We chose Madison Estates because it was the one he felt most comfortable at. it was a homey environment and staff were very friendly. The apartment sizes here are decent. I think it is a really nice and comfortable facility and I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Granville place because of the location and I liked the layout of the facility, everything was all on one floor. The room sizes here were adequate for what she needed. The staff were very patient and understanding and wiling to help out with whatever we needed. They responded well to our needs and took great care of her and I would absolutely recommend them.

This has been a really good place for my loved one. I feel comfortable with her here. She's safe and seems to really enjoy it. She likes that she feels safe here also, and they're able to help with her medication. She says the food is outstanding. She doesn't' participate in a lot of the activities, but is happy to hang out with her group of friends.

The management staff here is incredible. The new Executive Director, [name removed], really cares about the residents and is an advocate for positive change. [Name removed], the Director of Sales and Marketing, is very helpful and humorous. They make everything very enjoyable here. They listen to the residents and have made changes based on our feedback. They have made Solstice a better home.

It's a wonderful place to be. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's always a good friend around. My loved one has met more people and made more friends here than she has anywhere else. The food is great, and they work with your diet.

My mother-in-law moved in three months ago. It was a hard beginning but with the help of the friendly caring staff she has settled in nicely. The staff keeps us informed of how she is doing and was instrumental in introducing her to like-minded people. (Who have now become friends.) The residents are independent but know that there is always help at the front desk if needed. The only complaint we hear is about the food which arrives cold and is not as varied as she would like. We hope this will improve now that the dinning room has reopened and with the hiring of a new chef. We are thankful we have such caring people looking after her.

Very pleased with the way the staff treats us when visiting. I feel my loved one is in good hands. Also the facility cleanliness is very well kept.

The staff is so thoughtful and looks after me better than family. I don't want to ever have to go anywhere else.

We moved in, and then two weeks later they shut down visiting due to Covid. So I haven't been able to spend a lot of time there. But I believe the staff are phenomenal. My loved one seems very acclimated. I can't say enough good from what I see. Recently I've been able to visit in the lobby, which has been spotless. I cannot attest to the living spaces just yet. They have a new executive director for a few months now. She's sent out two or three letters with updates. As far as day-to-day care, I don't receive regular updates. But anytime I have questions I can call, and they have called me when issues have arisen.

I chose The Peaks because of the size of the facility, it is on the smaller side and also they specialized in assisted living as well as memory care which is something we needed. They are great with communication, easy to get a hold of and reach out whenever needed. I think that the staff members no matter what the role have demonstrated consistent deep level of care and personalization. They really get to know their residents and are supportive of them. I would recommend them to others looking.

We chose Discovery Village because they have memory care and assisted living, it was a newer facility, and it was not far from us. She was at another facility before and several staff members from there actually moved to Discovery Village so I knew she was going to get good quality of care with familiar faces. They are also highly recommended by many people and places especially for memory care. The facility itself is very nice and centrally. My mom shares a room, there is a half wall and it is very spacious. I ate here several times with them and the food is really good. I would recommend to others looking.

What our family really enjoys about the Westgate Village is the residents and staff that are there, as well as the food and just how clean the place is. It is very nice and we just really love this community.

Everyone has been very nice, and for Easter we were able to sit on the porch and have a couple window visits with our loved one. She says she is happy there and everyone has been nice to her. The food is good, they great three meals a day and for every holiday they have a special celebration. The activities are still pretty limited but they do have bingo which she really enjoys. the Elmcroft also has a good homey feeling to it and the value is reasonable.

The staff is welcoming, organized, and helpful. The one thing I would like to see is more communication. A weekly newsletter to the family would be good. They send one to the residence but I would like one also. I would recommend this community to others

My loved one says he really likes the food. I think he gets a lot of good care. He's in a wheelchair, and there's always someone there to wheel him to lunch and dinner. So he gets plenty of care. The staff is very good. I think they did well with Covid challenges. He got his vaccination early on, and they did not let anybody in unless they were designated as caregivers. So they they tested me for Covid first, and with a negative result I was then able to become designated as his caregiver so I could bring him extra things and check on him. We've been able to visit outside with him as a family, so that's been good. To my knowledge, they have not had any Covid cases here.

They've very accommodating. They listen to any complaints and see to them. My loved one has been very happy here. She gets a lot of attention - I tell her she's being treated like a queen. And we appreciate that very much. With Covid, they've been pretty much confined to their rooms, but as thing ease up, they're doing more things. For instance, they just had an Easter parade, where they put on their Easter bonnets and paraded down the hall. We feel the value is good, and in fact they just called me to notify me that the charge for care has gone down, so we'll be seeing a reduction in our bill.

The community is absolutely very clean, the chef is amazing they would give a 10 plus. The activities are still limited but they do their best, they have a movie theater and for the Oscars recently all the residents dressed up and had little hors d'oeuvre. We love the interaction between the staff and the residents, they have great one on one time. Our loved one recently moved from the independent living to the assisted living, so there are different levels of care. The CNA's check on him all the time, we have a really good rapport with the director of nursing. They really get involved and make sure everything regarding our loved one is going well. it really gives us a piece of mind knowing they are in such great hands.

They go out of their way to take care of the residence. We feel like the staff is our friends and the community is very neat clean and well-taken care of. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

We were able to tour this facility in person, and we really liked and enjoyed this facility but the value for cost was just way to expensive for us.
