Our family had an in person tour and the tour was good but its like an apartment styled building and we wanted something that was just one flor for our loved. However everyone was super nice and answered all of our questions.

I toured Brookdale twice with [name removed] and he was wonderful. Answered all my questions. I even went back to have a second look before I made decision to have my mom as a resident there. . It was clean and bright residents and employees so nice. The meals was wonderful. Moms room was spacious and really nice. Not crowded with her furniture. [name removed] help me unload my car to take things to my moms room since I m on oxygen. I really appreciate that. [name removed] in rehab help me on moms insurance and I really appreciate that. Any time a problem they was there to help beyond their duty. Lots of great activities. I d like to live there myself!

The meals started out being a 5 out of 5, but they have gone through some recent changes in management so sometimes the meals are a hit or miss. The overall friendliness of the staff stood out to us from the beginning.

We really like the smaller scale of this community, it really has a homey feeling to it. We would absolutely recommend the Atria Park of San Pablo to other families.

It was rough at the start. But as we were there and got things adjusted - and it did take some adjustments - she finally adapted to it and turned things around. And it's going very smoothly now. I have no problem with any of the staff. The only thing I've run up against, and this could happen anywhere, is my loved one would not take off her expensive necklaces. She had a nice pearl necklace and a gold cross necklace, and those were both gone within the first two weeks. But overall, she's doing much better here than expected. We were told she wasn't expected to make it past December, and she's actually doing very well there under TerraBella and hospice's care. I'm very pleased.

My impression of La Marea was that it was a luxurious site for active seniors.

Brookdale Anaheim was a great place and we were floured with our experience. The price really fit for us, it was as close to what we could afford. We were really amazed at the facility, they made the dining hall look like a first class restaurant, everyone is always very well dressed. Extremely pleased and impressed. They will help with transportation to doctors appointments, the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale Salem and are moving my mother in here soon. It seems like a great facility and I get along really well with [name removed]. We are excited.

We chose The Capstone at Royal Palm Beach because of the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and they were eager to assist in any way that they could. My loved one was not feeling well and we could not go sign the papers so they came to where she was and sat with us and answered all of our questions. The residents are superb, they are so sweet and I enjoyed speaking with them. I would give the food above a 5 if I could, it was great. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

They just made it easy. It was easy to get enrolled, and I felt like they took us under their wing. They gave us all the information we needed to make things happen. It was a very stressful time, but I appreciated their open communication and quick answers to my questions. People always called back when I left a message. They just tried to assist in any way they could. And my loved ones said the food was excellent. They didn't miss a meal while they were there, which is saying something!

Our family toured this community four times and we are so excited to have our parents move here. The staff members are so welcoming and it is just night and day compared to our loved ones previous community.

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale Tracy, all of the staff were friendly and did their jobs well. It is definitely a qualified facility, but the location was too far for friends and family.

The setting of the facility and where it's located is very appealing. It's quiet and surrounded by nature. The staff is very friendly. There are plenty of activities. My loved one tells me the food is good. And the availability to have outside services is great as well.

For our mother what really stood out was the apartment itself, its very well laid out, spacious and has a lot of light. She has a great view from her apartment and the grounds are very well kept.

Our mother is enjoying all the meals and dining service and is really enjoying the aerobics classes and different exercise classes they have going on.

This community has been great to work with so far. I whole heartily recommend that anyone consider this community as a home. I have had family as well as clients work with Brookdale and they have all been pleased.

It has been a good experience. I like mostly everything here. The staff are very good, and I'm very satisfied with my apartment.
