We moved my 89-year old mother into this community one year ago. She loves it there! The staff is great, friendly, responsive and proactive. Great activities for residents and families. Also a great community-focused organization. Would definitely recommend looking into Addington Place - Mt. Pleasant.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was really nice but they only offered independent living and we wanted a place where our loved one could transition into assisted living and memory care if need be

This was a good community. My loved one wanted to be closer to their hometown in another state.

We really enjoy the family like atmosphere here at Walker Place community, they have 39 apartments which are not all full yet so we like the smaller scale of it. There are even some staff members here who have their own families living here. Everyone except for the maintenance guy has a CNA license or higher so anyone is able to help any resident in need. The meals are great, the chef is a retired chef from Florida so he makes everything from scratch and is just a great cook. You are able to pick your meals out just a few days in advance, they have a bunch of different options and if there is something there the residents do not like, they can ask the chef to make them something separately. We really like their laundry set up - they do not wash the residents clothes together, they just tag the washer and dryer with the residents name and room number - we like this process because we can avoid tagging all their items or worrying about things getting mixed up and lost. We have seen a few activities and we do know they have a ton to offer. They bring in outside musical entertainment, there is a resident who plays the piano and organ almost daily. They have in house church meetings and bible study classes provided by the residents to the other residents. They also have gardens in the courtyard at various heights so they can participate in that as they desire. They have washers, corn hold, balloon volleyball, and bingo. They also have this daily activity called "silver rollers" and that is for anyone who wants to volunteer to role up the napkins and silverware for the next meal time.

The friendliness of the staff even just during the initial tour really stood out to us. They were very thorough with answering all of our questions, they did not give us the run around or anything like that. There was nothing really left to the imagination. The price was definitely a great deal, every other community in the area was significantly higher then the price here so it is very reasonable.

The Addison is a very friendly, helpful community. I would recommend it for anyone. It's certainly better than being in a nursing home. You're not just a number here. I would even recommend it for myself if I needed to go into a facility. The facility's appearance is friendly and inviting. There's an exercise bike you can use, a piano to play, a refrigerator and microwave in one of the common areas. For activities, they have bingo, they bring in ice cream, and the other day they had music from the 50s and an antique car show out in the parking lot. It's never boring living here! They're also open to suggestions about activities if there's anything you'd like to see them do. There's a nice side porch off my mom's wing that overlooks trees and greenery. The front porch is a large wraparound where quite a few of the residents like to gather when the weather is agreeable. Everything is just very well maintained. I'm very pleased we got her in here and with the care she's receiving.

We have been extremely pleased with my dads experience at Hidden Meadows on the Ridge. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a 10.

Holiday Whiterock Court is a beautiful community that is surrounding by a beautiful area with woods near by and we like that it is off the beaten path. Right when you walk in you can see just how bright and open the area is, you can see three floors up and the dining hall is super nice. We believe the activities going on area great and all the staff members we have met with so far are super friendly.

[Name removed] was here when we first arrived at Heartis. She was very helpful in getting us acquainted with our new surroundings. She is very helpful to my wife. When [name removed] is on our floor I never have to worry about my wife getting ready in the morning. She is definitely one of the best caregivers at Heartis.

I would say the staff if very friendly and caring. They know the people in the community and make sure they are taken care of. The marketing staff was very helpful and understanding.

All of the staff are very courteous and helpful. I truly enjoy life and living here.

Many sides - sales manager showed great understanding and care for seniors who may have Geri-psych issues. [name removed] too.

Have lived in several other communities in Anaheim Hills, California, Twin Falls, Idaho and in Boise. Chateau De Boise is my absolute favorite!! Recently toured 8 facilities, management and all employees are fabulous. Food is five star and other amenities are great. I would highly recommend anyone to live here. Ambiance and décor is top-notch.

I would give this place a 5 across the board they were amazing!!! A little expensive but well worth it for the care and peace of mind that she got and we had with leaving her.

All of the "senior living" facilities are ridiculously expensive. Especially when my mom is still in "independent" living, so the only service she receives (other than room, utilities, meals, and activities) is housekeeping once a week. I am aware the rate is in keeping with other similar facilities, but overall, I think the rates are almost TWICE what is fair.

Our tour at Northhaven Place was okay. All the places we looked at were very similar, so our decision had more to do with location.

The rooms are a good size. There are multiple choices to choose from at mealtimes. The place is located in a very nice neighborhood. And the facility and it's surroundings have a lot of trees and green grass. It's a really pleasant, nice atmosphere. We toured several places in the area, and this was definitely the best choice.
