My loved one is currently a resident at Signal Mountain Senior Living and most everything has been very good for him at this facility so far. The move in process was okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also keep me updated about my loved one, even if I have just visited him. The food is good. The housekeeping could use a little help. Overall, I would recommend Signal Mountain Senior Living to others.

My mom was a resident at Fountainwood at Lake Houston for a respite stay and everything was great for her overall at this facility, however there were lots of bumps getting her enrolled, filling out necessary paperwork and medications ordered. The administration had a lack of communication with the nursing staff. I had someone calling when she would arrive so they could give my mom a red carpet welcome. This was at about 2:30 and she had been there since noon, as previously discussed. It made me nervous at first in leaving her there, but soon they made me comfortable. I had someone checking in on her to see her. The food is fabulous as well as the nursing staff. It's a beautiful atmosphere.

The Palms is sunny and bright. The staff is caring, they have made an attempt to get to know myself and my husband personally. The dining program is fantastic, we look forward to each and every meal!

What we like most are the sunny interior, all the outdoor areas, and the friendliness of staff. The improvements include food, making sure all the residents have fire instruction posted on their doors, and everyone has the same orientation. My mom did move in and likes it. She is very active in the community. We would recommend this community.

My parents have been here 21 months. I have so many wonderful stories of their adventures at Southridge! We are glad we found this place. Ownership just changed recently and everyone made my parents feel safe and secure thru the transition. I'm so grateful their caretakers we have grown to love were kept here. They have always loved and treated my parents like family. A huge thank you Southridge!! God bless you all!

I have already described this to friends as an old time British Residential Hotel! I picked this community because my daughter lives 8 minutes away. I didn't need Assisted Living, but I had a health incident awhile ago, and didn't want to live alone. I Googled 55+ residences - in my daughter's zip code, and Bingo! A Place For Mom picked up my inquiry, arranged a virtual tour with my daughter and me in FaceTime.

Very positive. Very active community. Best decision we could have made.

The staff at Seaton Springwood have been wonderful. The aides are exceptional and really care. Housekeeping is good and when I call, if person is not available, they call back within a reasonable timeframe. If something comes up, they contact me. I have to say, I am very involved in my mothers stay and care and other families need to do the same. I have not eaten the food, but it looks and smells good and my Mom likes it very much. I definitely would recommend Seaton Springwood to others.

Moms loves it and all of the staff are very friendly and genuinely concerned about the residents! Mom was more comfortable in a smaller more rural setting. I would recommend to others.

The staff at Bell Oaks Place is fantastic! They are always very helpful and supportive. The housekeeping is good, although my mom has commented that dusting isn't done enough. The move in process was great, we had no problems and the staff was very welcoming and helpful to get my mom settled in. As far as the food, my mom comments that some selections are not to her liking and that there isn't something offered daily that she can eat easily. I think that the menu should be available to the family to assist in selections. Also, perhaps more 'home-cooked' type of meals could be offered. Overall, I would highly recommend Bell Oaks Place to others. It's a small facility, the activities are great and keep residents engaged and active and the staff is very helpful and kind.

I have been here for more than 2 years, and I find that the greatest assets to the Sheridan are it's people. I have been attending the new program "tech time", taught by [name removed]. She uses current technology to help me with my many issues from the cell phone to uber rides etc. This service has enriched my life and made my day to day living so much better.

My loved one's respite care experience at TerraBella Roswell was excellent. The facility had just been renovated; she was the first person to use the room that she was assigned to. The staff was friendly and focused on patient care. The housekeeping was good. The food was excellent - excellent quality and good variety; there were typically 2 entrée choices at each meal. The only area for improvement that I would suggest is with medication management and distribution. There were days when my loved one had to contact the front desk long after the normal distribution time to inform them that she'd not received her medication. In addition, one of her oral medications plus her COPD inhaler were misplaced for 3 days. Overall, I would absolutely recommend TerraBella Roswell to others.

Staff friendly, clean all around, and beautiful surroundings.

I would say I could recommend them without reservation. The amenity care was very secure and everyone comes together in the common area every day. It was also very clean and everyone was friendly and attentive.

5 for all categories! Very pleased with the Spring Mill Senior Living community and the care the give to the residents living there. Spring Mill checks all of the above boxes. The residents are always clean and nicely dressed and groomed. The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind, taking time to greet and chat with and even hug dementia residents. Meals are appealing and the staff goes out of their way to learn and present resident preferences. Yes, this kind of care is pricey but it is wonderful care.

Very pleased with Terrabella. My loved one is very happy there.I would highly recommend. The staff is very kind and patient. We picked because of the cost and it was clearly better than the others.

We would rate them a five on all categories that are listed. They were very helpful in getting our loved one [name removed] set up in her new apartment. Just based on the first impression we had, the staff and administration is very friendly and helpful

The friendliness of the staff members there gets a 5+. I would highly recommend Oak Gardens Place. The smaller community of residents made our mother feel at ease and safe. The staff genuinely care about their residents. Communication was great with us (the family).

Thank you and A Place for Mom. My sister and I were pretty lost. When we needed guidance the most, you guys were there for us. We truly appreciate the work y'all do.The memory care section was the right place for my mom. She hadn't had dementia before hip surgery, but she needed extra care while recovering. Between Kiley Ranch and Infinity Hospice, she got the care she needed to live out her last days in comfort.
