Caring compassionate staff who are very helpful, happy residents and staff who are eager to please, nice facilities, and grounds, transportation to doctors, shopping , and worship, service, planned community activities and events, nice amenities, very positive experience for my family. Would highly recommend MCarthy Court!

Things have improved over the last several months. Activities have picked up. Leadership shows improvement.

My Barrington Terrace story began in March. I had been at another community before that. So far, I find the place is family oriented. I’ve met a lot of good people. The entertainment is great! I like getting three square meals a day. I rank the food good. I can’t say enough about the servers in the dining room. They are busy but always accommodating. [name removed] pushes water drinking and helps everyone stay on track with less dehydration in the heat of this summer. I recommend living here!

The staff is very responsive. They have excellent food plans. There are good choices for professional services. Activities planning appears to be well thought out. The buildings are well maintained.

I would recommend to others.

I looked at several ALFs for my uncle and Five Star Premiere was the nicest I found. The studio apartments were much spacier than the other places and has a pool, which many do not. It is a very well kept place and it was a great experience meeting the friendly staff. [name removed] has been great as the sales director, showing me around and helping me pick an apartment. They are also very reasonably priced for all they have to offer.

I visited here several times over a year before moving in. I was made welcome and included in activities right away. My apartment is equipped with internet, safety buttons and cord for urgent needs. I have a kitchen and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Maintenance is available if needed. Closets are spacious. My cat is welcome to keep me happy. I love my neighbors. We have a really good time and look out for each other's needs. We have chefs that take pride in supplying healthy and tasty food. The staff are great. The activities are fun and therapeutic. Eating out, field trips, therapeutic services and a beauty shop keep us looking good and healthy. I was developing health problems and could no longer maintain my home but still able to live independently. Of all the places I visited, I have found Park Place of Fountain City to meet all my needs. Tiffany Court does not have all the amenities and "bells and whistles" of some of the never and bigger homes I looked at, but my mom was already 100 when she went there to live. She was not going to use a fitness center, pool, etc. It might not satisfy a more active senior, but it was a perfect fit for my mom.

[name removed] and the rest of the team were great in helping make a difficult task as easy as possible. They did a great job of communicating and keeping with timetables. Everyone cares and is willing to help. A shout out to [name removed] for making sure the room was in great shape and ready on time.

It is a wonderful place, clean and orderly!! They keep the people involved with activities!! It is just a great place!!! It gives peace of mind to know Mama is being taken care of 24/7. All the workers are so nice and helpful to the residents. My Mom is on the Memory Care unit and the residents there need extra care at times and that is what they get , personal one on one care.

I would rate all areas 5. Palms of Mt Pleasant is a good place. Staff goes above and beyond to help the residents and families. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. The staff at Palms provided great care for my mom

A few months ago I began searching for a home for my mother. I made several calls to different facilities. I was very impressed by the way the sales staff treated me during the entire process. I tried to be thorough in the selection of a new home for my mother. I had lunch, attended a happy hour with entertainment with my mom followed by dinner. During that process I was able to visit with 10-15 residents. Each and every resident seemed very happy and content to be at Five Star. My mother has been there several months now and she is very happy. I think I made a great decision.

Great place with friendly people and amazing food. We have met many people and enjoy doing things together. Even the waiters and waitresses are friendly. We are glad my husband can get good therapy right here too. We also enjoy walking around the duck pond behind Church Creek.

Super helpful and friendly staff made the transition to new living so easy. My 89 year old mother in law recently moved to Dallas from Los Angeles and feels like she is on vacation everyday at Premier. She is already making many friends and says there is a party or celebration almost everyday. The food is terrific and she loves the roominess of her new apartment and the abundance of storage.

My mother has been at Huntington Place for several months now, and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The staff and the Sales Director were incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my mother is comfortable. The facility is clean, welcoming, and offers a variety of activities that she thoroughly enjoys. The peace of mind we have knowing she is in such good hands is invaluable.

It appears that the Forum Independent Living is having a facility staffing issue as they have a large sign in front of the facility noting a hiring need.

Safe, caring assisted living facility. Low staff turnover. Food is well prepared and tasty. All kinds of activities. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Nursing and medication staff are very experienced.

My father has truly thrived at Heartfields. He is well cared for and is socially engaged with the community to the extent with which he is comfortable. The food is great and the staff is wonderful and caring. I could not be happier to see him doing so well.

This is our third visit to The Palms and we had looked at other communities and we decided on this Palms. We like the location very much right around the corner from our doctors. We like the fact we are in a villa and not an apartment. People are very friendly!! We can not wait to move in.

My Dad transferred to assisted living at Morningside in May. Every staff member I have encountered along the way has been amazing. I wish I could remember all of their names, but I’m one who remembers faces. Just a few names that do stand out are [names removed] and all of the meal service ladies. One in particular made sure if she was there that I ended my day with dessert. There are so many others that crossed our paths that were just as amazing. During such a difficult time in our lives it was a comfort to know that my Dad was in good hands when we couldn’t be with him. In the end, Dad transitioned to Hospice care and he received the same tender care and compassion that they greeted him with on day one. We are so thankful for everyone that played a role in his care.
