At The Welstone I am always greeted with a smile - they make me feel very welcome! I think the staff is amazing. The Welstone the residents are very active. I am always seeing them doing some fun activity. And the residents that I have the pleasure of chatting with always really speak highly of the staff.

I believe The Welstone at Mission Crossing is one of the best if not THE best senior living facility to call HOME. From my observation and affiliation, the residents share great concern for one another and are always ready to extend a helping and friendly hand. From what I have observed they treat one another as family living in harmony and respect for privacy. The staff at the Welstone are tops in every way you can image. They cater to the needs of the residents while maintaining a well-kept facility with modern features and technology to include a theater and religious worship services. Worship service can be attended in person or Live Zoom.

Nice location, nice building, very nice apartments. Residents seem happy and involved in various activities. Most importantly a concerned & involved management and staff. My mother spent +7 years in senior communities before her passing in 2018. This would have been a great choice for her.

I. Have attended several events at the. Welstone - They are so amazing. Everyone is Included and happy with what is happening at Welstone. the residents love to tell everyone how happy they are living there and how much they. Think of the staff. I. Have never met an unhappy resident. I have also worked. With the staff on events - Again, great to work with. If i was older and needed care - that would Be the first place would Look at.

The staff really cares about the residents! Community is clean and inviting! They have a lot of fun activities. You can tell the residents are very happy there!

We were the pharmacy that came to vaccinate the facility for COVID. [name removed] and his staff were amazing. They were very well organized and brought a lot of fun to put everybody at ease! I would work with [name removed] and his staff any day that ends in a “Y” !!!!

Every encounter I have had at this community has been one filled with smiles, courtesy and top notch care! It is such a positive and uplifting place and the residents are engaged and active here! I highly recommend!

I toured The Welstone and when I entered the front door, I was greeted by warmth through out the building-staff were smiling and all said hello, the residents were so happy and all said how much the love it at The Welstone. I kept on thinking this cant be real. I moved in and have been here now for 3 months and I LOVE it and what they told me when I toured and I experienced is so true. I highly recommend it here-you will love it and make new great friends and family.

[name removed] and front area have been very helpful. The way to community has cared for my loved one is great. The food has been wonderful, when I've had the chance to eat with my loved one once a week. My loved one is doing activities here, and this is amazing as my loved one doesn't usually participate in activities.

The people here are really gentle, king friendly, and easy to get a long with. The manager is excellent, and the community is very very clean. The meals are fantastic and they offer a great entertainment that is free.

We chose Prestige Assisted Living because it was nice, clean, and a big facility and the price was good at the time, we got a discount. My parents have a great size room, the memory care rooms are a little on the smaller side. Sometimes I think that they could use improvement on the communication between the staff and the residents. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

This seems to be a wonderful community with lots of activities and the sort of full service that Mom is looking for in her new environment. [name removed] is a delight to work with as well!! Thank you for the recommendation and helping us get the tour setup [name removed]!!

When we visited Cypress Point, we found it inviting, modern & clean. We were assisted immediately by a professional & friendly staff. They helped us find the perfect fit for our loved one. The size of the facility is not too large so that you are more of a number than an individual, but not too small to provide the quality of service & attention necessary. It's a perfect size facility with excellent dining facilities, a diverse menu with several activities & amenities. Cypress Point is a perfect fit for your loved one.

I would recommend the community to others. I am comfortable with the decision that I made for my loved one. The staff and residents are friendly and give you a good caring feeling. They are responsive to requests made by the family and residents.

The community is beautiful and well run. We are very happy with this community. The food is very good and my loved one loves the food. He has really settled into the community. The apartment is really beautiful and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We virtually toured Ten Oaks Place and everything went great, the facility is very nice. I had told them that we were not in a rush and they seemed to call me everyday and just made me feel rushed so we backed out.

[name removed] was wonderful. Residents seemed happy in the dining rooms. Definately something to consider. I will go back and take pictures when the units are finished -two were still under renovations

We toured Baycove and it is a beautiful facility, it was just too far from everything. We would have chosen this one if they had a better hurricane policy in place. They did also seem to be understaffed.

The overall value of this community outstanding. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience The community is neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly. My loved ones really likes the food and they have activities but we would like to see more for residents who are visually impaired.
