Visited Community for my Mother and absolutely fell in love with the Lush courtyard full of roses and aspen trees. All staff was wonderful our tour was exceptional full of education Sales Manger Victoria is knowledgeable in Senior living and is able to really give families comfort and support during an overwhelming and difficult journey .

I would highly recommend Sunrise to others for their loved ones. This community isn't too big. There is great nurse to resident ratio. They have a very friendly atmosphere and staff. The staff communication with the family is very easy and very responsive. The community provides three meals a day and the residents are able to dine in the dining room or have meals delivered to their room. The apartments have a kitchenette in the units.

It is an excellent community and I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. My loved one has already had a friend join them in the community. My loved one is thrilled with the meals. The community will not allow unvaccinated individuals in to have meals with our loved ones in the dining room. They will not accept a negative test either. Games, music, library, field trips, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from to participate in. The staff communication with the family is excellent.

I was very impressed with the physical facility and the staff when we came to tour Solstice. The overall value to the money here is amazing. The apartment is plenty big enough for my parents needs. Every single staff member has been extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Solstice to others and already have.

The community is very friendly and has an open concept. There is a fairly good value here and it is fairly new community. The staff communication is good with the family. The community is able to provide medication management, bathing, dressing, and hygiene care as some of the care they provide. The meals are served in the dining room, to allow residents the opportunity to socialize during meals. They have physical, occupational, and speech therapy on site. There is a hair dresser and nail technician that comes once a week. A doctor will come and visit the residents on site as well. The laundry service is included in the rent.

We chose The Conservatory at Champion Forest because of the cleanliness, the niceness of the facility, the friendliness of all of the staff, and the great location. [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful and informative, they went above and beyond in the beginning and still do to this day. The food is excellent. We would definitely recommend to others.

I loved Aston Gardens, if it were in Fort Lauderdale I would be living there permanently but the location did not work out for our family and friends, it was just too far for them to come visit. I would give them the highest recommendations possible though. I have a ground floor apartment with a screened in porch which is great since I have a dog. It all worked out very well. The staff here are wonderful.

I would tell others about Seaton Springwood's efficiency and ability to care for everyone as though they were family members. The communication between the community and our family is very good and they have a good staff to resident ratio. The move in process was as easy as could be, they offered assistance to help us move things in. Our loved one has an efficiency apartment; there's no kitchenette needed, as meals are included. The room is very spacious and it comes furnished. They'll provide anything you don't have, but you can also bring things if you'd like - they are very flexible. I would absolutely recommend Seaton Springwood to others.

The location of Terrabella Southport is great for our family and was what drew us to look here. The staff are very cooperative and helped facilitate the transfer and made it all go smoothly. There has been no troubles at all and we would recommend them to others looking.

The Sierra Hills community is always kept very clean and the staff members are extremely friendly. The general manager and sales person were very thorough and really seemed to want to help solve our problems. We never had a meal there but they looked good and the activities we did get a chance to see looked fun. Based on the experience we have had so far with Sierra Hills we would recommend them to other families.

My mother is very pleased with her move to Walker Place. Since moving in to Walker, she has made many friends, taken up new activities, and has seemed more cheerful about how she spends her time. Mother daily shares her experiences. She especially likes playing volleyball and singing with her close friend. I believe she has been surprised by how many activities the facility provides. From the first meeting with the Director, [name removed] to the others on the staff at Walker Place, I have been impressed. My mother frequently comments on the kindness and helpfulness of the workers.

What really stood out to us was the longevity of the staff and their overall willingness to help our mother. Every morning at 10am they have exercises classes where you can sit or stand. They have bingo and always a ton of different card games. Every night they change between movies and art classes. Based on our experience so far with Aston Gardens we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

My remote tour with Brookdale Des Plaines was fine. Everybody I interacted with was super accommodating and easy to work with. And I thought they showed their residence well via video call.

I like the community, and the apartments are nice. I wouldn't mind living there myself. The apartments have balconies off the apartments. The dining room is very nice. The residents have choices of meals. There are a lot of activities available for the residents to participate in, if they choose. The parking lot is not a large one, and this could be improved to create more spaces for guests. They clean the resident's rooms and take out the trash. They will even do the laundry for the residents if they request for a fee. The linens are changed and washed which is included in the rent. There is a barbershop for the resident's to get their hair cut at. They have cable that is provided by the community. There is a physical therapist that is coved under Medicare for my loved one.

We really like the cleanliness of it and the simplification of the lifestyle, it is really just a good and easy lifestyle here. They have good room service, they help change the sheets and wash the towels. Based on the experience we have had so far with Morada Meadows we have already recommend this community to other families and will continue to do so

Oh my goodness! I called and [name removed] called me right back!! She was so helpful. All the staff [name removed] the nurse [name removed] concierge are all absolutely amazing. I dropped in and [name removed] gave me a tour on the spot. She was even texting me back late in the evening to help with this big decision. My mom loves it! She says she feel like a queen and has died and gone to heaven! Thanks so much!! So thankful I found this place!

The Addison has a very homey feel to it - it does not have a hospital setting to it. It has a really family atmosphere to it. They do have shared rooms but they are semi-private. They do have outdoor patios with planters where the residents can weed and put flowers in. The staff members keep the residents with their outdoor activities. We have been very pleased with how loving the care takers have been with the residents. We like the smaller scale of it, the amount of care takers to residents is a good amount, not to little but not to much. We would absolutely recommend this community to others
