The Sheridan community had games for the residents play. With my dad being a little picky with food, it was always an issue for him. Nothing really met his expectations. The main reason we chose this community is the overall layout. the rooms were great in size, they were properly set up. The dinning room was in a great area as well

We chose Riverplace because it is closer to my residence. It is also very pretty outside. [name removed] the district manager was awesome. He was making sure they could do what they could to make my grandpa happy. The room sizes are a little small, but they do offer bigger room sizes if you pay more. His room is the right size for one person. I have eaten here, the food was great. If you didn't want what was on the menu you could ask for something else. My favorite part about this community would be how comfortable it is, it makes me feel good about having my grandpa here and gives me peace of mind.

Most especially during COVID, I feel they are most exceptional and they doing everything that to protect their residents. With COVID, the residents have being eating in their apartment as the the meals are delivered. The food is nutritional and actually good which is why I said that they are exceptional. I would recommend this community to other families. I looked at several others, but i think that they offer value for the money there. I do think that could do a little more of recreational activities though.

This community is so beautiful and all of the staff so helpful and are so friendly. The residents are so lucky o have this team.

We chose this community because it met my dad's budget, the staff we met with with helpful and they followed up with us regarding everything they said that they would. They were very accommodating to us. The food was good and they variety offered. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We chose this because of the cost and the salesman [name removed], he made things really easy for us as well as [name removed] the accountant. They were all very helpful. The room sizes are average. The food was good for the residents. My favorite part about the community is the staff, when I needed help, they helped me in multiple ways. They were not as strict and it made it easier for me to deal with. I would recommend Pheasant Ridge Senior Living.

My mother has been here for 8 years and we have always been pleased, but with the COVID-19 pandemic, we could not be more proud and happy to be at WRC. [name removed] and her staff are amazing. Professional and kind and on how their ordeal has been. We know it's harder on them. Mom is safe, fed, and has what she needs. We are grateful every day to [name removed] and her staff for all they do for the residents at WRC.

Granville is very expensive, they always added money onto your fees. Always nickle and dimed everything. We had no problem with the community or the staff there, just way to expensive. Besides the money everything was fabulous. But we would never recommend this place to a family or friend. They rob you.

For the 20 years I have worked in senior living, this has been the most trying time. Quality management literally has been the difference between life and death. [name removed] and her staff have shown tremendous wisdom and compassion throughout the process. Protected seniors from virus concerns run in direct contrast to providing an enriching quality of life, but [name removed] has been thoughtful and strategic in maintaining each residents wellness while keeping them safe in the most challenging of time. The care and positive culture all the staff has demonstrated here have not gone unnoticed.

We have been very happy here. Management is great and residents are like family.

They are the best. Taken such good care of mother.

I am very pleased to be living at Carroll Place. It has been home from the first visit. The staff treat me like family. They care about my well being. And I care about them.

Discovery Village is a lovely new addition to Jacksonville. The community is beautiful and the staff are friendly and second to none. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place and very friendly staff! My husband and I really loved this community. We live in Pasadena and will be moving into the Waterford in the future.

We have had excellent help getting my dad and brother moved into Waterford here in Deer Park. All the staff has been very friendly and courteous each and every time we visit. The community is very friendly and the food and activities have been nothing but excellent since day one.

You can't beat it.

The Waterford has been impressive to our family in helping us get out dad settled in the Waterford. All the amenities and services have been excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful with our concerns and issues. The food and activities are great as well.

The staff is good, A little high priced. The food is average. The room sizes an the layout of the community is pretty good. They have outdoor space for the residents to use. Overall it has been a positive experience so far.

This community is mostly independent living, but care services are good. They have bingo, chair exercises, they do chair badminton with balloons. They have games, as well as arts and crafts. The food is great, they have a lot of different options for the residents. This community has a good dining hall, overall layout is great. They don't have any noise complaints. Something that really stood out to us was the friendliness of the staff.
