This community was nice but it just happen to be in an area that would not work out for all of my family. We had to go with another community that would work better for everyone.

I am so happy my father is at this location. The staff is kind and considerate. They work very hard to connect with people. I'm very comfortable with my father being there. We've used their physical therapy and home health services. I think their home health services could use some improvement, but it's a private company and not part of Parkview. They have a gourmet chef, and they offer a lot of activities. He'll be leaving shortly to spend the summer with our family, but we'll be sending him back there again - that's how much we like it. The best part is the residents are always smiling and happy, which says a lot. They have washer/dryer hookups in their apartments and a full kitchen. It's an amazing apartment with all utilities an internet included. I think it's an outstanding value.

Discovery Village has been a blessing in disguise. It's definitely the best place in the county, even cost aside. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I like everything about it. Their approach is safety first; however, they still allow the residents to feel like they're not in a clinic or healthcare setting. Their follow-up on the morning check-ins in the apartments is great, as is their responsiveness to requested services. The staff are great with interpersonal communication and professional rapport amongst themselves and the residents. And that makes the residents feel at home.

This was a nice community but there was another community that would have allowed a space for my pet. Also I just wanted a different environment feel. Also I had to wait for availability and there was another community that came up first. The tour was great and they answered all of the questions that we had.

We chose Palms of Mt. Pleasant because of their low staff to resident ratio and also the price was fabulous. I really like how small the facility is. They are willing to share any and all information, but I generally needed to be the one to reach out and ask for it unless it was an emergency. They are the nicest, kindest, most caring group of people that I have ever experienced. They improved my mothers physical ability incredibly and I was highly impressed, they are miracle workers. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.

It is clean, bright, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They meet my mothers needs and call us with any questions or concerns. They try to keep the residents very active and they have something going on every day. The chef adjusts to dietary needs and has been super accommodating in that aspect. Based on the other places we looked at, I think it is a great value for the money especially for the services that they provide. We would definitely recommend Overlook Green to other families.

My loved one enjoys bingo amongst other activities, like Sunday service. I would recommend it to anyone that needs assisted living to stay. They keep it very clean. I am happy with it. My brother hasn't complained about it. We picked this place as it was the closest one to us.

I have lived at Cypress Woods for the past 2 and a half years. my apartment is very comfortable and is cleaned once a week with the towels and bed sheets also changed weekly. the staff is very attentive. the food is good with adequate servings. I was well pleased with the preventative measured taken during the Covid pandemic. the staff arranged for CVS to come and vaccinate the residents who asked for the vaccine. I will continue to live at Cypress Woods for the future.

if you are looking for a place in senior living, Cypress Woods may be your answer. you will find people who care and are very helpful. I enjoy living here.

I love being here! before I was becoming more and more depressed and isolated. now I play cards, bingo, dominoes and lots of new stuff I never thought of. I like the food and I have a host of new friends! and if I don't want to socialize I have my apartment with all my things. I am so glad I made this decision. the staff are so wonderful and helpful. this is HOME.

[name removed] is hard working and always willing to go the extra mile. she is cheerful, professional, and respected by all the residents, staff and prospective residents. she is a positive and loyal representative for Cypress Woods. as a prior officer and director of several companies, I would not hesitate to have her on my team.

We've had a great experience. We are very happy with Summit Place overall. One of the reasons we chose it is because it's small facility, with about 34 residents. Also, our loved one has dementia, and at other places we looked at, she would have been in a separate, locked unit. At Summit Place, it's one big square facility, so the doors are all locked, but she has full range of the facility and and can go into the courtyard and not leave the premises. It didn't take her long to adapt, and she has made friends. There have been a couple little hiccups, but nothing major. The staff are really very good. They take the extra time and effort to communicate with us, which is important for all families. It's really great to know they're watching out for her. She wasn't coming out to meals for a while, and together we devised a strategy and worked through that. It's just a very solid and good facility.

We like all of the above with Capstone Senior Living, we have had no problems with them so far. They offer church services, TV/movie time, board games and puzzles. Our loved one does not always take advantage of the activities, but we appreciate that they still offer them throughout the week. Based on our experience so far we would certainty recommend the community to other families.

We're very happy and satisfied with Las Villas Del Norte. The staff are amazing. They're great communicators, and they're very excited to help. There are a lot of activities if your loved one wants to take advantage of them. The only hiccup has been a misunderstanding about dining hours. We were told the dining room was open from 7am-6pm, and our contract even stated that. But then when he got there, there are three distinct meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
