The staff is very nice and very welcoming. They answered all of my questions. They're very caring. My loved one has fallen a few times and they've immediately called me to let me know what's going on. It seems like a very well run operation. The room is not huge but nice. There's a bathroom with a big bedroom / living room area. I kind of expected it to be a furnished room, but it's not. And that' seems to be the standard across the industry. Everything I've seen has been pretty clean - nothing dirty, nothing laying around that shouldn't be laying around. My loved one tells me the food is very good. They've just now all been vaccinated, so they're starting to get activities going again.

We toured this community and liked it very mucn. The tour was great and the staff was very professional. They were able to answer all of our questions.

It is overpriced. It was a roomy and engaging community. I would change the under staffing and overpricing in the community. My loved one was there for a short amount of time. During this time frame the communication with the staff was excellent.

We chose The Chelsea at Forsgate because of the friendliness of staff members as well as the location of it, it was close so we would be able to visit often. The room sizes here were adequate for what he needed. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.

The whole staff go above and beyond to help you, including the directors. They get the struggle in regards to the pandemic. The nursing staff was wonderful. The feeling of home, from the second I walked in I could feel the warmth and it was the best feeling.

This is the best place to put your loved one. I would recommend them to others. The communication was very good with the staff. They worked with my loved one's dietary restrictions. They had activities available for the residents to choose from.

We chose Inspired Living because I really liked the people, they all came out to talk to us and I just got a good feeling and thought it would be a good fit. My mom is getting great care here and they have been great with communication, especially during covid. Next week we can finally go inside so we are looking forward to that, but based off of zoom meetings and visits, it seems like a great place. I think we made the right choice and I would highly recommend them.

The cleanliness of the community and friendliness of the staff members would get a 5 plus, they are just so good. They have only recently open backed up the dining room, and the people here have just really gone out of their way.

The staff very attentive and treated my loved ones like family. They had a hugging wall that you could hug your loved one safely. They had lots of great ideas to still be able to visit during covid.

The few times we have been able to visit the community it was clean and there were no fowl smells. The staff members are very friendly and cooperative, and we had no issues with the care services. The meals seemed to be pretty good, and they are being hand delivered to their rooms right now due to covid. They do have a lot of internal activities. They have a wide variety of things to keep in interesting. They also have arts and crafts, quiet times and live entertainment.

It is a good place to go, if you need to go. I think they keep the residents engaged and care by the staff is good.

We toured Inspired Living LWR on [date removed]. As with Hidden Lakes the details in the design for memory care are very evident. There are some touches at LWR that are unique and provide even more supports to residents. The outdoor space is inviting and accessible to residents, providing opportunities for exercise, fresh air and sunshine. With the adjacent Assisted Living community there are also options for escorted walks along the lake and visits to the other amenities.

During the time our loved one was there, they were very good and the staff members were excellent especially our main contact, she was fabulous.

I was very pleased with my first tour of Hidden Lakes. The community was active and residents seemed engaged. The facility was clean and attention to detail was clear in the design and decoration. The outside space was very nice and provides a safe and secure place for residents to spend time out of doors.

I think this is a residential type of environment. The facility is very clean, they have a bus for transportation and all their medical needs are met. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My visit today at Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes was great! A big thanks to [name removed] for the tour and the interview. [name removed] was a breath of sunshine in this confusing search for the right facility for my loved one.

I chose this facility for my brother because it had a separate facility for memory care and although he has had a stroke, his cognitive abilities are just fine. I was impressed with the outdoor choices such as a pool, pond, walking paths, lanai, etc. I am hoping for some pool therapy for him.
