In our initial meeting with [name removed] to explore the possibility of having our parents become residents, we were pleasantly surprised by her compassionate consideration of our needs and fears. She gave us information and suggestions to help support our mother after our father passes (he is in hospice care with stage 5 CKD). When we brought our parents in for a tour and assessment, our mother was unexpectedly defensive and irritable. [name removed] responded to her with patience and respect that gave us confidence that she would be treated respectfully as a resident. Thank you [name removed]!

[name removed] who we dealt with in the very beginning we felt to be very professional and very helpful. We were able to meet the activities director and he has been true all the way through. He has been very good about bringing our loved one out of her shell and does great with the other residents. The management team has been very good and they are great about calling us with updates regarding our loved one. Their executive chef is absolutely amazing - their day to day food is above average but when they put on a special occasion dinner, it is high end. They bring out the white tablecloth with very nice (not tacky or cheap) decorations with a very nice menu. It is just wow, it has absolutely blown our loved one away. We do have some issues with the day to day staff and it could just be due to the language barrier. Overall it has been a really good experience and we would recommend The Sterling Aventura community to other families.

The main reason we chose The Sterling Aventura over other facilities that we looked into was because of the value for the money as well as the close and convenient location for family. Someone who has really stuck out to us has been [name removed], he is great and he is very available.

This is a very nice place and I'm really glad I was able to get my mom into the community. We are paying extra for the level of care my loved one needs, and I'm not exactly sure what we are receiving for the amount of money we are paying. Some staff are nicer than others. The food is very good and well prepared. There are three meals a day served to the residents and they have choices. The community is very clean.

I did not care for the locations much of this community.

My wife and I looked around long and hard to find the right place for her active 95 year old Dad. We found Bradenton Oaks fit his lifestyle and needs. The people are very friendly and helpful. There is always room for improvement anywhere but all in all we are pleased considering these trying times of Covid and employee problems.

This was a good community and would have worked perfect for my loved one. I just had to narrow down the choices and my loved one picked a different community. The tour was great, and they took the time to show me everything.

Very well kept community and the people and staff are friendly. They do the best to help out the residents. They may not do every little thing but they cover the majority of everything. This is a very nice community for your loved one.

The tour was fine we just did not go with this community as our final decision. The community that we picked for our loved one just fit our needs better. It was a good tour.

It seemed nice and has many of the amenities we are looking for. Just not sure it is the right fit for Mom. They were very hospitable, giving us a homemade apple pie after the tour!

Savannah court's staff are mostly all very professional, friendly and caring. I placed my parents here and they have been well cared for. My only complaint would be the food that is served is not appealing to the residents who complain quite a bit. This should be very important because there are not many pleasures at this point in one's life and this is an easy one to fix. In addition the toilets give trouble in the rooms, this is also something serious that adds or takes away from quality of life.

The place is clean, food is pretty good and they have choices. Staff is friendly, unfortunately most of them don't last very long (corporate reasons?). Usually the replacement is as nice as the previous member. I would recommend the place.

The staff at this community are really hard working. I really love [Removed] for all her help with everything. She is a real genuine person. The community is as clean as it can be. I ate here and liked the food. I really have no complaints about this community.

Warm and compassionate staff. "Hugged". Person conducting tour knew residents. Very friendly atmosphere with full sched of daily activities.

The staff could not be nicer at Savannah Court. They are great and they keep an eye on the residents. Mom likes the food and they offer a good variety of choices for a smaller community. The memory care unit is not as clean as I would like. They do have carpet in the area and I think it needs to be cleaned. They have an abundant amount of activities to help keep the residents active. I would recommend this community.

Our tour was very nice. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The community looked great and very clean. Everyone was nice and welcoming.

The staff at Sterling Aventura is great. When my mother in law needs help they are there as soon as possible. The staff is nice they are always checking on her to make sure that she is comfortable. The community is nice and up-kept. We are comfortable knowing that she is in a safe place.

This is a good community and you get more for your money. The room they showed us during our tour was larger than the community we choose but the other community has more of a family atmosphere. I would have chosen this community but the one we chose was offering a good move in deal.

I was not really open to the idea of moving into a community, at this time, however I have found that it was a great decision to move into Savannah Court. While the food is not that great the chef Jacque is willing to make changes and the quality has already started to improve. The community is very clean as well as they also offer carpeted floors, table cloths and cloth napkins. The staff is very friendly, cooperative and attentive to the residents. I was able to bring in my own belongings as well as my cat to make it feel more like home. Since I am a hermit I have not yet participated in any of the activities offered but I have made a few friends and although I am one of the younger residents I still feel very comfortable. I would recommend this community.

We really ejoyed interacting with the people here. If my grandfather didn't need more acute care I would absolutely choose this recently renovated cummunity our first choice. Hope this helps you and your loved one. ; )
