Great location, cheaper rental costs...I would suggest cleaning more often around the trash dumpsters, particularly on weekends, as well as the elevators and have more engaging activities but I know with COVID still on the rise, it might be best now to not always be in large groups

Emerson at Rosemeade Park has been great! Since we've gotten in and according to their site, the prices have gone up a bit. We are locked in at our price, but if she were to go in now, she wouldn't be able to afford it. I know that's common everywhere. Her apartment is great; it comes with a fridge, a microwave, a small sink, and her own bathroom. They have an activities calendar, although she doesn't participate in much by her preference. She does go down to happy hour and entertainment on Fridays at 3pm; I think they're doing good.

Emerson is a community where adults are able to age gracefully and be able to still get out and about with out having to worry about driving. still able to maintain friendships, and home with out all the worries.

We toured this community and the staff was very friendly and they answered all our questions. The community was very big and busy we just didn't think our loved one would be comfortable there.

I highly recommend this community to others. They have done a good job during the pandemic. The room of my loved one hasn't been cleaned as much as I would like. This maybe due to the turnover of staff, because of COVID.

When I lived there, things were good. The food was average because of the money they had to work with. The staff were friendly until the new ownership and director changed. The new director was harmful to the community. My apartment was great and it was one of the ones that was remodeled.

I liked the variety of activities offerred. I did not like that no one was at the front desk to greet us and i had to look around for a staff member. However, the residents went out of their way to tell us how much they enjoyed living there. That was the best recommendation possible.

We had a nice tour of the Treemont Retirement Community. The staff was friendly and it was a well-kept community. There was no vacancy at the time when we needed to move our loved one.

good activities, very active staff- lovely premises, healthcare and rehab on site. Apts were very small - even the largest 2 bedrooms were way too small. Very active happy hour!

The Treemont has been a very good fit for my mother. The sales guy, Dj, was great. The service is excellent and the staff is all very friendly. The place is clean and maintained well. They provide meals which are included in the monthly amount, and they are very good from what she has told me. They have a nice range of options for activities as well. She goes to things like happy hour and gets together.

The Corinthians were very comparable to the community I end up choosing. The place was clean and everyone was very nice. There was a positive atmosphere. The 2 reasons I did not choose this one were one, the location was farther from my home, and two, storage. There was little to no storage in this community and my mother was coming from a house.

I liked Corinthians. It felt a bit like a small town or "The Friends" bar from the tv show. Everyone knows your name and everyone is laid back and comfortable. [Removed]front desk person) gave me my tour. She was nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The folks who lived there seemed to know and like her. The rooms have full-sized refrigerators and are larger than most of the rooms I have seen in other places. This is Independent Living and is a bit different than Assisted Living. I understand that healthcare can come in and check on my father, but I am a bit concerned about the differences. Other than that I loved it and I loved the location ... and I think he would like it. The jury is still out ... no decision until he gets here and gets a chance to look around for himself.

I have no complaints of this community this far. Everything has been great and my family and I are very pleased with the services they have provided my loved one. She has really liked the meals the chef prepares for all of the residents as well as the different activities they have going on throughout the day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking into retirement.

Nice rooms in an older community that is in good condition and an excellant value.

Everyone at the Treemont is very friendly and helpful. They want to ensure that your loved one is cared for and do everything possible to meet your needs. I have tremendous peace of mind knowing that my father is living in a nice, safe and friendly place. The service provided by the community is invaluable.

The residents at this community seem very well cared for and everybody always dresses nice. The staff are excellent and help my sister whenever she needs it. The food is amazing and they have a variety of choices. There are plenty of activities to keep her busy all day long. I would highly recommend Treemont as it seems more like a resort than a retirement community.

They did not really set realistic expectations as far as timelines, like when their construction would be finished, like with the dining room and such. But other than that, everything else with the place is fine.

Recently my 77 year old father moved into Treemont. He absolutely loves it. Before, he was home all day alone at my sister's house. Since he needs help getting around, he did nothing but watch TV all day. Now, he is much more active and has plenty of people to talk too. We all wish he had made this move earlier.

I would have not chosen another place for her. We have looked at other ones and this seemed the best place for her. The staff are their for you and your loved one. If their is ever a problem then they come to me and tell me. Cleanness of the facility is awesome and smells good.

I love the fact that it's all inclusive. Prices include rent, utilities, cable, 3 daily meals, and weekly housekeeping. There is a home health agency in the building so if you need medical services, they are available at an additional fee. My dad has been there for a few months. It's really nice compared to others I toured in DFW. Employees are friendly and they keep it clean. My dad seems to like it there. The only issue so far has been the food. The portions are really small and the food is not as good as expected. My dad is a big eater so he is usually still hungry after the meal. Overall it's a nice community.
