The community feels like home. They have a good layout and they have had a good covid plan and have kept the residence safe. The staff is very friendly and very quick and responsive. The residents are friendly too. I would recommend this community to others

The staff very attentive and treated my loved ones like family. They had a hugging wall that you could hug your loved one safely. They had lots of great ideas to still be able to visit during covid.

The few times we have been able to visit the community it was clean and there were no fowl smells. The staff members are very friendly and cooperative, and we had no issues with the care services. The meals seemed to be pretty good, and they are being hand delivered to their rooms right now due to covid. They do have a lot of internal activities. They have a wide variety of things to keep in interesting. They also have arts and crafts, quiet times and live entertainment.

It is a good place to go, if you need to go. I think they keep the residents engaged and care by the staff is good.

We toured Inspired Living LWR on [date removed]. As with Hidden Lakes the details in the design for memory care are very evident. There are some touches at LWR that are unique and provide even more supports to residents. The outdoor space is inviting and accessible to residents, providing opportunities for exercise, fresh air and sunshine. With the adjacent Assisted Living community there are also options for escorted walks along the lake and visits to the other amenities.

During the time our loved one was there, they were very good and the staff members were excellent especially our main contact, she was fabulous.

I was very pleased with my first tour of Hidden Lakes. The community was active and residents seemed engaged. The facility was clean and attention to detail was clear in the design and decoration. The outside space was very nice and provides a safe and secure place for residents to spend time out of doors.

I think this is a residential type of environment. The facility is very clean, they have a bus for transportation and all their medical needs are met. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My visit today at Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes was great! A big thanks to [name removed] for the tour and the interview. [name removed] was a breath of sunshine in this confusing search for the right facility for my loved one.

I chose this facility for my brother because it had a separate facility for memory care and although he has had a stroke, his cognitive abilities are just fine. I was impressed with the outdoor choices such as a pool, pond, walking paths, lanai, etc. I am hoping for some pool therapy for him.

From what we could tell the activities were good, this was a newer facility and they were well organized and they seemed to have good policies and procedures in place. The rooms were very nice, and our loved one said the food was always fine.

Our dad has been here since July and the change is amazing! He eats everything and put on weight he needed. No more swollen ankles or boredom! He paints, goes on walks, reads and sings when The Temptations are on! He looks forward to daily activities and all of the staff and fellow residents.! A great community in every way. Thank you!

I would tell friends that this is a great community for your loved one. The community gives great care; are very nice, and friendly. My mother says the food is good, they give coffee with all meals if the residents wants. Live music, arts and crafts, holiday celebration parties, cultural celebrations, and themed parties and events are some of the activities offered.

Dog park and religious services a plus!

We chose The Chelsea at Brick because of the proximity to our house. The room sizes are a little on the smaller size, she is in a double. My mother in law loves the food, she talks about it all the time. She has a menu so she gets to pick what she eats, it is nutritious and healthy. Communication has been excellent from the staff members, especially with what has been going on. We love that we know she is safe and taken of. We would absolutely recommend.

We chose The Chelsea Assisted Living facility because it was closer to the family. The room sizes are adequate, they could be a little bit bigger. The food is a normal menu and nothing spectacular, but it is adequate. I would recommend this community to a friend or family member.

The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. My father was on the dementia side, and they were amazing. They did as much as they could for everybody. The care services were excellent. They took the residence out for walks, and even to get ice cream. The food at this community every once in awhile was a little bland, or sometimes not as hot as it should be. They offered different varieties to choose from, overall it was okay. The rooms at this community reminded us of college dorm rooms.

I would feel very safe to recommend this place for my friends' loved ones. I had my loved one there for a year, and her care was excellent. The room was very nice. She was by herself in a large room, and a bathroom in her room. We were able to use her own furniture. They do ask for you to provide your own furniture start with.

Brooklyn Pointe is very clean and has a great staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The activities and events are amazing! They do a great job keeping the families connected through COVID.
