Love this community. I see daily interactions of caring staff with residents. The training the staff have to complete is very strict and helpful. The community is beautiful,putting green,large courtyard!

Very friendly staff that wanna help . When I was there I saw a great activity going on that was a theme Casino day . Cleanliness was spot on .happy about my decision to bring my mom here . Happy smiles everyday I walk in a great place

My mother, [name removed] has been so pleased with the kindness and excellent job that the aides are doing. The aides are making sure mom takes her medication on time and promptly. When the aides bathe my mom, they are gentle and kind with mom. I want to recognize the staff at Chelsea Forsgate for their excellent care.

autumn leaves is a new place built end of 2017 it has wide hallways all led lighting I have never seen clutter or cleaning carts left in the hallways VERY VERY clean place also smells nice they take care of every thing also they have there own doctors and nursing on staff not like other nursing homes they told us we had to take my 95 year old mother in law out to doctors apt. our selves REALY. very relaxing to my wife and I that autumn leaves takes total care of every thing!!! the whole staff s very kind to everybody great head chef [name removed].

My brother and I put our mother into the Chelsea at Forsgate and we are so glad we did. Our mom was in the Memory Care at Chelsea until the day she passed away. The staff at Chelsea were wonderful! The nurses kept my brother and I informed about mom's care each step of the way, as her condition deteriorated. The staff and nurses were always available to us if we had any questions. My brother went all different times to visit our mother, and he commented more than once, that he was very happy with the aides, and staff. Toward the end of mom's life, we were very grateful to the Grace Hospice staff and their team. Our experience was excellent, and we would recommend The Chelsea at Forsgate to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. [Name removed]

To the entire staff of The Chelsea at Forsgate Monroe Twp, NJ May 18, 2018 Very early today my Uncle [Name removed] passed away. Also today he was buried. In the Jewish faith we bury the deceased quickly if possible. Everyone did what was necessary to ensure this happened efficiently and promptly. I want to thank each and every team member because my uncle was happy at The Chelsea. At first, it was a big adjustment but he acclimated quickly due to the loving care and attention he got every day from every person there. For me, it all started with [Name removed]. I interviewed many such facilities in Jackson, near my uncle's prior home and in Monroe, near my home. I chose The Chelsea not only because of its proximity, but because of [Name removed] and also [Name removed]. Both were very assuring and so I believed he would get the proper care; my conclusion proved sound. Nurses [Name removed], [Name removed], and [Name removed]were wonderful. They kept me informed at all times. They called if there was an issue. They took great care of his needs. They welcomed me each time I visited. They were not just his nurses; they were his friends (and mine too). Dr. [Name removed]was wonderful. [Name removed]and the team downstairs in the Cottage were fabulous. I wish I could remember everyone's names. So many, all were terrific...Associates I can describe but cannot recall their names, for that I apologize. Everyone always made me feel welcome and provided care and concern for my uncle. He ate with the V.I.P.s and he truly felt he was just that- a VIP. This morning when I went to his room at 6 AM to see him one last time, I was so impressed that 2 staff members who tended to him came to say their goodbyes. Clearly, though he has passed, he wasn't just another short term visitor. They treated him with care, respect, and with loving attentiveness even after he was gone. The Grace hospice team was exceptional. [Name removed] and [Name removed] deserve huge kudos for the care they provided in his final days. Thanks as well to [Name removed], the social worker, and the Rabbi who came to offer prayers and blessings and give support to me and my family... I suppose this is a love letter of sorts. I love every single person who made my Uncle's time at The Chelsea enjoyable. Yes enjoyable. He adored the staff. And he loved the food! He had Sloppy Joes for the first time and loved them! He also enjoyed festivities, especially the music. Uncle [Name removed] was a loner for many years. But he was never lonely at The Chelsea. I will be forever grateful that you gave him joy these last few months. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and bless you all for the wonderful work you do. My family and I are so very appreciative... - [Name removed]

I walked in to check out Chelsea late on Thursday evening. A receptionist took my information and told me that the sales person would call me the next day. I told her I was from out of town and would love to see the building. The receptionist called someone to do her job, while she showed me around. The building looked great and everyone I met was friendly. Unfortunately, my mother had to stay in a nursing home, but I would highly recommend.

Incredible facility; it's beautiful, spotless, and extraordinarily well run. Staff appear to be exceptional and the residents happy. We look forward to getting settled and getting to know our new family.

Nice, new facility. Many special touches about it. All day dining 7 am to 7 pm. Had swimming pool in back and green preserved area so it wouldn't change, nice area. Excellent memory care area, people looked very upbeat and well cared for. If they had a two bedroom unit available, it would have been a top contender. Actually, it still was a top contender because of the quality there.

Loved this facility. Only 5 years old. Lots of active and high functioning Memory Care patients. Great outside area. Nice rooms. Very transparent with their inspections. Rooms were nice.I feel like this would be the best fit for my grandmother but they are strictly private pay and don't use medicate/medicare.

I love this place!! Very informative staff and very helpful. It’s beautifully done with a large area for loved ones to wander safely. I love the locator watch that guests will have to wear. It lets them into their room only. Very safe!

My Aunt has been at the Chelsea for three years ,her care has been Perfection beyond anything I could imagine the Chelsea and everyone of their employees have been so kind and caring and compassionate they treat my aunt just like she was part of their family. The care is wonderful, compassionate ,professional.. The food is terrific my aunt has enjoyed every minute being there. And now at the end my aunt is in hospice care and the Chelsea has been an angel in helping the transition I would highly recommend anybody that needs any kind of Assisted Living care do not consider any place but the Chelsea ,for your love one. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were all wonderful and came to meet my Dad at his home on the same day we toured. The staff, residents and environment were like NO other. We felt at home here. The air was fresh, the size felt manageable. I felt like my dad would not be just a number and list of needs and meds. His interests and personality would be valued and respected here above all else.

Great place with excellent staff. Mom has improved since moving into Inspired Living. They keep her active and involved in activities. Only drawback is activity area is too small when they have most residents involved.

When I toured Inspired Living Memory Care Facility, I felt at easy, [Removed] and staff were extremely helpful, kind and understanding of my Mom's needs. The entire building is safe, secure, new and all the residents were smiling and happy. Met a lot of the staff and they were very welcoming. Inside the units are very modern, tile floor, sensors in room and track key device for locating their residents. Was really impressed with the well thought out concept of Memory Care and Safety for all who reside in their new home.

My mother in Law resides at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch. We recently weathered hurricane Irma with Mom. The staff has always been dedicated but they outdid themselves. The organization was superior and the building was secure. [Removed], the on sight leader, marshaled her troops and everyone went calmly about the business of making sure all guests were cared for. Every staff member went above and beyond their own specific jobs because they love the residents. It was truly evident. I would like to personally thank: [Removed] and so many more. This was a well oiled machine of wonderful people.

Too big facility. Too expensive

We like the care from this community. We liked the staff. We like knowing that she is getting around. The activities are helpful for her to stay active. The community is clean. We do need a different type of care for my mom. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one
