I like this community, however I think they could use a few more activities. The community is kept clean. Mom likes the food but I feel they could offer a few more heart healthy choices. I would absolutely recommend this community. This is one of the better priced communities for what they can do. The staff are good and we have good communication with them.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Mom fit right in and cannot stop raving how great the food and people great are.

The staff and location and community is great we are very pleased. My mother has adjusted well to the move and the staff is really helpful with her outta her room and to be a part of the activities they have going on there so I'm very pleased with that. The community in a whole is very nice clean I've had no concerns there and the location is great and close to us. Everything is going great. We would recommend this community.

I've only lived here for about a week, but it has been great so far. The food is Cordon Blu rated. The location is nice with shopping within walking distance. It's in an older neighborhood, but that's good because it is very quiet. The residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. I haven't made use of any of the care services, so I can't rate them. The Treemont has many many activities, like many communities of this type, but they genuinely seemed geared to interest the average resident. The term "community" is bandied about a lot in these type of operation, but I think that The Treemont is a true community, with both the residents and staff caring about, and for, one another. There are many, many long-time residents here, and I intend to live here for the rest of my life!

So far everyone has been really nice. Robert has gone above and beyond to help us get my Mom settled. I saw the reviews about the rooms being expensive, but we just moved my Mom from a converted home where she was paying 3600 a month and getting very little care. The staff is always polite and seem happy. She is very happy to have more of her furniture back, she went from a 10 X 10 room to a small apartment for less money and good care. What's not to love.

We toured this option when we were looking into senior housing for our loved one. This place really looked wonderful! Every resident that we saw looked happy and content. It was a little more all-inclusive than what we were looking for, there seemed to be a lot of services that our loved one wouldn't have been interested in. This place is definitely worth a look though, it is very nice.

The staff was very nice. The food always looked good, the room size was perfect. I would recommend this community to others who are searching for one.

The cost is it's best feature. Great value is why we picked them. I would recommend to others.

We like everything about it but we just found out that they are selling the building. The Studio apartment is a nice size. Location is great.

It is a safe and clean environment. The staff members do their best to assist the residents.

A very nice place. It would be nice if there was a light dinner menu 2-3 times weekly or 2-4 times a month. Very clean. Residents are very welcoming and nice. So happy to find this place.

Rooms are being updated so there are some improvements and spacious. We are no longer there[name removed]needed more care. Staff- front desk are nice but sales person I worked with was very sweet but a bit dingy and forgetful not very organized. Activities Director is the Best! Place was Refreshing as there was always something going on in main common areas.

Activities, food and cost for what is given is top. I would like more options for diabetics in the meals.

Staff is fantastic and my dad has loved it. The PAS caregivers are awesome and helped him when we returned back after surgery. Food is good with different selections. Some areas are updated and they do regular maintenance but some areas look more run down than others. Hasn't been issue for us and apartment maintenance and pest control has been handled quickly!

The facility is beautifully maintained and offers many activities that my parents enjoy. They offered two meals a day, which is great, but I wish dinner was offered as well. The apartment is big enough for my parents and has all the amenities that they need. The balcony is also a bonus that overlooks a green space.

The activities and friendliness, she likes. It's just a bit expensive for rent and internet service though she does not use internet and her monthly income is lower than the rent cost. So we still need to find a place more affordable.

My mom just moved out this week into assisted living. The facility is a good value but staff is not very friendly. The main issue was staff with Patient Services- not friendly at all. My mom didn't take advantage of activities so I can't comment on that

So far everything with the Emerson at Rosemeade Park has been overall good. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

For what Emerson offers it is a good value. The staff communication with the family is good; however, the follow up could be improve a little bit with some of the staff. There are at least two meals a day served to the residents. If the resident doesn't like the main choice, they do have the opportunity to make another choice. There is a kitchenette in the apartment, and there is housekeeping that is included. There are communal laundry rooms in the buildings for the residents to use.
