Very knowledgeable and always friendly. Took care of any issues I might have had in a timely manner. Everyone was very supportive of the needs of the tenants. I would Highly recommend this facility.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move to this senior living community. It has truly become my home, thanks to the exceptional services, caring staff, and welcoming atmosphere. On [date removed] I took my 88-year-old father to visit this pretty location in Reno. We visited with a sales counselor who told us about this property and wisely shared the importance of being “proactive rather than reactive” when making a decision about when to make an important move like this. We were impressed with him and his conscientious, kind, patient, and respectful demeanor. He showed us the fantastic movie theater, serene exterior areas, and we could appreciate that they have an impressive, elegant library upstairs. We liked that they offer a few assisted living units with its own cozy dining room. We found that all the employees we encountered were friendly and engaged us. We highly recommend a visit to this gem in Reno!

Yes, I would definitely recommend the facility. I was not able to visit since I live out of town. But my sisters in law got to know the staff who took care of Mom. They thought everyone loved what they did for a living and took great care looking after Mom. The meals were good. The staff were very patient when trying to make sure Mom ate enough. We appreciated how clean and bright the facility was. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. My husband had POA. Staff was very careful to keep him updated every step of the way. They were very good at letting us know what we could do to help them meet Mom's needs. She wasn't in your care for a very long time. But, we are grateful and confident that we made the best decision possible when selecting the Haven to look after Mom.

-I am single & live in a large, spacious, combo living/dinning area, 1 bedroom, kitchen, & 2 restrooms. -Large windows cover the entire exterior walls in bedroom & living area with stunning views of the Galleria. -All meals are served in a formal dinning room with white linens & formal set ups. The menu provides a large variety of delicious options & desserts. The servers are excellent & very accommodating for special needs. -Varied activities & numerous field trips are provided on a daily basis. -The staff is always ready to serve in any way possible! -Love living here while enjoying the best of life & stress free!!

. My parents have passed away, but I was pleased with the Gardens of Bellaire. There was a high degree of caring, commitment, and responsiveness to residents and their relatives. I appreciated a fairly low turnover rate among the staff; this indicated that they liked their jobs. It's been nine months since I've interacted them, so my input is not quite current. I believe this was an excellent value for the care we received. My father was there just over a year having moved from assisted living to memory care, and my mother was there under two months. They worked hard to help my parents.

Our Family member has been at Morningside for about 3 months now. They are being very well taken care of. We are very comfortable having them at Morningside. All of the staff is very professional, caring and personable. Thank you Morningside.

My mom Moved in a little over 3 weeks ago she is happier now she raves about how amazing the food is I feel I found a great place for my mom She loves how they keep them busy and they have rosary 2 days a week

I feel it would be more homey than going to an apartment style living. Met a couple of their Residents along the tour to a villa and they were so happy and encouraged us. [name removed] showed both floor plans and explained everything to us.

I really cannot rate Heartland at Severna Park high enough. After unfortunately residing in several facilities over several months due to accidents, finding Heartlands of Severna Park became my "Heaven on earth". The staff (top to bottom) could not have been more helpful, friendly, and caring. Also the residents are to be credited for their easy friendships.

A Place For Mom went above and beyond our expectations and followed up regularly. They helped us find my moms facility and she called me a few days after moving in and said it’s the happiest she’s been since my dad passed away in 2013. Thank you all!

It is very "homey". Everyone that works there seems to really want to help you. Apartments are very large. We toured quite a few facilities and these had open big layouts. And they all seemed to have a patio or outdoor area.

My mother is a new resident of Church Creek, and everyone there has been extremely friendly and helpful! Mom tells me the food is excellent, and there are activities there every single day! So far, I’ve been very happy with everything- they even have a person who helps the new residents adjust to life at Church Creek!

The Haven is a very warm and cozy environment that has a good staff to resident ratio. They engage the residents no matter where they are on their dementia journey. The staff is caring and communicate about any issues or concerns. They work hand in hand with hospice to insure physical/ health issues / medications / cleanliness are routinely tended to and administered properly. I personally struggled with putting my Mom in a care facility, but The Haven staff has provided the right level of care and comfort for my Mom. I cannot imagine her being at any other facility. Also, the Haven is a certified partner with VA home assistance program, which means for qualifying veterans and their spouse they provide a housing stipend that helps offset the cost.

What our family likes most about The Terrace at Priceville is the friendliness of the staff. Yes, we would recommend them to other families, but they are very expensive to [fee removed] a month. The community is Cissy with active vies in morning and afternoon, nurses communicate. The Terrace has parties for the rest dents and family had a delicious BBQ for Father's Day. The staff talks to the resident all day long.. it is a good place.

Since my brother first moved to The Gardens of Virginia Beach, the faculty turnover seems to have been high. Because I live out of town, it's difficult for me to speak with someone at the facility concerning the status of my brother. I must say though, that the permanent staff did work with him patiently to help him get adjusted to his new surroundings. Overall, the facility has been a good place for my brother to live.

My Aunt is no longer at Five Star Residence at Clearwater. They were wonderful to my Aunt and a great staff. Unfortunately, she's had to move to a memory care facility, which is beyond Five Star's care level.

My brother had a degenerative neurological disease (PSP) with a fairly rapid onset and escalation. He and his family chose Heartfields when he reached a point of requiring more intensive oversight and care. As his condition worsened, the entire staff's commitment to assisting my brother increased - their care and support was genuine and respectful. Throughout his stay the communication from Heartfields with his family was as much as we could hope for.

We would highly recommend it to others. My mom went from living in her own house to her own apartment at Stratford Court. She loves it. The staff is awesome!
