Overall experience is 4, mostly because my dad is not embracing the new lifestyle (his wife died date removed ago & he is depressed).The activities is a 4 because my dad says they don't offer things he likes (sadly he doesn't like anything now, so it's not fully on them.) Value is a 5, but we got a half-off deal on the initial buy-in so that made it accessible. If it was full price we may not have selected Glenn Eddy.

Friendly staff and warm inviting facility. Dad is happy there. Quickly brought into a group and activities. Very caring and helpful when dad has had any health concern. Although there were other facilities that we also considered this is the one dad chose. He felt most comfortable with the other residents and staff. He also liked the location and having safe places to walk or enjoy the outdoors.

The facility is very nice on every level. The only reason for not giving it a 5 rating is because no place is perfect. There are usually some faults. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Dad really likes it. They have wonderful food friendly, and outgoing staff. Lots of chances to interact with others and be social. Try hard to make it welcoming while still providing care and extra services. Admin staff are a bit hard to catch for questions or to get paperwork. But they do get back to you. And dad has been able to talk with them so that is important. The floor staff, cleaning, nurses, general… are all very nice and helpful.

I had a good tour experience with Eddy Memory Care at Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center. My only real issue was that my loved one would have gone into skilled nursing and then moved again into a nursing home. I didn't want too many moves for her. I also liked another facilities' atmosphere better.
We had a wonderful tour experience with The Terrace at The Glen - we loved everything about the facility. The staff were great about giving us information and followed up with us after the tour to check in. Unfortunately they did not have any openings during the time frame that we were needing the respite stay for our loved one.

We had a really nice tour experience with The Terrace at Glen Eddy. The facility was clean and we really loved everything that we saw. The staff were great with their follow up after the tours as well. Unfortunately they did not have availability for respite stay in the time range that we were looking for. We ended up going with another Terrace facility.

I believe the staff is great. [Name removed] listens to my problems and tries to solve them. [Name removed] (activities) is a hard working and caring person. [Name removed] is wonderful at the desk.
