Wonderful place, staff go out their way to help everyone. I have only wonderful things to say. Will tell anyone looking for a place for family. Stonebrook Village is the best.

The facility is clean staff is very friendly and professional. The food is good and he likes being able to order what he wants. The cost is steep and you do have to keep an eye on the services to makes sure you get what you are paying for. They take care of any problem quickly. The room he has is larger than we though it would be which is great.

I have lived here for a few months and it has been great so far. I go to two exercise programs a day and try to go to a lot of the activities or it would be a boring day if I didn't. I don't get how some people who live here don't go to any activities that they have. When there is no exercise I go for walks around the building.

I have lived here for a few months now and I love it. The people that work here are all A+ people and the food is very good. There are a lot of different personalities for the people that live here but for the most part I get along with everyone.

The staff shows genuine kindness and care for all the people at Hillsbrook. When my dad first moved in, they were very welcoming and wanted to ensure he made friends within the community.

My fiercely independent stepmother had multiple falls coming out of rehab and we wound up in the ER with no place to go. A Place For Mom referred us to Hillsbrook and they got us in within a week. I couldn’t be happier. It’s basically a cruise ship with a full end of life facility from independent living through assisted, nursing, and memory care. The food is great, the staff are super friendly and caring, nursing and management are responsive and competent as well as compassionate. They have in-house pharmacy, salon, amazing activities, PT/OT with a full gym, a wheelchair van, wellness center and nursing station with 24/7 RNs on duty, and integrated hospice that’s seamless with all the rest. They have managed beautifully through a challenging transition to memory care and a rapid decline to hospice within three months, and I don’t know what I could have done without them. My stepmom is safe, comfortable, and well cared for, and I’d move in myself in another ten years!

We couldn't be more grateful for the care our parents receive at Stonebrook. The staff consistently goes above and beyond- not just in providing professional support, but in showing genuine kindness and compassion everyday. The facility is always clean well maintained and welcoming. We feel incredibly lucky to have found a place where out parents are not only well cared for but truly feel safe and at home!

I've lived here for over a year now and I like it. Everyone who works here is good to us and very nice. The food is pretty good but I would like to see it changed more but that's just my opinion. I would recommend living here to most people.

My dad was going to move in there with his partner but he passed away. This community and staff were all so attentive, caring, and compassionate. They made us feel cared for during a difficult time and we appreciate that.

Colebrook has been a positive change in my mom's life. Everyone from staff to residents are warm friendly and helpful. I can rest knowing that mom is well cared for and loved by so many.

I am an independent resident at Colebrook. The community is also available to residents who are needing assisted living and a unit for memory care. Colebrook is a beautiful home. Our individual rooms are spacious and lovely. The building is spotlessly maintained. We have activities all day long. All staff members are kind, friendly and encouraging. The nursing staff is top notch. Residents are welcoming. Food is good and selections are varied at each meal. I am happy here.

The food, activities and staff are all top notch. It is a comfortable, very homey environment. My mom was at a different facility previously, and the difference is night and day. They really care about the well being of their residents.

We have had such a great experience in the last 3 years that our loved one has lived here. The care is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful and has gone over and beyond. Meals are A++ and there is always something to do and always residents participating. Cleanness is excellent and at this community the residents are #1!

5 on all. It is a very nice facility and I am grateful that they had an apartment available for my mother and it is very close to me. Yes, we would recommend Stonebrook Village at Windsor Locks to other families based on the experience so far.

Brand new place. Staff is attentive. Lots of activities but you don't have to participate if you don't want to. Food is very good and dining staff is very accommodating.

The staff has been extremely attentive. When she was at the cottage, they would ask her if she wanted to do something if she said no they would just leave her watching TV. At Lunabrook they don't ask. They just take her to the activity and she always has a good time. They never leave her behind. The food is better. It's not all cheap starchy food. It's quality stuff. The administration has been great and helping me find better insurance and a better way to get the supplies we need. The place is also very well. Kept none of the huge 6 inch holes in their parking lot like at the [community removed] And the crew is very professional whereas at the [community removed] it was just like a sorority.

My mom absolutely loves it at Colebrook Village! The staff are caring, attentive, and truly wonderful. She's very happy with her apartment, enjoys the meals, and looks forward to activities-especially Balloon Volleyball and Bingo. Choosing Colebrook Village has truly been one of the best decisions we've made.

It's a beautiful place with friendly staff. It's expensive though. I would recommend Elmbrook Village to others as everyone on the staff is helpful and nice.

The staff is really wonderful. The activities coordinators work very hard to get everyone to participate. I go 4-5 days per week and the staff know and love my mom. I can tell by the way they speak and interact with her. The food is really great and there are lots of choices. I just have to help my mom to make choices for the weekend. It really did take a full month for her to get settled in. So you have to withhold judgement for a while. Now she is doing really well and hasn't been asking when she is going to leave.
