Five Star Senior Living

It's going very well so far. Mom loves it there. I would rate them very highly and give them a five so far. Everything is working out really well.

Our experience with Overlook Green Senior Living has been a very good one so far, it is a great fit for my loved one! The staff here are just very nice and loving people, you really get the sense that they are genuinely interested in the happiness and well-being of the people who live here. They also do a great job with the food, my loved one has had nothing but good things to say! Another nice benefit is that the facility is all one floor, which makes it much easier to get around.

The staff and everyone there are so helpful and friendly they are definitely helping to make my mother's transition as easy as possible. They have been this way since our first visit and it is so appreciated! I just wish we could find bridge players.

My brother just signed a year lease we are very pleased with Morningside. Everything is going great so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The food is good, I don't have any complaints so far. It's working out well, and I would rate them very highly.

My father has been living at the Palms at Lake Spivey for two months and he seems very content. He was agitated initially with the idea of moving to an assisted living facility but made the adjustment almost immediately. The facility is very clean and the staff is nice and very professional. My father is really happy with the meals. We are extremely happy with our selection of The Palms at Lake Spivey.

The staff was really nice and the director was good about the price and keeping it in our budget on what we wanted to spend. The activities was kind of childish and think it should be something else than what they played.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Washington Township Senior Living! The facility itself is nicely decorated and always clean, it feels like a 5 star hotel as opposed to a senior facility! The staff is very attentive and friendly, and they take great care of the residents. My folks are really enjoying themselves here!

This community is very beautiful. Its an old mansion that was taken care of by monks, that is how it got its name. It has been modified, the bathrooms have all been upgraded. The rooms had an older feel, however they have been kept up on. Its more on the ritzy side, high priced, but very beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a lot of good activities. They place felt like you could actually get lost in it. They had elevators here and there. I wouldn't actually put my family here, but it is a absolutely beautiful community.

My mother was a resident of the assisted living at Heartfields for about six months. The food and especially the cookies were absolutely wonderful. The staff treated my mother like an old friend instead of a patient and worked very closely with our family to ensure the best care for my mother. Unfortunately, my mother’s dementia progressed to the point of requiring more specialized care. Sadly, the memory clinic at Heartfields did not have any openings at the time. The staff worked very hard to help us transition to another facility and have made a point of visiting her in her new home. We are grateful for their efforts.

We have been very pleased with my mom's adjustment to a new living environment. The staff have worked very hard to work with the needs of my mom. She has started to adjust and feels like this is were she lives. Its a very tough job for those who support these patients and I feel that maybe more staff might help all involved. I am very happy that my mom feels safe and getting the support she needs. All I want is the best for her and things are so far working out great.

The Morningside is an excellent community. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff on hand are very wonderful. They appeared to be very attentive to the residents, as none of the residents appeared to be unattended, and all seemed very happy. The rooms that we saw all looked very nice and the staff that we talked to were all very educated on the community.

I like the cleanliness, the dining area, the personalization. They do call you if anything out of the ordinary happens. The food was great. It's a very nice community with a very homey feeling. The place is very clean, and all the staff there is incredibly friendly.

My mom has only been at The Devon Senior Living a short time. However, so far I am very happy with her care, the friendliness of the staff and of the other residents.

My mom is adjusting very well and the people that work with my parents go out of there way to make sure to reach out to me. The food is excellent and the menu is fantastic. They have a food committee that also lives that makes the decision. Highly recommend!

They love it there. The staff keeps a good eye on them and if they don't show up on time for dinner, they will call them. It would be nice if they offered a fish option on Fridays. Other than that it's working great, they love it there.

This is one of the places I toured when I was looking for options. It was a good community. Everyone else was pretty friendly, but I wasn't too crazy about the lady that did the tour. I felt like I was rushed. All of the communities seemed to be about the same price. I don't really remember all the care services they offer, so that is hard to rate, and also I didn't see any activities, because we rushed through so fast.

I feel confident recommending Aspenwood to my client who are seeking assisted living options.

I think they do a wonderful job at HeartLands Assisted Living. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff are all kind, caring, and extremely attentive. It really is a nice place, and I would recommend it to others looking into care in the area.

New Seasons at New Britain is the best. Moving my Father-in-law to an assisted living facility was a difficult decision to make. New Seasons welcomed him with open arms. Everyone we've met from the the cleaning staff, aids, restaurant staff, front desk, and, the administration is wonderful. New Seasons came highly recommended and lived up to its hype. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their parent(s) for excellent care and peace of mind.

We toured here when we were looking. We were thoroughly pleased with them. The residents were all well kept, clean, and happy. We didn't get a chance to see the activities, but they had an extensive activities calendar. If mom was there she would definitely be participating.
