Our mother is 89 years old she was in good health when she went there, when she came out she was unable to stand with 2 people, she also got a bed sore on her foot we are in the surgery waiting room she had to have her foot amputated because of the infection. Do not put your loved one in here they are just doing a job they don't care. I timed the call light and it was over an hour our mom waited for them, they refused to put her on the toilet to use the bathroom, they were not caring and they left mom set in dirty and wet briefs, she had to wait for hours to get her room tray. Please do not put your lived ones in that place.

The therapy services are going very well. They are giving my mom meals that her diet requires. In terms of the nursing care, it depends on who my mother has taking care of her. The facility does not have enough nursing help and there are way too many patients per nursing assistant. I understand that my mom is not the only person in the world but I still feel like the care could improve. The communication is not good.

The staff is unresponsive and inattentive. It smells and there is stuff on the floor.

The meals are not great but some of the food was good.

The meals are very good. It's cleaner than other facilities. Most of the aides have been really nice. Some of the night staff did not want to help. The call light is on all night and no one answers. They do not help my loved one eat and my loved one is not able to feed themselves. They took my loved one to an appointment with no sling and no oxygen and the Dr, office was closed and locked and they left my loved one there and drove off for three hours.

They are friendly. The meals could be better. They could be timelier with returning phone calls when we have questions. They lost clothes.

Hmmm. The less than favorable reviews are locked. Interesting tactic. If you are considering this place, do what you need to open those reviews. Do your research before putting your loved one here.

This place doesnt inquire about information before receiving patients or what their needs are. They refuse to give you any aid like a walker to get up to go to the bathroom unless you've been seen by the therapists. Well, on some level I understand that but when the said therapists wont see the patient for another 12 hrs thats a problem! Especially someone who's disabled and already injured themselves and need a lot of assistance. These idiots ended up injuring my Mother because they wouldnt listen. Not to be gross but they didnt even wipe her after she was done! Really? What kind of care is that? Also, when arriving the nurse didnt greet us for an hour! Then when a bathroom assist was needed it took 20-30 minutes to get them to come. Shouldn't have happened. We yanked her out so fast. We werent even there for 3 hours.

My loved one was there three times, and the first two times was excellent, but this time, it was awful. She had health complaints, and they told her that they would bring meds but never did. She was bent over and crying. I talked to the director of nursing's office, and they gave me information that was not correct. I said I would call 911 for my loved one if they would not. They finally called an ambulance. The food was atrocious. They did not listen to what food she liked. All of the residents were complaining about the food. I missed two doctors' appointments because they did not tell me. I had to pull teeth for discharge paperwork. It was clean. It did not stink. The therapy was excellent.

I had a bad experience here with my mother. She declined rapidly and when I finally got her to an emergency room she was so drugged on narcotics she could barely speak. A week in the hospital and she is good as new. The therapists seemed to know what they were doing when they reported to me by phone, so I am not sure what the disconnect is. I could not reach my mother by phone except every three to four days. The nurses' station would not pick up and my mother was confused and seemingly incapable of picking up her direct line. Once I let the phone ring at the nurses' station for 15 minutes with no response. Very disappointed.

I would never put my worst enemy here. First day over ten hours non functioning call button, broken hospital bed, once call button was fix it took 30 minuets or more for response during her entire stay. Management fail many times not responding to family calls. I believe theirs a fire safety since most of time no one a front customer service desk to enter or exit lock doors. Food fair to poor. Extremely management having not Enough employees for safety cares throughout her stay. My wife has a broken leg. They kicked her out 15 minuets notice & we were never given choice to send her home by our transportation service $45. There’s is $247. Stay away unless you want your love one to be injured more or died...

The care at this facility was less than stellar. They were rough with my mother when transferring from bed to chair. They claimed she had been showered THREE times in a week (she had none) and then tried to “explain” to me that she was “having memory problems” (she does NOT) and couldn’t remember having her showers! OMG. She sat for over a week without getting clean. There are other items that I could mention too. Do NOT send your loved one here.

