I would definitely refer someone there is they needed a place to put a loved one there. The staff are friendly, welcoming, address me by my name. They all say hi when I come visit. They are helpful. This is a locked memory care unit. They offer arts and crafts, bingo for activities. They combine residents and listen to live music with the assisted living along with exercise. They offer physical therapy as well as occupational. They have an online portal you can pay the rent on. They have lifeloop to notify you of the calendar, attendance, etc.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful experience, it is a beautiful and gorgeous facility but it is only independent living and our loved ones needed more of an assisted living. The sales gal was wonderful and she answered all of our questions and was very willing to help. The community is bigger and less expensive which we liked and if our parents only needed independent living this would of been very high on our list. The kitchen is very nice and the food looked and smelled great. However we met with the GM there [name removed] and he was a tough cookie, at times he seemed unprofessional and not willing to work with us or come to an agreement.

I love the community and my loved one thinks so as well. The staff are amazing. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones and already have. This is a newer community, it is spotless and clean, and the location is great. Housekeeping, trash, meals, laundry and linen care is part of what is included in the monthly rate. The food is good for my loved one. Bingo, arts and crafts, church service, games, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

This is a great community we enjoy our self here. We took a trip out of town and they called to make sure that we are okay. We have mad a lot of friends over the time that we have been there and we are happy with those new friendships . The staff are great, the dinning staff are great also and laugh and joke with us. The activity director is funny and keeps us busy, the sales director is also always present and makes sure that we are okay and if we need anything. My loved went to the hospital and they checked on her regularly

We had a very good tour experience with Terrabella Northridge. The only downfall was the atmosphere was kind of dark and we were looking for something bright and cheery.

awesome management, maintenance and housekeeping. place is very clean and friendly; peaceful. "agency" support staff, needs improvement. feel this will improve once job market opens up and we are able to hire our own (McKinley) employees. always recommend this facility!

We love it here at Country Club Woodland Hills. Most of the time the food is great, they are chef prepared meals and we got a big menu with a lot of variety. We have 3 entrees a day plus choice of different veggies and desert. Then they have an anytime menu if you do not want what is being served. The maintenance staff are awesome and get right on things if you need something done. We visited several different places before we chose Country Club and it is by far the best, especially for the money. The apartment sizes are very nice, ours it 980 square feet and we have a full sized kitchen as well. We could not be any happier and would highly recommend this facility to others.

Marigold Place is an excellent facility with the care and comfort of the residents as top priority. Their interaction with residents are great and their compassion is real. I have interacted and met with several staffers and all share a willingness to not only help my senior sister who is a resident but me as a relative. I feel welcome when I go for a visit. [name removed], who is the Community Relations Manager, has been an important contact for me at Marigold. She has been a major point person from pre-admission of my sister to the current day. She goes the final mile to assist with any problem or question I have asked of her. She has a special knack of talking to residents and putting them at ease when they have a question or problem and that is certainly true in my role as a family member. [name removed], Marigold Director, has been very helpful to me as well and has assisted me several times when I go to her with a question or clarification of policy.

[name removed] is absolutely amazing. it is because of her that we moved my stepdad into Solstice. [name removed] is very caring and compassionate, and she wants what's best for the residents. she is very knowledgeable of the industry and asks thoughtful questions to determine the best placement for residents. she goes above and beyond, and I will be forever grateful for her support and guidance.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved it, it was a really hard decision to make but ultimately we left it up to our mother and she had picked a different facility. Heartis almost feels more like high rise kind of living, but it was an amazing tour and we would of been happy having our loved one here.

What stuck out to us about Terrabella Lake Norman was the friendly staff members and the spacious size of the individual apartments. It is a really nice place, all of the people here (staff and residents) are so friendly. My mother went in not so well and had a lot of needs and the care has been outstanding. I would highly recommend to others.

Meadowview Place is very nice. The food has gone down hill recently after the new company took over. I don't think the food looks appetizing. The community allows for more portions of food if the resident would like. There is alternate menu, main menu, or the resident can order something they would like to eat. There are lots of activities and an activities director; however, my loved one doesn't like to participate , so it is hard for me to rate them. The staff try to get the residents involved in the activities. The staff are accommodating and easy to work with. If it needs their attention they are quick to react to the request.

Due to our loved one constant falling - to no fault of the community, she spent a lot of time away from Brookdale. However during her stay we thought all the staff were extremely responsive to her needs. Anytime there was an issue or another fall they would call us immediately to let us know what happened and how serious the situation is. We appreciated that they brought her down to the meals to mingle with the other residents. The staff were just super friendly and we felt very happy and safe having her there.
