I would feel very safe to recommend this place for my friends' loved ones. I had my loved one there for a year, and her care was excellent. The room was very nice. She was by herself in a large room, and a bathroom in her room. We were able to use her own furniture. They do ask for you to provide your own furniture start with.

Brooklyn Pointe is very clean and has a great staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The activities and events are amazing! They do a great job keeping the families connected through COVID.

They do take good care of the residents and try to involve them in things. My friend likes the food. The rooms could be a little bigger. They have outdoor space for the residents to use. The staff seems to care about the residents.

We had a wonderful experience with The Chelsea. The community was usually clean. The staff was very nice and we thought the care was very good as well. They did have some activities available for the residents to participate in although our aunt wasn't able to participate all that much. We absolutely thought The Chelsea At Montville was worth the cost. They were very helpful in all aspects of our aunt's care and the staff are top notch.

We never see any mess and the community is usually clean and smells fresh. The staff is all very helpful with the whole admission process. We never had any issues with the care either. We do feel like Inspired Living At Lakewood Ranch is a good value for the price.

Inspired Living has been a great experience. They have done an exemplary job during COVID and took precaution to protect the residents before the President even announced it. They followed the state department and CDC using masks, gloves, taking temperatures, and checking oxygen of residents as well. The director sends a recorded weekly update to families. The staff are very responsive. The staff really engage the residents in activities such as karaoke night, wine night, happy hour, thai chi, trivia night, and they even brought in a clothing vendor once. They have a coffee bar in the lobby with fresh fruit and pastries available all day. The food is good and they have sandwiches and salads available all day in addition to the menu at meals. The dining staff are phenomenal. The staff made an effort to match my mom up with table mates with similar interests. These people have become her core friends. We chose this community because it was recommended by a friend, they offered a locked in forever price, and everyone seemed very professional. The apartments are spacious with huge bathrooms, the grounds are nice, there is an outdoor pool, and the community is pet friendly with a dog run. They really have gone above and beyond at this community.

I live out of state and although the circumstances right now are difficult with the lock down, the community puts a lot of effort into keeping families informed. The administrator sends out a daily email to the families with updates of what is going on in the community which I appreciate. Also, the nurse and administrator are readily accessible and promptly call me back, which is so helpful. The community seems more like a fancy hotel then other facilities we visited. The staff seem knowledge and are very friendly.

My mother was very mobile and her hobby was walking. They have a lot of opportunity for that and the residents can go outside. For memory care people, the ability to go outside and walk around is great. There are benches and a gazebo so it's less restrictive but still secure for people who wander. The food is real food and good variety, There is always an activity going on for the residents.

It was mom's idea to go into assisted living. After looking at a few local communities, we decided on The Chelsea in Montville. Pros: lots of activities, friendly staff, large closet space, and almost everything is on one floor. Cons: mom sometimes waits longer than she'd like for assistance, and food is sometimes not as warm or tasty as she would want it. I was impressed that we fit all this furniture in the room: XL twin bed, dresser, chest of drawers, 2 nightstands, wing chair, and kitchenette table. Plus they supply a small fridge and counter/cabinet combo. This still leaves plenty of floor space in the middle of the room. Besides a large dining toom, the common space has chair groupings, a small coffe/tea area. There is slso a library/game room, a tv room, and a craft/kitchen room. I'm excited to see what the outside courtyards and gardens look like once the weather warms up.

Our mom moved into Inspired Living Hidden Lakes about four months ago. So far, our experience has been positive. Staff are kind and diligent and when we visit, Mom seems happy and well cared for. It’s a very hard decision choosing a care facility but in our experience, this is one of the better ones.

My dealing with the staff on all levels has been very positive. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to greet me, help me sign in and out to the nursing staff and to the caregiver staff. They have all been very helpful and kind in dealing with my mother.

I brought my 92 year old dad to Hidden Lakes. I researched several places before making the decision. The service and the staff are great. They are caring and help their residents with their special needs. It takes a special type of person to work in a memory care unit and they have chosen the right staff. They keep the place clean and smelling great. The food is all natural and they have a five star chief that meets even special needs. The one thing that really stands out above all is they treat everyone that lives there with respect. There always there when needed and go around giving hugs which my dad and other loved. If you really care about your loved one go visit Hidden Lakes and see for yourself.

When my mom began showing signs of dementiaI began looking at all the Assisted Living Facilities in the area. Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge was one of them. I liked the appearances inside and out. The staff were all very friendly.

Very Caring and supportive staff. They listen to your concerns and take the time to get to know you and your loved one's individual needs. There are many memory care facilities out there but none of them show the kind of attention that Inspired at Ivy does. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with Ivy Ridge. They never miss an opportunity to celebrate a cause or holiday. It is always colorful and festive. [Names removed] interact so well with the residents. [Names removed] are very involved and caring. The size of this facility creates an environment where everybody knows each other. The ability for my mom to go outside safely to enjoy the sun is a wonderful bonus.

Great facility with a family atmoshere, caring staff, delicious food and a strong management team. They are always fine tuning their services and enhancing their enrichment activities for the residents. At the end of the day, I know my loved one is in excellent hands.

My mother has been at Inspired Living Lakewood Ranch for respite care and words cannot express how truly amazing the entire staff has been! It was very hard for us to find a place where we felt as if my mother would be happy and treated with respect and the level of care you want to see a family member receive, but everyone went above and beyond.