My wife was just there and the care was terrible. Calls not answered,food trays from breakfast and lunch still in room at 2pm

I went to the facility four days post op after major back surgery. I stayed less than 24 hours. I was admitted at 2:30 pm, signed paper work and she left without explaining anything. At 5:30 no one came to explain how I got my meals. Took one hour to answer call light and finally got a tray of less than appetizing food. No one checked on me the rest of the evening. Had to call for my evening medication. During night it took them one hour to answer call light to request pain medication which took another 30 minutes to get. The house keeper answered my call light. No one checked on me during the night.Had to request breakfast which came at 9. I left this place at 10am. Total lack of nursing care which put me in an unsafe environment. I filled a report with the state. Don’t let a new fancy building fool you. Check out deficiency reports by the state before making any decisions. To bad I can’t give a minus ten star rating.

I was totally dissatisfied with my stay there, I wouldn't recommend that place to my enemy. There was long wait for everything. They are poorly staffed. The nurses mean well but there are never enough people. They never really fully cleaned my room. The communication was poor.

They were just not ready to take care of my loved one, due to his conditions. He was taken out of the facility because the rehab was not able to meet his needs of care due to the conditions that he has.

When we first got there, they didn't have a bed for my loved one. They had to literally go get a room ready. She has stayed there twice before and this was not like it was those times. They were doing therapy at 5, 6, 7, 8 o’clock at night. They didn’t know how to handle her health needs, they were just very uneducated about her condition. She was not even able to go to the bathroom on her own, and they would only send people late at night to take her to the bathroom. She had a battle with the heating system. She was freezing so bad that I had to bring her a blanket. Even the staff made a comment that her room did seem to be cooler than the rooms. The room was dusty in certain places. They would clean the minimum amount. They cleaned the toilet and bathroom and stuff, but they wouldn't clean very well, you would still see spots of dust, so it was like they weren't cleaning all the way. In physical therapy, we moved the chair and you could see dust all underneath. Every time her meal came it was cold when it was supposed to be hot. Coffee was cold, sandwiches were not fresh. They need more staff or something because when they get the food to pass out it is probably hot, but by the time it gets to the patients it’s cold. They didn't keep me informed at all. If I needed them I would call them or just go in. She had to have a cell phone to contact me or for us to keep in contact with her. The communication was not there.

The doctor changed my dad's meds without seeing him or informing me. I just wasn't real impressed with the facility. You walk in, it's nice but it has a smell. After the first night, I was going to take him home. I guess the therapy helped some, I don't know. They never sent over his medication to our local pharmacy. It took two days just to get it called in. Poor organization. My parents have been in other facilities and they were way cleaner. For a place that is supposed to be a better facility I was not impressed, they could do better. I had to go to the desk to ask what was going on, they didn't reach out to me at all.

I had a loved one stay for short term rehab care. The therapists are excellent but I have to give them a terrible grade due to poor medical care. I was frankly afraid for my family member since no one seemed to know what was going on with her condition and how to improve it. I got a call on a Saturday from my loved one who is immobile and she told me that her head was laying on the metal bar of her medical bed and no one was responding to her call light so I had to rush over.

I would never take anyone to this "resort". My 87 year old mother was sent here for rehab and received very poor care. The nursing staff certainly acted like it was only a job and a not very good job at that! Staff took no personal interest in, had very little patience with and definitely didn't show a caring attitude towards my mother. It took forever to get someone to respond to a call light and when someone did come, they acted "put out" over the fact that she actually needed help. My Mom is a very kind person and would never intentionally be rude or disrespectful to anyone. The same couldn't be said of the staff that were there to "help" her. Elderly, frail people that are extremely vulnerable deserve better. Well, actually, anyone deserves better than the treatment they showed my Mom during her stay there.
