This is great service for famililes needing in home assistance. The cares were on time and did everything that was required of them. I would highly recommend this service to families needing in home assistance.

The agency was a pleasure to work with in setting up home care. I was very happy with the staff. They were very reliable, arrived on time, and were able to help me with all of my care needs. They were very courteous. The staff even went out of their way to help me get some exercise.

Accommodating to our needs.

We have used this service twice and each time it was great. The caregivers were very good and went above and beyond. They explained everything clearly when we first set up the service. We will use this service again. I would recommend this home care agency to family and friends.

It was a little rough in the beginning on my dad's part. He did not want anyone living with him but the personal aid does their best caring for him. Now he is adjusting well because we reduced hours to 4 a day. The services are fine and I like the personal aid contact. Everything has been pretty good.

The caregiver is extremely helpful around the home and the office staff couldn't be more reliable. They even have 24/7 contact service in case I need to call and make changes during the evenings.

They are being helpful and reliable. The companion has been prompt, and is working hard to establish a relationship with my mom. We specifically asked for a consistent person to come out, and they were able to accommodate that.

My parents have been thrilled with them. They were exactly what we needed.

They have gone above and beyond everything I could have asked for. They take her everywhere, and they are being good companions to them. When an emergency happened they were right there. They went with her to the hospital and even called someone else to stay with him. I could never have done all that from where I am.

My husband received great care while we used DDJ LLC for in home care. They are very caring and compassionate. They care for their patients as well as the caregivers. We formed a great friendship with one of my husband's therapists. They all were amazing.

They are excellent, the owner came out for the intake and even started helping my mother to the restroom. They are very compassionate people and understanding of our fears. So far we are happy with them.

Things worked out very well. The woman was fantastic to work with. Things went so well that they are back on their feet and no longer need help. It was good.

FirstLight HomeCare has responded very well, especially when I ask for a last-minute person. My husband is always very pleased and relaxed with the services. When I call the office staff, they are very good at trying to help us out.

Working with First Light has been great! I really don't have any complaints other than the fact that they did a rate increase without warning. Other than that we are very happy with the services they provide and they have improved on their communication since the one incident. I would recommend to a friend.

The owner and the staff was excellent. They did was they was asked and very pleased with the service. It was a at home service which was even better. They didn't have really any activities but other than that is was a great place. I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm very pleased with them, they'll do whatever you want. They ask you if you want them to do a light house cleaning and they'll do that. To be honest, out of the several people we've had in the house some were good and some were not so good. I have talked to First Light about some that were not so good and the management seemed to be really good, really concerned. They've called me and we've have little conferences and I'm well pleased with the management. That's really where your decision ought to be made. What I've told them, and it's been that way ever since I asked, is to put the main thing the main [removed] to be with my wife, be a companion and keep her safe. To put it in context, these ladies are not registered nurses, you're not going to get people in there who are professionals but they screen these people really well and the folks that we've had are really pretty good.
