This community had a very similar floor plan to where my mother used to live. The dining room was in front of the building near the front door. As I was walking around I didn't seem to care about how the community was set up in regards to the floor plan. The community was very clean and the staff was nice that we met and very informative.

We are so pleased with this community. Things are going very well for my friend. She is not doing any of the activities but that is her choice. She is loving the food.The staff is very friendly and caring very attentive towards the residents. The location is perfect for us.

We toured Symphony Square and it was a nice community, more like a luxury hotel. The staff was friendly and were very helpful in answering the questions we had. The community was laid out so that no one could wander. It didn't have the homey feel we were looking for. It seemed quiet and subdued. We needed something more active for my loved one.

The staff have been helpful and able to meet dad's needs. They offer nice grounds with flowers and the memory care unit offers an enclosed yard for the residents to enjoy. Dad seems to like the food and they accommodate his dietary needs. He likes the movie nights and the exercise class offered. This community is close to family and I would recommend it.

This is a nice community, and my tour of it went pretty well. The community from what I was shown looked nice, everything was nice, and clean. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. I didn't feel this was the community for my father, but they treated us very well during our tour.

I have no complaints about how things went for my loved one and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our tour and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and all of the great amenities they had to offer all of the residents. Overall great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

No openings in the near future but it is a nice place. Would have considered if they had an opening.

Tour by[Removed]- Very nice designated assisted care facility. Well maintained, friendly staff. One bedroom deluxe room was good size with nice window views. Scheduled a follow-up visit with Mother-in Law to see. It is located in a residential community with not much area around the facility.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. I toured it for my father, and his needs. This is a very nice facility with kind people. The community appeared very clean. The staff was attentive, and kind. The experience went well overall, but I didn't feel this was the right fit for my father.

When I toured this community, I thought it looked fine but the courtyard area was small. Their area for walking if not look good. The tour guide that took me around was friendly, but it was not what I was looking for.

Nice accommodations and reasonably priced. Pleasant staff and plenty of activates for engagements of community residents.

This community has different floors for the residents. The more independent residents are on the first floor and as you go up to the fourth floor these are the residents that need the most care. The staff are helpful and friendly. Sometimes they do seem to be short on staff. The food is healthy and does not taste to bad. They keep the community clean and my loved one seems a little more active.

I think mom will benefit from living at this community and I can not wait to move her in. Their philosophy is personal care and the aids are challenged to learn at least twenty five things about each resident. They base activities on what is happening with the residents at that moment. The residents look cared for and they keep the community clean. The staff seem friendly and kind.

Everything is working out well for my wife since her move to this community. She likes it, and I'am satisfied with her move here. She is safe, and receiving good care. The staff is great, they are attentive, and helpful. She is in memory care, and they do have nice activities. I've a meal. and the food is good. This is a community I would recommend.

The St. Augustine Plantation tour was wonderful. They were helpful when finding they were not a good fit. The community just didn't meet the level of care for my parents. They didn't make the tour feel like it was sales related. They gave their number in case I needed help.

This looked like a clean community when I visited. The people I met were nice and upfront with us as they let us know this community does not accept residents which require a feeding tube.

My parents live here in the Memory Care. They could improve by increasing their staffing. They provide quality care but they don't have enough people. They don't take them outside often enough and more staff would allow them to do so. We chose this community because they were able to meet my mother's care needs.

I like this community for the care of my father. The community is clean and maintained. The staff is nice. There was a staff member that we did not feel satisfied with the care that was given. The other staff is very good and attentive. They were very caring and helped in every way for my mom and myself to feel comfortable. I would use this community again. The community was clean offer great meals and activities. I recommend others to this very nice community.

The tour was great and the people were very helpful and accommodating to us. We got to see all the residents out and enjoying there time. The community looked clean and neat. We just chose to go a different route.

I toured this community. The staff were nice and answered my questions. I was not able to see the meals that are served. They did not seem to have activites at the time I toured. I wanted a location that had emergency devices. I suggest other families tour this community for the needs of a loved one.
