Everyone is very kind and helpful. Our only concern has been with the large turnover in staff in the last year.

My loved one is currently a resident at Inspired Living at Bonita Springs and the experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and meals are also great. We are very happy with Inspired Living Memory Care at Bonita Springs and would recommend them to others.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the memory unit at Mira Vie in Manalapan. From the initial tour with the admissions director and the head of the unit, I felt nothing but warmth and caring. And then my husband became a resident of the unit and that warmth and caring continued. Activity counselors and aides truly understand the minds and behaviors of their residents.The people and the facilities are great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and caring place for their loved one. Sharon Savran

Beautiful modern building, great staff, great management, clean, friendly environment. I lived there about 4 months until I sold my home out of state and bought my new home in New Jersey. Love your organization and will spread the word.

It is no longer called The Chelsea a new management company took over it is now called Mira Vie. Hopefully the food is going to get better they have a new chef. The activities are amazing they do a lot for them. They need to do a lot of repairs there the floors are very dangerous however we are told they are working on it my mom is very happy there.

The Chelsea was wonderful. It was clean . The staff was friendly and caring . The nurses were excellent and were really on top of things . Quality of care was excellent. I was very satisfied with the care my aunt had on the memory unit at the Chelsea

So far so good all in all. The people are nice and place seems nice. I was unaware of the corporation change that occurred directly after we moved in. So I am a bit concerned about any upcoming rate increases.

Mom has been there for 3 months and so far so good. Plenty of trips and activities available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Her room is cleaned twice weekly. I have switched her to the Dr on staff there which is very convenient.

Both of my parents were there for a few months, whether it is for a few months or a few years this place was absolutely amazing. The employees and the patience that they have is top notch. I need to give a huge shout out to the front desk [name removed], she goes above and beyond her duties and you know it’s not just a job to her, she truly cares about the residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to place a member of the family because they take care and treat everyone there as if they were their mom or dad.

Very attentive, friendly and like my brother says, kind staff members. Chelsea at Fanwood was just bought over. Now called Mira Vie. The new director seems very nice & staff is staying the same but I just received the May bill and it's all wrong. I have a call into the director but haven't received call back today. Have to see how this will go.

The staff at this facility are very caring and compassionate! It is very clean and the activity staff are great with the clients! I recommend this memory care as I have visited mostly all facilities in Pinellas county and this one is far above the others and I am very hard to please as I have high standards.

Seascape at Naples takes great care of the residents and has a very caring approach. There is a secured memory care neighborhood which is extremely beneficial for residents with mild to end stage dementia and Alzheimer's.

My mom complains about the food a bit but.. it's healthy so you know, not enough salt! Haha. Very friendly, caring team including IL local leadership. Outdoor area for the facility is large...nice.

I would highly recommend the facility to others. All of the staff (front desk, salespeople, caregivers, dining room staff, activities personnel, salon, PT/OT staff, and the Executive Director) are ALL phenomenal. My mom's condition has improved dramatically since she moved in at the end of December. She went from needing 2 people to help her with almost all ADLs on the maximum care plan, to almost being completely independent now in her wheelchair and making progress with her walker. The staff is so empathetic, kind, and motivational. She had a very difficult time adjusting in the beginning from living completely independent in her house to here (the result of a car accident). The staff was so welcoming and never gave up making her feel at home. The quality of the food seems to be good, but I know my mom and others complain from time to time. It may have more to do with being finicky or selective than the food itself. The move in process was very easy and accommodating. They roll out the red carpet (literally) and the entire staff greets each new resident as they come through the door. It is also by far the best value for the money in the area. I can't say enough good things about Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch.

My husband and I visited Mira Vie over the last few weeks because he has been ill and we wanted to learn all about Assisted Living. [name removed] was a wealth of information and she graciously answered all our questions. Her knowledge of the facility is to be admired. Mira Vie is exceptionally clean, organized, and there are numerous activities to address all residents' desires. Everyone who greeted us was pleasant and willing to allay our hesitations. The individual rooms are equipped with everything a senior citizen could need. Mira Vie is definitely a place I would put on the top of my list when I feel the need arises. It is, without a doubt, a place you could call home.

Some care services personnel are prompt and loving. Some are slow and/or overworked. I've had instance, 2 major ones, when I waited so long (18 minutes or so) I couldn't hold it any longer and wet the floor.

We had to move my 95 year old father from another facility and the improvement in his care is amazing. The staff is so engaged and caring. The activities are unbelievable. The strength and awareness that my dad has reclaim is unbelievable. Such a positive experience.

Inspired living welcomed my Dad with open arms even before my sisters and I moved him from FL. The facility was immaculate, bright and cheerful just like the staff! [name removed] was amazing to work with from the very beginning tour of the facility, to answering all of our questions and filling out paperwork, introducing us to all of the staff and the transition of putting Dad into memory care. The daily activities and options for the residents are top notch. We enjoyed the live music, milkshake Mondays, and the fact that memory care residents could join the more active community for certain events! We lost my Dad way too soon, but the amazing staff took wonderful care of him in the short time he was with them. I would highly recommend Inspired living to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones!

I would highly recommend the Chelsea. The Staff is very nice and considerate.
