I had a pleasant tour of this community. I toured it for my father, and his needs. This is a very nice facility with kind people. The community appeared very clean. The staff was attentive, and kind. The experience went well overall, but I didn't feel this was the right fit for my father.

When I toured this community, I thought it looked fine but the courtyard area was small. Their area for walking if not look good. The tour guide that took me around was friendly, but it was not what I was looking for.

Nice accommodations and reasonably priced. Pleasant staff and plenty of activates for engagements of community residents.

This community has different floors for the residents. The more independent residents are on the first floor and as you go up to the fourth floor these are the residents that need the most care. The staff are helpful and friendly. Sometimes they do seem to be short on staff. The food is healthy and does not taste to bad. They keep the community clean and my loved one seems a little more active.

I think mom will benefit from living at this community and I can not wait to move her in. Their philosophy is personal care and the aids are challenged to learn at least twenty five things about each resident. They base activities on what is happening with the residents at that moment. The residents look cared for and they keep the community clean. The staff seem friendly and kind.

Everything is working out well for my wife since her move to this community. She likes it, and I'am satisfied with her move here. She is safe, and receiving good care. The staff is great, they are attentive, and helpful. She is in memory care, and they do have nice activities. I've a meal. and the food is good. This is a community I would recommend.

The St. Augustine Plantation tour was wonderful. They were helpful when finding they were not a good fit. The community just didn't meet the level of care for my parents. They didn't make the tour feel like it was sales related. They gave their number in case I needed help.

This looked like a clean community when I visited. The people I met were nice and upfront with us as they let us know this community does not accept residents which require a feeding tube.

My parents live here in the Memory Care. They could improve by increasing their staffing. They provide quality care but they don't have enough people. They don't take them outside often enough and more staff would allow them to do so. We chose this community because they were able to meet my mother's care needs.

I like this community for the care of my father. The community is clean and maintained. The staff is nice. There was a staff member that we did not feel satisfied with the care that was given. The other staff is very good and attentive. They were very caring and helped in every way for my mom and myself to feel comfortable. I would use this community again. The community was clean offer great meals and activities. I recommend others to this very nice community.

The tour was great and the people were very helpful and accommodating to us. We got to see all the residents out and enjoying there time. The community looked clean and neat. We just chose to go a different route.

I toured this community. The staff were nice and answered my questions. I was not able to see the meals that are served. They did not seem to have activites at the time I toured. I wanted a location that had emergency devices. I suggest other families tour this community for the needs of a loved one.

My brother in law is doing very well here at this community. We are very impressed with all they has done for us. Everyone have been very friendly and helpful. The staff is great, they are very good with their commutation. He is trying some activities offered. The meals are nice and healthy. Overall we are very pleased with this community.

I placed dad at Brentwood after visiting their location, Debra, the Marketing person was especially nice, we had lunch and dad seemed very happy with the food. We got to meet the Chef, he was very helpful answering questions about the new menu items. I have only had dad here for a short while, but he loves the place. Keep up the good work!

I'am overall pleased with this community. My uncle is doing very well. The community is very well maintained, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. The staff is great with supporting the needs of uncle. Everything had worked out very well. [Removed] from a place for mom was amazing with all the help she provided me with.

I used a Place for Mom, kudos to Rachel, to find Woodholme Gardens, After viewing approx 10 other assistant living facilities I desperately turned to a Place for Mom, whom located a hidden jewel for my family. Woodholme Gardens provided a flexible payment plan (introductory offer) to help us move my Uncle in as a resident within 2 weeks. The complex is very clean with zero odors and a valet style set up. The employees are very pleasant to the residents during my weekly visits and all residents are dressed nicely and appear to be well taken care of. My uncle is 93 and in good physical shape, he participates in social events, walks throughout the complex, and outside to get fresh air frequently. Woodholme Gardens is the perfect transition for my Uncle, whom lived independently all his life. Overall we are extremely pleased with Woodholme Gardens.

From the initial visit, the staff at Symphony Square treated my parents as individuals and still vital contributors to society -- this would not be a move into a facility or an 'old folks home'. The common areas of Symphony Square are furnished as a hotel or community vs the more severe setting in other assisted living places we visited. Also there are more food options than at other places with breakfast and lunch made to order. It has been a big transition for my parents -- moving from a large home to a small apartment (2 bedrooms, sitting area, and kitchenette) yet both agree that Symphony Square offers sufficient space for what is needed by them at this time. The staff is kind, helpful, and respectful -- very pleased with Symphony Square.

It has just been fabulous for my mom and she has nice and helpful staff. She also enjoys the meals that are made and has suitable activities to join in. The only drawback is they are not good with medications. I do it now after that experience.

This community for my dad was very nice and he was happy there. When he needed his meals to be brought to his room the staff was willing to assist him and bring the meals to him. The grounds outside were always clean and his room was so nice, they put in new carpet in his room before he arrived. I would recommend this community to others needing care for a loved one.

I had a chance to enjoy a lunch at this community and there are various choices to pick from and while I only had a sandwich is was pretty good. This is an assisted living community with a memory care unit that my mom is currently living in. The staff is very attentive and there is good communication with them regarding the care of my mom. I am glad there are plenty of activities for her to participate in. Everything is wonderful at Elmcroft of Valley Farms.
