Distinctive Living

Like the freedom, husband has a lot of freedom to move around and in and out as he pleases. Care staff was absolutely phenomenal, would certainly recommend to go there for anyone in my family or friends.

The staff at Inspired Living is awesome! My mom arrived at the community via air travel and her flight was delayed until late evening hours. The staff stayed late that night to roll out the red carpet for her. She is very happy at Inspired Living at Bonita Springs. I feel confident she is getting the best care and am grateful for the dedicated caregivers and staff!

The staff at Inspired Living are very personable and caring. The manager right now has only been there a short time and has been getting things in order trying to make the place as good as can be. He is easy to talk to and if anyone needs anything he'll do his best to get it. My husband is happy there. It is clean, nice looking with a beautiful outside area that has a gazebo with a pond in front of it. They have a lot of activities for them in the mornings and afternoons to keep them out and about so they don't just stay in their rooms. The meals are presented very nicely. A soup of salad at the beginning, the entree, and dessert every day. They can choose what they like, and if they don't like either one of the entrees presented, they will make them a hamburger or something else that they may enjoy. They treat the residents very nicely as show by the smiles on their faces.

Based on the tour, I liked Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch very much and was leaning towards this one. But in talking with others who had actually experienced the community, I decided on a different place.

This was a nice community. It felt more structed and like a nursing home. It wasn't the right fit for my loved one.

My experience with The Chelsea at Bald Eagle was a good experience. There's a lot to do there and everyone is friendly. It's a nice, clean place and seems very organized. Overall I would recommend this community to others.

I thought Inspired Living at Tampa was wonderful. They are so caring. They truly care about their residents, so they are on the top of my list. It feels like a family, which is very important for the care I'm looking for for my loved one.

Our whole family is very happy with him being here. It was a very sudden decision and the staff really held our hand throughout the process and made us feel more comfortable. I found the managers to be very open with discussing plans and they have been easy to work with, especially while going through the tough times. The apartments are a decent size for one person. I would recommend The Chelsea at Bald Eagle to others looking.

My mother has been here for 2 months and she has adapted so well and is doing fabulous. She is better and healthier than she has been in several years. She participates in the activities and the staff have all been wonderful to her. They are very kind and attentive and I know that she is always well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Inspired Living at Ocoee to other families.

This is the best place and we think it is amazing. We have been very happy with our experience here. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones and already have. My loved one loves the food and it is the best. They have healthy meals with large portions. Bingo, rosary, social hour, exercises, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. They even have a shuttle bus to take residents to shopping centers. The staff are very courtesy, knowledgeable and professional to work with.

Based on the other places we toured, I would say Inspired Living was probably one of the best around as far as I could tell. It was amazing, but it was just not the right place for my loved one. It was too big and would have been overwhelming and confusing to her. It was too bright - I would have expected more soothing colors for dementia patients. It was also quite expensive. But it was very up-to-date, and they had lots of great stuff as far as using technology for helping the residents and educating people.

We went with Inspired living because eventually my loved one is going to run out of money and they do accept Medicaid after the first year of self pay so she will not have to move facilities or rooms. The location has been great for me as well and it is close to my home. The facility is very clean, the staff are great, and they have a ton of activities provided. I would recommend them to others looking.

i toured inspired living and thought it was a beautiful community. it looked like a resort and if i was of a certain age, i would live here myself. should the need arise, this is the only community i would choose for my mom. we chose another community because our loved one needed a certain level of care and inspired living's memory care unit was a bit understaffed. i had concerns that my loved one would not get the attention and care they needed.

This community was very nice but I was looking for something local to my area so there was another community that just stood out more to me.

We chose Inspired Living because of the friendliness of the staff and I liked the open courtyard in back that allows residents to get outside on their own every day. The staff members take a very personal approach with their residents and I would recommend them to other families looking.
