My mom is in the care of two ladies who assist her for 4 hours. The staff take good care of my mom by helping her with basic things, they also do light house cleaning and up keep the house. Since meals on wheels bring her lunch everyday, the staff have no need to prepare her meal. The ladies who help my mom are friendly and personable and I would recommend this agency.

Persons we spoke with very friendly, helpful. First meeting was scheduled very quickly. Was able to begin service the following week. Service providers are quite young, but very friendly, capable and our parent enjoys thier visits/help very much.600

My mom doesn't want to do any of her physical therapy I would recommend communicating with the caregiver more to make sure that they understand to push her more than she wants to be pushed. I would recommend their services to others looking for home care.

I would definitely use FirstLight Home Care of Central Orlando again, if needed. I feel once myself and the overall staff understand each other expectations and policies/procedures the next overall experience would be a 5. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I had gathered some pricing information and compared to other agencies for home care. This was the most on my list and I was not able to pick them. I found an agency with a lower price.

The administration here was very nice and helpful. The place offered what we needed and it seemed to be alright. I just don't know if the service that they provided would have always worked out for my dad.

The woman that goes out to my parents home has been doing a pretty good job so far. Other than a few issues with their administration, the experience has been well. The caregiver is always on time and helpful.

The caregivers that go to my mother's home are perfect. There is a girl that works Monday through Friday who is wonderful, she does everything such as the cooking ,cleaning, laundry, and she hangs out with my mother and motivates her to do more. The weekend girl is still getting into the groove of things, but she is great as well. The only complaint we can think of is the administration. They are a little disorganized due to lack of communication. Overall we are very happy with their services.

My mom really enjoys the caregiver's company and I feel her health has improved. She is less stressed and it is nice to have someone help her since we live far. The caregiver helps with light house work and assists with the shower and washes her hair. My sister has not mention any problems and we would recommend their help to others in need.

They were excellent. I don't think wee are quite ready for them on a long term regular basis, but we had them out a few times, and they were excellent.

Our experience with this home care agency was a short, but good one. They were quick to respond when we needed some help. We only used them for a couple of days, but it was a nice experience. They took good care of my father and his needs. I was very pleased with all they did for us. I would highly recommend this home care, it worked out well.

So far everything seems to be going smooth. I am not there, but I haven't heard any complaints. They seem to be helpful and reliable at this point. Nobody is perfect, but we are happy with the service.

They were mostly good. Some caregivers were better than others, one in particular was pretty new, but also a little last minute. They were really good and helpful. They were very reliable.

The staff is awesome. They're very attentive to all the residents needs. They take good care of the residents. The facility has a warm and inviting feeling when going there. The food is also good there as well.

The last two times that I have used the services of companionship for my mother with Alzheimer has really impressed me of FirstLight Homecare staff . Have been fully satisfied with their service on both occasions.

It's been excellent service and my mother is very pleased. The care giving is not so much medical oriented, it's just that my mother's mobility is compromised so she needs some help cleaning and someone to take her to the store and doctor's appointments and things like that.

They come to my parents' home three times each week for four hour intervals and do lots of housework and chores. Great to know when Debra is coming and that she'll take care of the needs my parents have for shopping and cleaning around their home.

We don't work with them anymore but we don't not work with them because they're not good, we just got to the point where we needed someone living with her all the time. They need to improve on the contact, if I sent an email that says I need someone Saturday and Sunday from 8-5 I don't want 6 emails back and forth clarifying what I said. Some of it was our fault because we had some last minute changes, but you want it simple. Let's just say that the value was positive. It's like you go to a nice dinner, as long as the dinner tastes good and the service is good A. it's a good deal and if it's cheaper than you thought it would be then it's a really good deal. If it's expensive and the food's really good then its a good deal, it's only a problem if the food tastes bad. We've had people for cheaper and they weren't as good or they were more limited so the price probably makes sense.
