The thing I was most impressed with at this community was the staff and how caring they where. They even went out of there way to reach out to my loved one and I after our visit to make sure everything was going well. That really meant a lot to me that they did that. They had a beautiful property with lots of great amenities to all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my mother.

When I was searching for a good community for my mother, I came across Brookdale Lewisville. It was a good place to tour, the tour guide was friendly and able to answer any questions that I had. It was a good experience to tour, but I found another community that for my mother's needs a little better.

This community looked beautiful when we visited. The rates were good for just an apartment, however there are additional charges for any additional services required. I would say this community might be worth taking a look at.

I had a nice tour of this community. The community looked nice, and everything appeared to be well-kept. The staff I met was kind, and informative. My questions were answered. It was a good experience, everyone was very nice.

We chose Brookdale Shadowlake for my mother's recent respite stay because it was convenient for me. I have no complaints and it was a positive experience.

I liked what I saw with the rooms. Staff was very friendly. A little concerned for my aunt about the lack of a kitchen. Only had a small fridge and microwave. I think it would be Ok for the price. Room was very nice. It looks like they have lots of activities but I didn't see any going on at that time

I really liked how professional the staff where at this community during our tour. They took the time to give my mother and I a great experience and answer any questions we had for them in detail. I also liked to see all of the residents involved in many of the activities throughout the building. Overall great experience.

This was a great place for assisted living. Small and home like. The staff seemed very engaged in the residents. However my Mom said it felt too much like a " nursing home" to her so we will be looking at independent living facilities.

Location was convenient to my home, which was a big plus. I liked the design of the assisted living building; a square with a courtyard in the middle with nice paths, trees, and birdfeeders. Very nice. The rooms were all a good size with plenty of space, and the sink and counter in the kitchenette area was a plus over other places I've visited. The dining area, menu, and activities list were all comparable to other places I've visited, with the costs lower than others. I found this option to be a very good value for the money, and would have no reservations with my mom living here.

Overall we found the facility clean, warm and welcoming. The floorplan was open and inviting. The staff we encountered were pleasant and accommodating. We met with [Removed], the staff nurse, and found her very knowledgeable and approachable. [Removed], who gave us the tour, was very pleasant. Overall we liked this facility.

This one was one of my top choices out of all the communities my loved one and I had toured. They had a beautiful entry with a great lobby and dinning room. All of the residents seemed to be happy and positive which was a big plus in my eyes. The bedrooms had great amenities and where very spacious. My mother just needed more care then what this place had to offer. I otherwise have no complaints and would recommend this place.

This community is nice and clean. The staff is very caring and friendly . The food appears to be good. They offer him activities for him to stay active.We do have concerns on the prices that sometimes change each month. The management needs to stick to one price for all the needs each month. Overall this community is giving great care for my dad.

Aja is a wonderful person to deal with. Loved her. The facility was nice, updated, and they were willing to negotiate some specials on initial move-in, but my mother did not feel she needed assisted living at this time.

This was a nice community, it was one of the place we were considering moving my mother too. From what I saw everything well maintained. The staff was kind and friendly. There were pretty informative and answered my questions. It was a little more expensive for our budget, but it is a lovely community.

I really liked this community, mainly because it was a close location for the family. Unfortunately we did not move my mom in. During my tour it seemed like the staff were nice and interacting with the residents. This is an average community.

My tour of this facility went very well, I was really impressed with this community. The facility looked great. Out of all the community we looked at this was the best. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The residents love the food, they have a lovely chef here. This is an outstanding community.

The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. They seem to really care that my loved one would be happy at Brookdale and feel at home.
