Leasing agents [name removed] are fantastic answering all questions, warm, and wonderful. They're both receptive and always there for you! And still there for me!

My parents lived at Brookdale Des Plaines for 18 months until their passing. They had the best care from the entire staff. If I ever had an issue or question, someone would respond almost immediately. The rooms were updated and very spacious. The food was very good. The activities for the residents seemed to be spot on for the elderly. I would highly recommend this facility.

We had a great tour experience with las Villas Del Norte. They were very transparent with us about what they could and could not do for our loved one and we really appreciated that about them. I think they did an outstanding job.

We have had a wonderful experience with Morada Burleson, they are doing a great job. This facility really is the perfect fit for my mom and we have had no complaints what so ever. From the food to the welcome to the care to the attitude of the staff, it has all been amazing. The directors office is right there by the reception desk so she knows what is going on and her door is always open. I would highly recommend Morada to others.

While our loved one was a resident at The Lodge the staff members were great. They were all very welcoming to us and took on a lot of situations, it was a very good place for our loved one. We would without a doubt recommend this community to other families.

I really do like the Capstone Senior Living community and if I ever needed their services again I would go back. However they need to improve and badly improve on their meals and dining service - the meals themselves were good and the wait staff was always super friendly but they were understaffed so the meals most of the time were not served hot or even warm. Sometimes there would be 1 wait staff worker to 40-50 residents.

They, State Street, have been outstanding. My mother is very happy there. They worked tirelessly to get mom a room...even a temp room while her permanent room was being painted. They have all been friendly and helpful. My mom did not want to go to assisted living but has totally changed her mind and is enjoying the freedom it has given her.

My mother is 96 years old and from the start she liked it, now she loves it. She attends the writing group , the flower arrangements , bingo, library, exercise classes, sets on the comfortable large outdoor seating area in the front. She walks with her walker around the building on the sidewalk most days. And of course she really enjoys the beautiful dining area and a delicious food three times a day! We are so thankful we found holiday hilltop estates. My Mom said" I now realize how much stress I was under living alone, even my whole life, here I feel completely comfortable, without the stress!"

My loved one seemed to like the food. We picked this community because, It was a close location, fit within our budget, and it was the best option. It was clean, the ambiance is great compared to others. It was a homey feeling. The staff interacts, and helps if they see residents wondering. They are a very helpful, and caring facillity.

We chose Terraces because we were impressed with the way it looked and we thought the overall beauty of the facility would help with the transition from her home. All of the common areas are bright and spacious and homey feeling. The staff have been amazing. They all know mom by name, even the wait staff in the dining room. When my dad was passing they went above and beyond. They made spare rooms available to us, they sent trays to the room, they made all kinds of accommodations and we were so appreciative of that. They even have a private dining room for family and were proactive and set something up for us the day of his services. They have been very flexible. The residents have a space in front of their rooms and they are able to personalize it to make it their own. Mom plays bingo and she enjoys the puzzle room. They have a lot of outdoor areas to congregate as well. They have a tea garden and dog park too. I would highly recommend to others and already have.

We would recommend Brookdale Vista Gardens to other families

This was nice. We would have signed up if they had accepted Lewy Body Dementia.

I thought Atria Virginia Beach was great. The staff were very caring. They had great follow-up, and it was done in a very caring way - not at all pushy. I felt like they kept my loved one's needs in mind, and they also acknowledged how much I was juggling at the time. They were extremely helpful. If my loved one would have decided to stay in that area, I thought they would have been a wonderful choice. The only thing they didn’t have that he would have really liked is a pool table.

Oak Gardens was nice. We would have signed up if they had accepted Lewy Body dementia.

My father has been at Brookdale Desplaines for over 5 years now and it has been wonderful! Myself and my family rest easy knowing that he is receiving such great care. He started out in Independent living and moved to Assisted living after a fall. We were so happy that they were still able to accommodate his needs after his fall. The staff on the assisted living floor are so caring and are always available when we have questions or concerns. The management staff is also very responsive and answered all our questions. They helped to make the transition to the assisted living floor seamless. We feel confident that he is comfortable and well cared for at Brookdale!

The community was more than my loved ones wanted to spend.

I wanted to let [name removed]and the staff at Heartis know that we thoroughly appreciate everything you have done for [name removed] and our entire family. Your ability to quickly access my Mother In Law and within days allow us to move her into your facility for care was absolutely amazing. You and your staff did whatever it took to ensure she was comfortable. Unbeknownst to us, did we know she was in need of immediate Hospice care, again which you so quickly were able to set up for her. In addition, it was comforting to know my Father In Law was able to move in shortly after so he could be taken care of during these very critical times. Thank you for everything!

Heartis is an excellent facility. I feel my Mom is safe and well looked after. She gets 3 well balanced meals a day plus snacks anytime she wants. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Heartis has many activities that are fun and interacting. They have a bus that takes them on outings. We signed her up with Bluestone and the doctor comes to see her. I especially love this feature. Mom really loves Mondays because she gets her fingernails cut, filed and polished for free. They have their own in house hair salon 3 days a week including perms. My Mom enjoys playing BINGO twice a week and winning prizes. I have enjoyed getting to know the staff and residents.

Heartis Village of Brookfield was an excellent place for my mom. A beautiful building, and very caring staff, who always answered any questions and/or concerns we had. Very satisfied with the Heartis.

Our experience with Arbor View has been great. They were really helpful with information and guided us to other resources that we were looking into as far as life going forward. The staff have been great and very easy to work with as well. I would absolutely recommend Arbor View to others.
