I live in a different state as my brother but so far, things have been well for him. He adjusted right off the bat, and the staff has been good to him from what I have heard. The facility is clean and his room is maintained clean as well. I would defiantly recommend them because they have been very helpful.

I really liked Arbor Terrace, it is a very nice place, very luxurious. The community seemed to be a lot more upscale than other places. The residents there all seemed very happy, but the deciding factor was the company that they have that does the medication reminders. The one that Arbor Terrace uses charged $500 a month. That was a lot for my mother since she only needs it once a day.

Before choosing a community for my mother, I also toured Canyon Valey Memory Care. I had a good tour, they were able to answer my questions and give me good information. The facility was clean and maintained well.

My mom is in this community for care. She does not like being away from home. The staff were nice and the community was clean. My mom did not like that the staff had a high turnover. The activities were helpful. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a family member for the nice care and value

The community has a “home like environment”. It seems to be calm and staff appear to be pleasant people.

My mother as recently made the move into this community and at first she had a little trouble with the transition but with time things are improving. i like that she is starting to enjoy her dinning experience and becoming more social with the other residents. I do wish the staff would do a better job at encouraging her to start getting more involved with the activities and to go on some of the trips they take.

He's very happy with the meals.That's a highlight of his day! They are all very friendly and I have not ever had to stand around to talk to someone.They are always readily available.

This community looked fine when we visited. The people we met were nice. They allow pets at this community and have some daily activities. The community we chose just seemed to be a better fit for mom.

My mother seems to be doing well here at this community. It is a big transition from assisted living to memory care, but they are trying their best to care for her. The staff is good, they are nice people. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this facility. I would recommend

It still early for me to give my definite thoughts on this community, but so far it's going well. It's a smaller place and my mother has started to make friends during activities and get together. The community is very clean from the common areas down to the baseboards.

This is a good community for independent senior living. This is a three story building and unfortunately they did not have a first floor apartment available when we toured. Mom needed a little more care than this community could offer.

The tour was good here and after talking with the staff, who knew all about the community, I felt they were not able to meet our level of care. The staff was on time for our meeting and the apartment was nice and clean. It just was not going to be a good fit for my uncle.

When I toured the Catalina Springs Memory Care, it was a very nice place. I really liked it but my father had already chosen the Brookdale. We went with his choice.

We checked out many facilities both in the Treasure Valley and out of state. Moving to the valley, knowing little about the area was difficult, and dementia issues made our search critical. The staff at Overland Court proved to be knowledgeable, friendly, and confident. We also found the cost/benefit aspect to be favorable. After this first 6 weeks, we remain impressed with the Overland Court experience. The staff has been great and their referrals have all worked out well.

It is going well for my mom and they are set up to provide memory care she needs. From what my mom tells she is doing fine with the meals and activities. This community was picked because we liked the staff and the way it was set up for Memory Care.

My aunt has adjusted since her move here. The caregivers have been great. My aunt is now eating and the meals that they provide are nutritious. I like the homey atmosphere that this community gives off. I like the fact that there is a lot of room so that she can roam and not feel trapped. They even have a locked outside area for the residents to be able to walk around. She is safe.

I don't think that my mother in law would like living here and it is expensive.

I've only been here a short time, but so far I'm very satisfied with the service and accommodations at Arbor Terrace. It's a very nice place, the staff is friendly, and I really can't think of anything negative to say about them!

This community specializes in memory care. It was clean and I liked the staff I met during my tour. They offered daily activities. This was our first choice, however they do have a long waiting list.
