I would for sure recommend this community and putting your loved ones here. They are great and have really friendly staff. They have a lot of activities and are constantly having activities from church to bingo and they are great.

A close friend of mine joined the Aspenwood Community a few weeks ago. We have been so pleased with the hospitality and care from the staff. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, helpful. The activity calendar offers classes in arts or crafts, lectures, outings, shopping, religious service, games, daily movie and more. Meals are healthy, delicious and well presented. Prescription medicines are carefully managed and given at the appropriate times, doctor and nursing staff on site, physical therapy provided as needed, transportation to medical appointments available. There are many places inside and out where groups of friends can sit and chat. Cleanliness has a high priority everywhere. We very highly recommend Aspenwood to all.

Everyone on staff very friendly. All residents seem happy. Good selection on meals, and staff is willing to substitute items anytime. I like the exercise class.

Good food, good people. One big family

Our first impression of Parkview was that the community itself was nice enough, but the way the staff greeted us and treated us was amazing, and they have continued to be amazing to this day. They work well together, and really the friendliness of the community and the community spirit is what sold us. Our loved one has said there are residents who have been there for 5-10 years and don't want to leave, that shows us it is a big and stable environment. The meals at first were great, but they just hired on a new chef so its a work in progress, but once the chef gets into routine we think the meals will be great again.

My dad was here about a year and they were excellent, it was a very nice facility. He ended up needing more care than they were able to provide which is the reason he moved out. It is a great place for independent living.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and the community was absolutely beautiful, the only reason we did not choose The Landing was because of the long hallways, we wanted something easily accessible for our loved one.

Paradise Springs seemed like a very nice place. It is a big building and it is sunny and open. The reason we did not choose them was because the apartments only had kitchenettes rather than full kitchens and there is no pool. But other than that, it is a great facility.

My Mom has a rare type of cancer, amyloidosis. She has lived with it almost 7 years. Very blessed. In March '21 she had to be hospitalized at Duke for 21 days. We almost lost her in those first days. She was proud of herself for having chosen to get the Covid vaccine and were able to feel more confident with that protection. We never dreamt we would be able to locate her new home. Stressful time. Elmcroft- we cannot say enough good about it! The staff, the beautiful one level facility, the location etc.....AWESOME. Please say prayers, she is Covid positive. Weak, but improving daily, she received the monoclonal antibodies 5 days ago. Elmcroft has been more than supportive with her mental and physical status and need with all! They do not know how thankful we are for them!! The directors, the med-techs....and many more....A number 1! :) We are so blessed and thankful she was able to find her new home at Elmcroft and continue to feel comfortable and feel safe.

My loved one is not happy with the meals. There If you are looking for a place that provides attention and care to your loved one then this community is definitely worth checking out. This was the best location distance wise and the best one cost wise as well.

They are friendly, the food is good and all of the staff are great. My loved one loves the activities and it has been great for him. The meals and dining are nice and it is overall just a good community.

We chose Brookdale Redwood City because of the value for the money was comparable and also the convenient location for family. She is in a studio and it is good size for what she needs, she is comfortable. She loves the food that they serve. I would recommend to others looking.

This is a very friendly environment not institutionalized like other facilities. My loved one is in the memory care and she has made a lot of friends. My loved one likes it and is happy with the place that was picked .

When my dad got here, he was very closed off. After moving in, his demeanor has completely changed. He's very involved with the community. They make sure there is a lot for the residents who live there to do. They provide transportation everywhere, to the bank, pharmacy, doctor's office, wherever they need to go. The menu is phenomenal. Recently I had brunch with my dad, and it was fabulous. They provide a sick day service as well. So they'll provide a couple of special meals for you if you're not feeling well. They have a cleaning service that comes in once a week, and they wash linens and towels and remake his bed. They do a wonderful job and are extremely friendly. They'll even clean the sliding glass door tracks and wash the windows. And this is a weekly service that's 100% included. I couldn't have asked for a better place for him to live. It's independent, but it puts my mind at ease knowing these people are here to help him.

Everyone we have met at Brookdale so far has been very informative and professional. As far as we can tell the apartments looked very well appointed and well taken care.

They've done really well. It's a nice place, and I think others should check it out. The staff are nice and helpful. I think my loved one's apartment is very nice.

This is a friendly safe place to be. Safety is a big factor and services are where they need to be. The staff have been very easy to work with and very helpful. I work with them a lot and they are very friendly and know me when I walk in.

Two years ago my mom made the difficult decision to move from her home to Terrace Place with its welcoming environment of staff and residents. She hasn't looked back once and has embraced the all that this community has to offer. We are grateful to all those who work so hard to make it a great experience for her.

I have been living at Terrace Place for about one year. It has been a pleasant experience from the start. Residents are friendly and care about one another. It is a super place! Recently, I went away for a couple of days. After I returned I told a friend that I was pleased " to be home". Terrace Place had truly become my home! it is a special place to live.
