Staff is very attentive to the residents.

My wife is living in this community & is extremely happy. I feel a comfort that I have not felt in many years. I know that she is cared for.

My mom lived here for 8 months and I feel she was treated like family.

Inspired Living has been amazing. [Names removed] have been so helpful and made the process of moving my parents not so stressful and all the staff have been great helping them get settled in and adjusted to their new home. Thank you!

This community was my first choice but they did not have any openings for my loved one at the time.

When faced with the difficult decision to reach out for assistance for my mother and after looking at several facility's we found Chelsea. From the first phone call to Community Director the decision was made to go with Chelsea. The staff from [name removed] the first person you see to the maintenance department, the caregivers, nursing, activities and food service staff has been nothing but flawless. We cant thank them all enough.

Our family had an in person tour and all the staff we met with her very nice, but it is an older facility and our loved one is very particular and clean and we thought it just wasn't going to be the best fit. Also the pricing was just a little bit higher

we picked them because someone else he knew lived here. We liked it also because it is smaller so it is more personalized attention, everyone knows his name. It is a nice friendly christian organization. The manager has been easy to work with and super accommodating and we appreciate that. We love all of the activities provided and It is extremely clean. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking, we love it here.

They're very friendly and very responsive. Our loved one has gotten better since she' s been here, which is amazing. Whatever they're doing is working!

I would recommend you look into the community for your loved ones. The size of the community is good for my loved one. The cleanliness of the community stands out to me. The staff are available to speak to when I have questions or concerns.

This was a very nice and friendly community.

It's friendly. Overall it's a really good place. Sometimes it depends on who's working the shift. But most of the time it's excellent. It's nice and clean. They have some events sometimes, although that's limited due to Covid. They used to have a Wine Wednesday. I just make sure I go and visit her every day. Overall it's a good place. It's helped her, and it's helped us.

The staff are great here. They take great care of my aunt. One thing the community could improve on is assisting the residents with using cash or credit cards for dining out on trips.

The community is very caring and loving. The community is open to making changes to assist your loved one, such as adding more activities and additional training for the aides. The service of the food in the memory care, could be improved. Some of the activities for memory care include walks around the community, swimming, and arts and crafts for the residents.

The outside of the building is being let go. I am not sure why but it seems like it is rundown and needs a good cleaning or painting. Inside is not updated but it seems to be kept clean. My biggest concern was the inside and the help is a lot better and they are more kind. They are short of staff and we are waiting to see a change in that. They keep the resident busy with many activities.

I never thought I would enjoy living in an assisted living facility and I really enjoy it. There is always something to do. Everyone is friendly, I have made many new friends. You cannot make a mistake coming to live here.

Our family had a virtual tour with [name removed] and despite everything going on with the virus they did a great job. They were able to take us around the community virtually and we had no problems with the communication.

Very impressed with the caring staff, layout (no locked doors) and activities available. In my top 3.

We were in a panic and Our care finder set up a last minute tour which the staff arranged for me to take seamlessly…the facility is beautiful…the staff had a beautiful rapport with all the residents we passed…and by the next morning my husband and I had decided on Liana for my mother…the staff literally bent over backwards to make the admission happen that very afternoon …. It has been less than 24 hours and the ease of being a led to talk with the staff has been phenomenal…… Thank you, Brenda

Inspired Living community has a great meal and dining service, and they offer a lot of activities every single day. They have an entire monthly calendar filled out with different activities for the residents.
