I could not imagine living anyplace else after being diagnosed with brain cancer during a pandemic. It has actually been enjoyable and I've made new friends.

The meals are always cold. They don't have a menu for cardiac or diabetics residents. The servers are slow and it can take up to 35 minutes before we have our order. The van is the other problem it can hard to go places, they limit it to 15 mile radius that they will go to. The only days they will take you to the doctor is Tuesday and Thursday, after 8:30 am and before 5. The only store they take us to is Walmart, and they won't go to a bank or another store without manager's permission. The friendliness of the community makes up for the negatives. There are pull cords in every room and this is a plus. There are safety feature like bars in the shower.

The building is bright and cheerful and clean. The staff is very caring and friendly. They go out of their way to help you when you ask for help.

The staff members here are just awesome and I am very happy with my apartment.

It’s a wonderful feeling to wake up in the morning and be excited about going to work. I can see how much everyone who works here cares about all of the residents. I genuinely love my job.

We toured The Forum and it was a great tour. We really liked this facility, it was a beautiful place.

My friend is very happy there. She's made some friends already. It's modern, clean, and reasonably priced.

My six years here have been very nice. All of the staff, very kind, very helpful, all the time.

A change in life is not easy. All of the people here aim to make things as easy as they can. I am grateful to all of them.

I think you have to go at it with a positive attitude, and realize there are other great people you're around and living near. But if you're willing to participate and a be apart of things, you'll love it here. I absolutely love living here. The staff is very helpful. There are lots of activities and things to do. The cost seems reasonable for what you get. It's worth every penny for me. It meets all my needs, and I'm loving it.

We chose Benton House Woodstock because they were in Cherokee county which had less covid restrictions at the time, it is very close to our house, and also we liked that it was smaller. It is on one floor and she was able to get a room that has a door to an outside courtyard. The pricing is all inclusive as well so we know what we will be paying each month. It is more personalized care and everyone knows her by name, we really like that aspect of it. The one complaint she has is the food, they could improve on the quality and sometimes it is served cold. Other than that my mom is very happy here and we would recommend them to others who are looking.

The community is very neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good, and they have activities available for the residents to participate in. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

Our family was able to do an in person tour before the pandemic and it was nice. We were able to go around and see all the rooms and what they had to offer. It was clean and there were no weird or fowl smells.

We have had a great experience with Aston Gardens at Courtyards. We absolutely love the facility and my mom loves it too.

We've had a good experience here, much better than the place my loved one was at previously. They're attentive and have a good crew. The director has been great, and she lives just down the street. So she's very available if they need anything here on off hours. The care has been very good. Our biggest complaint is the food is not the best, but you do have choices if you don't like the main meal. I think all places like this are pricey, but the cost seems equivalent to other places. I would definitely recommend them. They could do better on activities. But when I hear about other communities having extensive problems with staffing, I'm grateful that's not the case here. They might have lost some people in the kitchen recently, but other than that they seem to be relatively fully staffed.

I love Brookdale. Both [initials removed] and [initials removed] have taken great care of my soon to be 86 year old mom. They are attentive, caring, and considerate of their residents. So loving and passionate. They take their time and have great patience with each resident. Caregivers, med techs, and directors are awesome. Extremely clean facility and great food. Love the activities and gatherings. Residents can still enjoy life with love here.
