall, this has been a good experience so far.

They gave me good information. I also made a lot changes when I first got there to my room and they were ok about that. The first room didn't have windows. They were really nice about me having change. They are great.

We toured 6 facilities in our hunt for a place for my 95 year old Mother. For our needs the Lodge stood out above all others. The staff is friendly and respond quickly to your needs. Mom is not in need of assisted living yet, however, when she is there is staff to respond. She has just been there three weeks, so far we are happy.

It was a very easy transition. They were most helpful with every step and had the answer to every question. It's not like you were pushed aside. All of the staff is friendly and the residents are happy there.

I am so pleased with Madrona Park . It's small and homey. It is fun to visit there. The friends I've taken to visit there really like it. The staff get him involved in anything going on. They have cookies and coffee for the residents. It smells like home. He gets help getting dressed, taking showers, and help when he falls. They have a lot of activities going on there. It's just overall been a great experience.

My loved one lived here for 4 years before we needed to move him due to increased care needs. The Lodge at Eagle Ridge is a wonderful place, and we'd still have him here if we could! It is a beautiful property, and the staff is very friendly, it was like living in a nice hotel. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately my loved one was only here a short time, but my impressions from her stay were very positive. It is a nice looking facility, and the staff here were all very professional, gentle, and kind.

Ballard Landmark have done a great job getting me the sort of physical therapy that I need. I get the one on one attention and care that I need, which is very important. The food here is great, as are the wait staff. The worst thing about the place is the housekeepers. There is a high turnover rate there, and there have been a few things from my room that have gone missing. Some of them are good, but some are questionable.

Excellent facility. Very professional experience with Mindy Byers. I liked the facility, the environment, the cleanliness and the comprehensive services offered. The only problem is that the price point for the Single apartment was not very much less than what we are currently paying at The Summit. Therefore with anticipated services running $ 1000.00-1200.00 per month, we would exceed our budget. I also felt that I'd like to have my father in an Assisted Living facility a little closer to the Northgate area, as my brother Rion lives in Wedgewood. Otherwise I would highly rate this facility with 5 stars. Mindy Byers is very knowledgeable, professional and very caring. I really appreciated her follow-up phone call to see if we had any additional questions. I think that Ballard Landmark would be a terrific Assisted Living facility for my Dad.

We really have had a great experience with Emeritus! The price is definitely fair, and you get a good value! They were close to home, but they also have Memory Care, which we wanted available in the future! Our loved ones have had a positive experience here as well! There were, of course, a few glitches in the beginning, but they were amazing! They were a huge help with moving, and it's been a very positive experience so far!
