This place is top notch!!! You can’t even put to words the attention to detail that goes on there. There is no wonder they are one of the best assisted living communities. Every part of the Organization functions with the resident being the number one priority. You can’t find this level of care anywhere else! What a team.

I would recommend Brookstone of Harrisburg to other families. I thought it was clean, and a positive environment. The activities and food were good. I didn't have a lot of interactions with the staff, but the ones I did have were good. They were helpful, attentive, and polite. It was a nice place.

Beautiful building with amazing team of employees. I have placed a few clients in the building and they are happy as a clam! Plenty of Activities, rounding physician group is so nice and they listens to my clients concerns.

My mom has been in Memory Care at White Oaks for the past 2 years. The staff and administrators there are warm and welcoming, and provide amazing care! The safety protocols during the pandemic were excellent. The residents really seem to enjoy themselves during group activities and dining, and my mom has made friends in the community. We truly appreciate the team at White Oaks for all of their help and care with my mom. Thank you to all!

Great community for older adults, great financial assistance program available as well! Community was very clean and lunch smelled great. Staff was very inviting and friendly. Residents were playing bingo when I arrived and had a large group attending.

Our mom is suffering from dementia and unable to stay in her home of many years. I looked at a few other memory care facilities and West Park Place is by far the nicest. We were able to bring so much of her own furniture so it feels like home. The staff is very kind and caring. There are interactive activities. The food is excellent. Although the memory care unit is very new, the fact that so much of the staff in the regular residents’ areas have worked there for years was another plus. Moving our mom here made a difficult decision much easier.

The community is always very clean. The staff has been nothing short of helpful. My mother really enjoys staying here. He care is wonderful and the community always seems to help at anyway they can. They have fun activities all through the month. I love that I can look at the calendar and see what is going on to then try to talk with our mother about.

I was so impressed with how beautiful the rooms are. They are spacious and bright. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was able to see the residents participating in activities and enjoying a delicious lunch. This truly a top notch facility.

The tour at this community was nice but there was another community that stood out more for the value and just the type of environment that I was looking for for my loved one. They gave me all of the info I needed and I was able to see everything that I needed to see.

The staff members in general and all of the nursing aids are very friendly, and they know our loved one by name. They are super talkative and are always interacting with the residents and visitors. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend the Heritage Woods community to other families.

This is a fantastic place! The amount of activities they have is amazing. I've never seen anything like it. Every day my dad tells me he's done something new or gone somewhere new. I go and play cards with him weekly. And there's always something going on. It's just one of the best places. I would want to live there myself! The staff all know everyone's name, and my dad views them as friends. There's reciprocity- they know the residents, and the residents know them. I have half of their cell phone numbers. It's nuts how great they all are.

The Fountains is a beautiful and caring community. The staff was very Knowledgeable and was able to meet our needs. The facility was very clean. My parents are looking forward to the fun activities they offer.

We are happy that our in-laws are happy at Heritage Woods because that was a big concern for us. The are starting to make friends and join in all the activities which helps get them out of their room. They do like their room it is really nice. The first week they loved the meals and everything about it, but now we aren't sure where the disconnect is because the meals can be a hit or a miss and when the food is served it is not as hot as it should be.

all staff has always been very nice and treat my sister very well. well trained nurses.

My dad ended up needing assisted living due to some health concerns. We went from casually I can not say enough great things about Independence Village Zionsville East, [names removed] and the other staff that I do not know by name. This new home for my dad has helped him become more social, healthier, and has continued to impress me and my dad with the activities and environment they offer their residents. Kudos to the leadership team for creating such an easy environment for my dad to thrive in!

We had a very nice your with Eagle Ridge, this facility would have been my first choice if it were up to me. It is bigger with over 110 units, so they have more choices for activities as well as a bigger variety on the menu as well. The location is nice, it is by a hospital. Mom just wanted a smaller place that had less people.

Great tour. The staff was very friendly. Good facility, it just didn't have a room located where we wanted for my loved one.

I recently moved my Uncle to the Fountains and in the short time that he’s been there, he truly is THRIVING! He’s part of a card club, enjoying the stretching classes and meeting new friends every day! He loves the food – especially the omelets! The entire staff has been so warm & welcoming and always willing to help with a smile on their face. Sending a huge thank you to you all!

Many of the staff at the Fountains have worked there for an extended period of time. This is important, because it shows their commitment and loyalty to such a great community. The Fountians is a pinnacle in the community and has a long history of caring for local seniors in a loving and dedicated environment. I have had many friends and family stay at the community and it has always felt like home.
